I play him at fullback in the barbarian team. You can't create players with the same skills that the star players have been created with. No one touches you with Habana, Williams and Robinson in the back 3 :)
Kenneth Fisher why are the created players in that game so bad. You make a player have 99 speed and acceleration and they get caught by like someone with 86 speed. The created players are unbelievable especially o Driscoll
Ben, that's a good question. The game has a major flaw in that it doesn't see stamina/fatigue as how long they last in the game but how they last in a single run. There's no international player that will break from the 22 and flake at the other 22 so turn the fatigue setting off. Also keep your finger in the space bar if playing on a pc.
The speed he changes direction is just outrageous - it's like watching a normal player at x2. I bet the other teams were thinking 'oh FFS' every time he got the ball in space. One of the all time greats.
That last one against Australia still gives me goosebumps everytime I see it. I remember in school, for months after everyone celebrating like that whenever they scored

The amazing thing about Billy Whizz, is that people don't realise in Rugby Union that he played his absolute best years in league.. Its hard to imagine how many records he would have smashed if he had come to union 2 or 3 years earlier.. His strength was also under estimated to many a defenders cost trying to tackle him high, or not expecting to be handed off... That's always assuming there was more than one defender, as one on one he was impossible to stop.. Would have loved to see Billy Whizz, Jonah, and Christian Cullen as a Barbarians back 3..
Robinson’s acceleration is unbelievable. Jonny May has pace and the ability to kick to assist run. But I’m not sure he could ever be better than Robinson.
I really hope Josh Charnley makes a superb switch and we get another explosive winger in the England side.. I know Josh is bigger.. but it's the explosive power they both have.. and very quick.
The best sidestepper at speed. Phil Bennett, of course, had a magnificent sidestep, but not at the pace of Billy Whiz. Slight bias as he was born just down the road from me in Beeston, Leeds. What a magnificent player in both codes (but why the hell did Leeds RL not sign him before Wigan?).

He couldn't do it against the kangaroos in league. Only the wallabies. The kangaroos and nrl is light years ahead of any rugby code.

That line break against Wales in the 2003 World Cup was unbelievable acceleration. That would beat many top sprinters off the mark.

This England team and the team with Shane Williams made for some of the best years of rugby. Never a dull match with either of them on the pitch.
