    I can verify these work, although I haven't done the enemas. Before doing these exercises I could not digest meat -- it was a problem for many YEARS. Afterward -- no problem -- digestion is MUCH improved. It didn't even take that long. I did get IgG and IgA allergy tested for every single food offered, as well -- to fix the gut and so I know what to avoid. And also found out I'm allergic to gliadin and have raised auto immune purkinje cell antibodies, which explains other problems I've been having as well. It's not all roses though -- takes a while for the immune system to calm down. And now if I accidently have any gluten (via cross contamination or even certain cross reactors) the autoimmune antibodies attack my brain and life is TOTAL HELL for quite a while. I'm very thankful for functional medicine practitioners -- without which I'd probably be in a wheelchair. When I presented this stuff to a neurologist MD they dismissed everything and told me I have an inner ear condition. Even my primary care physician did the same. Our healthcare system is BROKEN.

    • @leannshort2211
      @leannshort2211 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely 💯 CORRECT IT’S BROKEN!! Same boat here, especially after getting Covid 2.5 years ago. Food allergies/ sensitivities, respiratory issues, diagnosed asthma at 40, (never had asthma my entire life). Told the Pulmonologist it was no doubt likely due to diet. He didn’t have much to say, just prescribe an inhailer to slap a bandaid on it! 😒🤬
      Plenty of leaky gut issues too.
      Didn’t matter how many times I switched GP’s, they’re all clueless! I now see a Naturopath and a functional medicine clinic. I am doing LDA, (low dose allergy) immunotherapy for my food allergies/ gut issues and asthma. It’s used for a ton of other reasons too.
      I’m also going thru a magnetic Lyme therapy as I was diagnosed last year with chronic Lyme disease, co infections and EBV. I believe I’ve had Lyme since I was a kid and that is what triggered MCAS, (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome)…. Fun times! I have noticed doing the Vagal nerve exercises I have found are starting to lessen my symptoms. 🙌🏻

Sure appreciate any input anyone can give me but would like the doctor to reply. Thank you!

    AWESOME education! No wonder opera singers never get constipated! LOL! Joking aside, here are some extra tips. I used to get constipated in my earlier adult years. I didn't go to restroom for days then suffered from oversized elimination. Today I drink 2 cups coffee a day, eat predominantly wet food, drink plenty of water, stop avoiding oils, and consume a vegan diet (mainly for animal compassion). These habits work so well that I eliminate twice a day without struggle.

    If there is a need to stimulate the vagus nerve to digest and go poop. Then, someone might want to get checked to see if their atlas and / or axis are misaligned. My atlas was pinching the vagus nerve, causing fight or flight with anxiety and cutting off cerebral spinal fluid. Once I started getting adjustments from an upper cervical specialist, I was then able to poop regularly and am starting to heal. I am not saying that someone is definitely misaligned if they have these symptoms. I am just saying it might be worth getting checked.

    Hello, Dr. Sung, thank you so much for the video. Bowel movements, to varying degrees, have been difficult my entire life, but in 2017, my constipation for whatever reason became more pronounced. I've undergone numerous processes: Linzess, pro & anti-biotics, SIBO test, colonoscopy, physical therapy, and chiropractic. No test could find the issue and all therapies have had little to no effect at all---though Process of Elimination has narrow it down to a likely neurological obstacle.
    Currently slated to see a Neuro-gastroenterologist in a few months (he has a packed schedule), but in the meantime, I'm virtually searching the entire planet for answers/solutions. In short, this what led me to you. I'll simultaneously try the first three of the techniques you described, plus the breathing and belly massages.

    I use a red light wand over my naval every evening for vagus stimulation. I'm blown away by all the info I'm beginning to learn about the vagus nerve. I was blown away also by EONutrition talking extensively about B1 which recently healed me of fast motility aka diarrhea of 14 years. Now after massaging the tops of my feet near my toes I find extremely many sore spots. I massaged those for 40 min. and noticed the tingling in my toes was pretty much gone. I just did it once but will continue until gone. I am taking 1,900mg Benfotiamine so all this has helped me. I never thought I'd get help for these problems. Is there help for dry eyes regarding vagus nerve stimulation? or tinnitus? Thank you so much!!

    I had gastroparesis last year. It was terrifying and I lost weight rapidly. I came across info to use a TENS unit (on very specific settings) and ear clamp on the left ear to reset the vagus nerve. It’s AMAZING. I got better and better until I was back to normal in a few weeks with daily use. I also do coffee enemas. I guess I’ll start to scrape my tongue again. I stopped due to the gagging. 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

      I had it last year. Was so awful. I read a couple books on it and one of the things I read was to drink coconut water daily. I also came across a provider that shared info on using a TENS until to reset the vagus nerve. Those two things and coffee enemas helped me reverse it rather quickly (less than a month). I am now prone to it so lots of stress will cause me to start to experience it again. I catch it pretty quick and use my TENS unit when needed to keep it in check. I’ve seen people on here share info on manually stimulating the ear for the vagus nerve, as well.
      Hope you feel better soon!!

    When doing CE's it is important to not expell the coffee immediately, but to practice to hold it in during colon's contractions; much similar to when - during childbirth - not pushing during uterus' contractions until when fully dilated.
    Gastroparesis usually not only leads to constipation, but also causes episodes of diarrhea inbetween - accompanied by deminished anal function. CE thus serves not only as a form of physiothetapy to re-educate the colon towards contracting strongly, but also restores proper anal function.
