There seems to be a weird glitch that infects every copy of MGSV. For some reason, the game just ends with no climax or resolve. The game is litterally missing it's final chapter for some reason, thus making it have no ending.

4:43 thats not a glitch technically.... bcoz there are no animations created when an enemy or soldier is stunned .. so whenever u use the water gun on their face, the game thinks that the soldier is not stunned yet and plays the regular reaction animation of getting hit by water gun

Actually there's a running kind of joke in japan where guys with glasses sometimes are so bland, normal, and generic that all they have as personality is their glasses. So sometimes you see people forget about the guy and talk to the glasses, or floating glasses, or ignore the guy (without his glasses). This can be seen in some of their Japanese anime (like gintama). Whether this was on purpose or not, it works pretty well with Huey XD

Is there a double Kojima glitch. My friend said that he unlocked two Kojimas by waiting till he unlocked him in phantom pain and then downloaded the ground zeroes data and then he had two Hideo Kojimas sitting in his chopper.

Will you ever do Shovel Knight: Plauge of Shadows? if so then there's this glitch in Tinker Knights' stage, where there's this area where if you stand at an extender that goes up, and a platform that goes right above it, and if you stand where the platform touches, then Plauge Knight goes into the wall of the extender, but is pushed out when it reaches the bottom, and in Propeller Knights' boss fight, if you fall down the right side and die, you lose gold, but when you re-enter the arena, it despawns. And you lose gold. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
ok so I want to share a glitch I experienced today while playing smash 4 online. me and a friend o mine were playing the pokemon stadium (the new one) and when the steal type part of the stage appeared (with the swords and the thing that give you the metal effect) after my friend stopped being metal he's head stayed metal! I have no idea why it happened but it was so funny! he even had a metal head in the victory scene!
With the wall breech at the hangar, I found that you can just dive towards the boxes at an angle to force your way back out, without restarting or anything unfun like that

The game doesn't confuse itself, it follows a line of code where, say, (10:30) the enemy falls off the ladder, hits the ground collision barrier and then waits, as the code says, until hitting the ground. However, it already has hit the ground, so the code waits forever. The fix would be to say if the NPC already has hit the ground, skip the timer and continue as normal.
I think its also mentioning that you can get an enemy vehicle stuck in one spot forever using the D-horse and truck glitch. The enemy vehicle would just honk at D-horse forever and since D-horse can't get off the truck, the enemy just keeps honking.
The Water Pistol glitch seems to occur due to a conflict in animation. When you shoot a soldier in the face with it, they're supposed to go through an animation to react to it, however, they apparently don't have a reaction animation for any situation other than standing, so it jumps them to that, then returns them to how they were before.
Another glitch: paz's room is not real its a balcony you can drop some clothes or guns there and enter paz's room and you can enter the box and snake will be forever crouching

There is another glitch that allows you to edit parts of certain weapons that cannot be customized. Using it, I managed to defeat Sahelanthropus within 30 seconds. This is ONLY on the PC version because of how the game handles weapon customization options. this has since been patched. Weapons made before the patch still work though.
In addition to experiencing the box glitch and one where an enemy truck went crazy, I've also had D-Dog's limbs glitch out and go everywhere as he was running down a small hill. He looked kinda like a demented Sims baby. Terrifying but hilarious!
A glitch to do with the D-horse truck glitch: Use a truck that you own, it'll only work with a truck you own, get D-horse in the back of the truck and get on top of D-horse in the back. Then get the truck to be fultoned back to your mother base, you'll be dragged up with the truck to the sky and you'll eventually begin falling when the truck despawns, it makes a cool skylaunch glitch which is extremely easy to do
As someone with 1700+ hours (PC) in this game other I've pretty much only seen these glitches in videos detailing glitches. In the actual game I've rarely ever seen any glitches, other than one weird rendering issue where I fell through the ground; it was remedied simply by restarting the mission
