How to Use and Clean Wagner Flexio 3000 Paint Sprayer.
I forgot to mention that I did thin the paint just a little bit with water. Also when it comes to painting interior walls I prefer to use a roller. Follow me on Instagram at this link / and subscribe to my email list here. jonpeters.com/

Jon, I painted my whole house with an exact same model.
Important, at the end of your spray "stroke", do not let go of the trigger. Just let go half way, that stops the paint coming out but the air supply continuous ... this stops blotching when you start your next spray "stroke". It makes quite a difference !
    Regards from New Zealand.

What settings did you use to paint your house? I did pretty good painting a few rooms but, I had a lot of blotching and clogs holding up the process.

came here to say this too. wagner's instructional video also recommends to not let go of the trigger, and when you do let go of the trigger, point the sprayer away the first second so the blotching doesn't impact your project

You may have not intended to make a video like this, but damn, did you hit it out of the park. This is the best demonstration of the FLEXiO 3000 that I've yet seen, including the manufacturer's videos. I especially appreciated your close-up views in the clean-up portion! First rate job, sir!

I have the Flexio 4000, and I love it. I have used it for applying finish to projects, and even painted my entire basement during finishing it (8 different colors plus primer). It is a real workhorse, and any project I can spray I will 100%.
You should try using the smaller can for finish, and go with less material + more layers to avoid the orange peel look and feel. Cheers.

I used mine for ceilings but had to be very close to get the coverage wanted. My husband rolled 3 times the number of rooms/space while I was spraying.
Next time I went to use it, I couldn’t get pressure to build up. Tech support said that would happen if I lost the blue piece. I didn’t know about the little hole until this video... going to check that now.

I wound up getting the Wagner Stain Control sprayer for about $70. The only difference I could see is that mine only has one speed. Since I was just painting cedar fence, I figured that was fine, and it turned out to be so. The only pain was refilling the paint Reservoir about 10 times. I’d still be at it, instead of inside in the bath, if I was still using a roller.
