Just assembled the griddle - love the look and technology. I have the same problem with the middle burner The company is no help - they know of the problem and keep selling the units. I'll try what is shown here and report the results thanks for this youtube
July 1st 2024 and this company still doesn't know how to fix their problem. They told me the same "move the ignitor" BS and that didn't work either. Thanks for making this video, people at loco should see it and train their guys.
Hey, everyone and original poster.... just wanted to say I had the same issue going on. This video made it possible to fix and now it works flawlessly. Thanks for the video.
I just got an identical grill and had same problem with the left side burner. Called customer service but is closed over weekend so found this video and solved the problem. Thanks so much for sharing!
I have my grill coming this week, glad to know this ahead of time. I will take a look how mine are configured and know the fix if I have an issue. Thanks!!!!!
I wanted to take a minute to thank you for putting this information out. I was getting the exact same error message on my middle burner and making the same sdjustment seems to have fixed the problem. Easy peasy. Thank again.
Ran into this issue day 1 once I had everything put together on one burner, the right side. Had to take everything apart, flip the burner assembly over, and found the thermocouple wire for that burner was not plugged in, from the factory that way. Plugged it in, put everything back together. Working fine now.
I can confirm this worked perfectly for me as well! The instruction manual talks about carbon build up on the sensor as an issue and it seems of the sensor isn’t positioned properly than this is the issue. Took less than 5 mins to pull top off and check all sensors. Assuming no more issues, it’s actually a nice grill
I'm having the same issue, however, mine is a 2 burner. I've adjusted multiple times. No luck :( No gas leaks. Guess I'll keep trying. EDIT: Believe it or not, right after I posted this I went to try again, and noticed through a crack that one of the wires was disconnected. Problem fixed!

My light display doesn’t even come on anymore. Any help?

1:35 how far did you pull them back? All the way to ehere the two holes are?
What did you all do to pull it back?

Having same issue on my brand new loco griddle . Left side . Going to try this thanks 🙏🏻
Did it work?
Thank you! This worked on the 16” Loco grill also.
Did you have to move the ignitor too
Thank you for sharing! I will try this this week
Lowes built mine. Can't even get it to power on. 🤬
Still enjoying the loco? I'm torn between the loco and traeger flat rock.
Flat rock 100%. The Traeger is amazing. The LOCO is junk.
Was everyone’s issue resolved. Having same problem, bough mine last week
You gotta be Loco to buy a Loco with those kind of issues?

Mine won’t even turn on!! No power . Put different battery - still nothing . Junk
I thought these needed to be plugged in to work.
Plugged in and checked the wiring
