The finished model is incredible, Mike! In my mind, the Gemini Program was cancelled far too soon, and this is a fascinating model of what might have been, but wasn't quite: An actual "Space Fighter." (The extended mass detector is evocative of a knight charging with a lance.) It also begs the question, what other "Space Fighter" concepts (both US and Soviet) were proposed during the Cold War period. I also like how you used the iconic Revell 1/48 scale Gemini as the base for your project, instead of a 3D Printed example. Truly a "Legacy Model" that, despite its flaws, will be with us for a very long time. As a sidebar, since the Revell 1/48th scale Gemini came with a Mercury Capsule, have you ever considered using one to make the proposed One-Man Mercury Atlas Space Station with the inflatable access tunnel . . . ?
