Yeah reverse is nice but there is something about the bug eye that’s just awesome not just the looks but it just seems more sporty especially with shaved front fenders and angry headlights

Is it a pain not having reverse? I want to get one of these someday for some trail riding and I don't know if I should save up more for a newer model with reverse or if it's not too much of a problem.
Would i like to have reverse? Yes. Is it a pain? No not really just depends what kind of situation you get yourself into. The 05 and up models have reverse.
I had one without reverse and you always keep the thought in your mind and you’ll kinda keep ourself out of trouble. It became a habit to make sure I could turn around and if you do have to pull it they aren’t heavy
Agreed, i like to check out the scenery when i trail/woods ride not just fly through it... The TRX400EX is a AWESOME woods machine i would not trade it for any other machine.
The 400ex is one of the best sounding, best looking, and best performing 4 stroke sport quads on the market

I cant remember what I had on it when this video was taking. I think it was a Fmf. I have a lexx mxe on it now. The fmf rusted apart.

Never driven a sport qaud I have a trail muding qaud and a dirtbike tell me are they as fun. As dirt bikes ?
They are fun but you can do everything on the dirt bike that you can do on a sport quad.
