    I paid $140 2x a week for 3 weeks for these EXACT same exercises. Man...I wish I'd checked TH-cam FIRST!!! VERY thorough and exactly the same exercises and coaching I got from my PT sessions....but this is FREE!!!

    I sprained my ankle skateboarding in January. Towards the end of March I was feeling good on my board again and it didn’t hurt to kickflip(hardest trick for a recovering ankle). I sprained it again in April and it is now July and feels as if it will never be okay again. Any words of advice or anything is greatly appreciated. I want to be able to skateboard again!!!

    Hey everyone i see there are some people who had ankle surgery with plates and screws. Can you tell me how long did it take you to walk without crutches once you get out of your cast? I had an ankle surgery for lateral malleolar fracture. I had 6 weeks of cast and before two days my cast was removed. My physiotherapist doesn't say anything about how long it will take to walk without crutches he says its different for every person but there must be at least an estimation as its stressing me. I want to get rid of these cruthes. I want to be able to walk in two weeks..can everyone tell about their experiences?

    The doctors told me that I had a grade 1 sprain but it’s been 23 weeks since I got it checked out and it’s not any better. Also for the “writing the whole alphabet with you feet twice a day” thing, I can’t really point my foot either. But I have light bruising around my ankle, it swells and it hurts to walk. The doctors also gave me a thing for my ankle called a game-day. Do you have any tips to make it heal faster since it’s been 23 weeks and I’m still not recovered

    • @nottrissie5839
      @nottrissie5839 5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      From your description i think its a grade 2 sprain (maybe even a grade 3). I would recomment 1 to 2 weeks of compleet rest, no walking on your ankle (so use crutches) and keep your ankle up alot. After that you can try to walk more and start exercises. I am not a doctor but have a lot of experience with ankle sprains as i am a basketball player. If you have any questions i will try to help you the best to my ability.
