Hard but enjoyable, like the fact there are no repeats
No repeats are always a bit of fun, feel like they go so much quicker too
Loved it! Tho I felt it in my upper body more than the lower. Still good and I broke a nice sweat
Great job and def a big sweat! Bit more upper body dominant but legs still get hit in those compounds
