    From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I wasn’t able to do any of this a month ago. I couldn’t even imagine walking and now I’m walking but still with discomfort and decided to do all the exercises. The pain I felt on the lateral side has left. I still need to strengthen my muscles and it isn’t easy doing this but I have felt personally the relief on my ankle so THANK YOU!!

    Thanks for this video. I'm so glad I can do most of these exercises now after fracturing my ankle 5 months ago.

    Oh my gosh I've twisted and or rolled my foot so many times on my same foot..I haven't had money for physical therapy and it's never healed. This is so helpful.

    I wish these rehab videos show someone with a actual ankle Dorian doing the rehab so people with an injury can see how a person in pain does the workout

    How long should we do phase 1 exercises for until we move onto phase 2? Also how long should we do phase 2 for to ensure full recovery?

    My ankle doesn’t hurt anymore but I can’t go through any of these exercises with full range of motion what should I do?

    My ankle hurts while doing some of these exercises. Should I keep doing them or is my ankle not ready for these exercises yet?

      I think you should stick to phase one untill you can walk and all of the phase's exercises are easy for you to do

      You should have perfected stage 1 first. Then stage 2 can hurt. If not too much like not makin you cry, go on. My doc said its ok that it swells and goes purple. Have to keep doin them. Then ice in the end

      I would suggest having no shoes on.

      You can do it without shoes too

      That's actually a very good question, you can do it with or without shoes, but you have to always make sure that the surface you're standing or jumping on is not slippery by any chance.

    How often should I do this excercise? Everyday is not possible but 2 times a week?

    I shouldn't have did these exercises. My ankle was almost healed but after doing these exercises, my ankle got injured again.. Phase 1 was good, but Phase 2 was too much pressure on the ankle.

      You must have rushed into phase 2, it is only meant for when you feel no pain in your ankle for a few weeks

    It's actually bad for your knees if you keep your toes forward- there supposed to be at an angle
