    This was great! I appreciate how I was able to hit every body part yet focusing on each muscle group. I love the combination of cardio, compound moves, and isolation movements. This was what I envisioned hybrid to be. Would love to see a lengthy program like this

      Big T! Did you try Skulpt? This is very similar to a Skulpt workout! But this is obviously shorter and not quite as intense as Skulpt
