If you leave the mushrooms by a window to get some sunlight they become rancid quickly. It’s best to eat them slice and put them in the refrigerator cover with a plastic wrap to prevent them from spoiling.

I come from a tea drinking country. I never put milk or sugar in my earl grey tea. Lately I have been drinking green tea and I also add grated ginger and a tsp of monk/erythritol sugar. I got used to it and now I really like it.

Training will make healthy taste buds appreciate bitter taste of tea. Don’t be soft . No an no gain. It is not the end of the world if you miss dairy milk. Organic soya milk is great alternative.Or add chicken broth without fat.( from American film the waitress tells the prince the secret of good taste is chicken broth. ( princess for Christmas black lady in love with a white prince). Nice film with happy ending.

    • @OsAbliNgin911

black tea has similar antioxidants that is affected by milk too. Basically you get more benefits from tea and coffee if you drink it black. Adding the wrong cream or milk, and even sweeteners can ruin the benefits of these healthy drinks. Basically turns them into a desert/sugary drink rather than a health drink.

Oh, yeah, and that soil organism or whatever discovered by a golf course in Japan that proved to have so many mechanisms of action against bacteria, parasites, viruses, cancer, and inflammation in humans that its discovery earned its discoverers a Nobel Prize based on the anti parasitic effects, alone… That was just self defense, too. True, some plants also try to poison humans, not just viruses (tobacco/nicotine), but humans don’t eat very much soil…
