- Epic Help shows you how to spray paint your steel rims step by step for around twenty dollars. The base coat and clear coat spray paint cost around fourteen dollars total. The steel wool cost around five dollars and the masking tape cost about one dollar. Hopefully you already have soapy water and a small rag or sponge.

Great job!!!
Those rims looks great afterwards, also the rims looks like the ones off from Chevy Cobalt, based on its visual appearance.
Maybe your best vid yet, thanks EH
Wow, thanks!
Looks good i will try it
Thanks for watching!
How long did they last? Will this prevent it from ever rusting?
Not sure how long. Mine still look decent since this video was made. I don't see any rust, so it looks like it helps with rusting.
Hi that black enamel looks closely to the original black color from here. That is what I want. Did it look close to the original color it had since you could see it there up close. I would buy that black enamel. Thanks in advance.
Yes, the color of the paint was a very close match. Thanks for watching!
@@EpicHelp nice thanks!
If you don’t get all the rust off it will come back thru. Didn’t seem like I cleaned it enough. How they holding up?
The rusted surface felt smoother after using the steel wool, so I believe I got the majority of it off. Just looked at my rims today and they are holding up great.
How many cans of paint & clear did you use for 4 wheels?
This was mentioned at 0:18 in the video.
