Hi yeah that is running great I have a 07 400ex black. motor is bone stock. stock handle bars and suspension i have a lex me slip on and a stage one Dino with a foam uni air filter i put tusk comp clutch kit in got tusk Neff bars full skid plates. But man yours really rips i hope i can achieve that with mine it looks like that 450r suspension in the front is helping you out I've contemplated a widening it out 2 inches but i didn't want it to be to wide for the narrow trails man i like your set up how can I get mine to run just like that I really like those bars did you use stock steering stem? Should I widen it out do you notice a big difference in the handling? Help me out hear i want mine to run just like that wow I'm impressed but in all honesty I haven't had a whole lot of time to ride so i haven't gotten into her to hard yet just seems like yours is quite a bit more responsive. I'm in love with the way you got that thing running good job.
I dont have much engine work just a good bore over to 402cc from the stock 397cc which is only because I had to rebuild it. But if you get +1 a-arms itll help alot or +2 like mine. I ride some pretty tight trails and they havent caused me any problem yet. 450r from shocks are nice! +1-+2 rear axle. Widening it a tad makes the world of difference when cornering.
I gotta thank this guy, watching him have just as much fun on a 400 as a 450 convinced me to get a 400ex
Nice 400 man can you do a walk around video and explain the mods you have done to it?
