It's the presence or absence of an upload like this that often determines whether or not I'll buy an album. Why should I buy something I haven't been able to listen to first?
@@Gamer2k4 the songs will almost always be uploaded, OP was talking specifically about a single upload of the whole continuous album instead of just each song individually.

Speechless. I cannot put into words my feelings about this band. Im 35 and ive listened to Nightwish for well over half my life. Ive been a part of their journey and they have been a part of mine. Long may it continue.
Same, man. I kind of got bored with them after Dark Passion Play, but I think Human Nature(the "Human" half) and this album are a nice evolution and a great new sound for them. If I want to hear Once, I'll listen to Once. So finally getting a new direction is refreshing to me, and the music is great quality.
The album is completely crazy, with an intense atmospheric rhythm, with calm parts but also with very heavy ones. Very complete. The musicians are all to be congratulated, they all did an excellent job.
As a longtime Nightwish fan, I couldn't have wished for anything more perfect, this album is a journey through life - With death waiting at the end, but oh such a beautifull death. For me its always been about Floors voice, she could make me smile, or reduce me to savage tears, but now it's like hearing a familiar poem, a safe harbour for my deepest feelings. I've tried to write, but reading Tuomos lyrics he writes from a place the other side of truth and beauty. (And, Troy, read the comments, some of us love you).
Nightwish Army, Indonesia here. I just have to say, this album is a masterpiece. It certainly tugs on the heartstrings and rocks at the same time. Tuomas, you are indeed a genius.... as if we didn't already know!
I've been recommending Nightwish to basically all my friends for years now. All I can say is this: I have NEVER heard a single Nightwish song that I've even mildly disliked. Sure, there's a few that I'm neutral on, but even those songs are a vanishingly small minority. Nightwish is my single favorite band there is. Far as I'm concerned, they define their own league and have zero competition...
This is the most beautiful ending to the trilogy that I could have dreamed of. For me this is a complete album. I have no other words, only: thank you.
Kuuntelin levyn yöllä pimeässä metsässä, koiran kanssa ulkoillessa, täysikuun valossa ja revontulien loistaessa järven yllä. Täydellinen Nightwish hetki sekä mahtava albumi ❤
@HeimlicherNATOaustrittFrieden für alle ❤️ Peace for all . Hier ist dafür kein Platz . Metal hat keine Richtung, auch wenn es dunkel scheint. Ich wünsche mir Frieden für alle Menschen der Welt
I first encountered Nightwish back in 1999, with the album Oceanborn. Blew me away instantly. Yesterwynde has been on repeat here constantly, I think it's a great album. These talented guys and gals have been at it for a long time, you cannot expect them to do the same thing over and over again. Would be boring. Floor somewhere said something along the lines of "don't put us in a box. Just listen to the album" To me Nightwish has always been just that, a band that cannot be put in a box. They create music, art, as they like. As they should. I take my hat off to you, Nightwish. Kiitos for the last 25+ years. Onwards!
Tuomas you heal my soul when I needed the most. This album brings me the heal and the hope that my soul was screaming for since 2021. I can feel the warmth of your lyrics, this vehicle of spirit carries not only you guys, but the whole NW world. We are still here.
Who else noticed that "The Weave" is not only a palindrom in terms of lyrics, but so is its number in the albom -11th and even time! It`s 4:54 minutes long. And this Grieg`s "Morning" musical references give me chills! It`s like Halloween dark and spooky version of the "Morning". For me, it`s even darker than "Ghost River". It`s like real experience of dying and rebirth. Genious!
Yes, it gets better and better with each and every listen. Neither of the 3 early release singles which are great get in to my top 5 from this album. That's how good I rhink it is. 👍😊
I am always struck by how, on top of the music, Tuomas so often has these brillant thoughts hitting like lightning. In 'Something Whispered Follow Me': "Stardust to dust, a tapestry in between", "Go find your mountain, go build a graveyard with a view". Really a poet with the words, the music, and the two together
Words cannot express how deeply this album penetrates my heart, opening it wide and triggering feelings of depth, happiness, euphoria and love. Every song is a masterpiece of composition and performance. Music that I can't get out of my head, even now. With Yesterwynde you have once again achieved a great success. Nightwish, I love your music.❤
I'm re-listening to the album while I wait for my pre-ordered physical copy to arrive. I translated, using my cell phone, the lyrics of the songs one at a time into my preferred language as I listened to them. A Masterpiece. Poetry to read and listen to.💓
Lanternlight breaks my heart so much. Thank you Nightwish for being with me for 15 long years. You gave me so many beautiful memories, and helped me to become who I am today. 🤧 Greetings from Finland 🇫🇮
What a coherent and refined album. Just fantastic. To me this is an outstanding piece. Even in Nightwish standards. Mature, elegant, beautiful, thrilling, captivating.
Another album that has completely blown me away, beautiful orchestral moments, stunning guitars, epic drums, harmonizing keyboards, delicate choir and then theres Floor with her magical delicate as well as powerful vocals. Wow just Wow. Love you Nightwish thanks for another amazing album.
This is the first album of Nightwish I have listened allthough I am Finnish it was effective with its sinfonic touch, rhytm and magic melodies. Missing Marko still with this groupe
Handshake 😁 I have favorite tracks on all albums, been to several concerts through the years, and after a long time I'll blow the dust from my old carcass and go again !
Hiraeth and Lanterlight hurt so much... I lost my 6 month old baby girl last November. I don`t wish this kind of pain to anyone, not even to the worst human on earth. Hiraeth and Lanternlight hurts but they also carries and holds me trough the pain and sorrow. Kiitos Nightwish for this incredibly beautiful album which made me cry many times along this musical journey called Yesterwynde
@@reeilona I am truly sorry for your loss! Losing your own child is the most painful experience on earth 💕 I am lost on words, but I am glad that music can help you during this time! ❤️
My wife and I suffered a miscarriage this year with our first pregnancy. It still hurts, but Hiraeth has been a way for me to remember them but also process the loss I'm still feeling. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Tuomas is taking us on his journey, people will follow him, some will detour, some will get back onto the journey, some will arrive later, but most will follow him to the end.
I'm a fan since 2001. However, I haven't given it any attention for about a decade until I started to play their music again, about a month ago. Human 2 Nature is new to me. And a good album it is. And then came this album. It's absolutely brilliant, at least as good as Wishmaster back then.
An Ocean of Strange Islands, The Antikythera Mechanism, The Weave and Lanternlight ❤ The first two were instant likes, the last two didn't take long to grow on me. A wonderful album overall...
A gem of true art, among the rubbish that bombards us from everywhere. After "Human II Nature" it's incredible to present such a high aesthetic and quality album! What can we say about Floor, we bow to perfection. From Greece, thank you Nightwish.
Yeah this is a breath of fresh air after that wierd experimental crap! So glad they went back to their "Imaginearum" style. It is what they perfected and it is where they truly shine! Not some wierd atonal melody that isn't even a melody and has no clear beginning or end. This right from the start reminded me of Tlakltavi and i immediately relaxed and settled in for an hour of magic!
@@GOLD_FEVER I don't think anything written by Tuomas, which he did not deposit in the dustbin, can be referred to as "crap". "Weird" and "experimental", fine, but "crap"? Is there something wrong with you, or is it just an accidental bad choice of words?
@@MultiChaoticus No, I genuinely find that album to be strange and discordant. I think music that is impossible to follow and avant garde for the sake of it is crap. And unlike some fans, i don't hesitate to say that even great composers had their flops. And that album was certainly in my opinion a massive turd.
Lots of really good moments in this album! I've been a Nightwish fan since 1999 and this album has a lot of the "catchy" moments from that time, in a different shape but a very good one. Songs like "The Antikythera Mechanism", "An Ocean Of Strange Islands" and "Something Whispered Follow Me" are good examples of this "old and new" mix!
What a great production. The more you listen to it, the better it sounds. I received my Earbook version yesterday. Congratulations with this wonderful production Nightwish. Greetings from the Netherlands 💗
When I rode my bicycle through pictureque landscapes for stages of 50-100km last autumn I put my headphones on, listening to the Yesterwynde album in its entirety countless times. I rarely listened to such positive and also invigorating music that made the climbs in Austria far less brutal. Every song is like a different chapter and I cannot say which one I enjoyed most. It seems that each song benefits from the ones before. The versatilty of that album never made it boring at any time. Yesterwynde not only became my album of the year very easily, but is one of the rare ones that kept my attention for such a long time (of listening).
Yesterwynde I'm blown away, amazed, fascinated... The boundaries of symphonic metal have been pushed again, history rewritten. Like when Beethoven created his 9th Symphony with Ode to Joy, Dvořák his 9th Symphony From the New World, or Giuseppe Verdi's Nabucco or Mozart's Don Giovani... It is almost unbelievable, overwhelming and magical to listen to the contemporary symphonic metal music from the pen of Toumas Holopainen performed by his Nightwish. I have one wish that this mission would never end... and while I miss Marco in the band and feared that this would be an insurmountable problem for Nightwish, the opposite is true.
Yet another Nightwish album that has sent chills down my spine, awed and inspired, and brought me to tears, all over the course of 71 minutes. Thank you, Nightwish, for reminding me of the beauty in this world.
After hearing lots of people complaining about the single releases, i was a bit afraid of how the OP was going to be. I am shamed of myself for having doubts about Nightwish. Yestewynde is AWESOME.
After hearing the two singles from the album released earlier I had the same thought. Oh my, no, that wasn't my stuff. But now after being able to listening the complete album, which Nightwish uploaded for us all to hear I wonder, why they didn't release other tracks. Alone track 2 is so cool. The end of this track gave me literally goosebumps. Reminds me partly of Storytime Album, which was amazing from writing, lyrics, the complete score amazing. And now they are doing it literally again. Absolut epic. They do the amazing thing again: To get a track into your mind you have to listen to the whole track, not only a part of it. 30 second try outs for listening could never ever fulfill that. I am buying the album right now. So to everyone out there: If you listen to this and you'll like it, be so fair to buy it please! Nightwish deserves this really! 🥰
I didn't know Nightwish, as I wasn't particularly into this type of music. Their music piqued my interest, as my partner played it for me and I listened to them at first to make my partner happy and we went to Greece to see them live at the Release Athens Festival. That day, I fell in love with Nightwish, the way the played and their melodies. Their music feels like it doesn't belong to this century. It takes you on a journey, enchants you, and speaks to you about events and history. I've listened to almost all their songs, and I was eagerly awaiting their latest album. I, who didn't know them at all and didn't listen to this kind of music. This band takes me on a journey, calms me down, and keeps me company at work. Your new album is outstanding. The harmony of the music and the way the band has evolved is out of this world. I believe you've exceeded all expectations and brought in people like me who didn't know you or listen to this genre of music. I hope we get to hear this album LIVE, as it’s a piece of history that needs to be shared everywhere. It would be a shame if the world doesn't get the chance to hear you. I wish you all good health, and thank you for the magic you share with us. 🤩🤩🤩
I saw them live in Athens before 20 years. With Queensryche and Judas Priest together... June of 2004. I was in love with Nightwish from their very first album. And to watch them live was something undescivable. Epic night. I feel the same today every time i watch them (live or in videos).
I waited two weeks to listen to this album because I was travelling. I wanted to sit and immerse myself fully into it for my first experience. I am so glad I did. Thank you, Tuomas, and thank you Nightwish. What a stunningly beautiful album. I find it the most wonderful irony when people say Nightwish has changed. They have released songs and albums now about evolution yet expect the band and songwriter to not evolve. Were you not listening?
Once again I am stuck in a whirlwind of your music ! I can´t count how many times I´ve heard this album and it keeps growing in me with every listen. Take your rest, but please never leave, I will always follow you since you are huge part of my life. Love NW.
Wow! Welcome back Nightwish! Wondered what you will come up next but this sure beats all expectations. This album can't be described/explained to anyone and give it the credit it deserves. For Nightwish fans this is a continuation of an amazing journey that, thankfully, has no end in sight. In fact, it is almost scary to think what follows this album but, hey, I will wait. In the meantime, I will be annoying as many people as I can by playing this over and over...yet, it won't take long until they also are converts to this utter perfection...I will now turn the lights off, turn up the volume and dissolve into this magical world Tuomas has, yet again, shared with us. Thank you and, please, we are waiting in Perth for you....
I joined the Nightwish movement in 2022. My life has been chaotic since long before that. They helped me find some stability and contentment in a small measure. Human Nature will be hard to top, but it sounds like they had no problem doing that. Chalk another banger up to the Titans from Finland. Definitely worth the wait.
There is one thing I can only attribute to Nightwish. They are the only band ever that can make me physically tired and dehydrated as if I had run a marathon just by sitting on a chair listening to a full album. Wonderful album.
They have been my favorite band since "Sleeping Sun". Tuomas is a genius. By the end of this album, I was a quivering bowl of emotional Jello. All the members past and present, have been great! Thank you!
I'm gonna buy this album. And if you plan a tour in France, for the first time in my life, count me as one of the public, crying heartful tears of combined emotions.

I discovered Nightwish in 2004 and you knocked my socks off! I love Yesterwynde, the songs are different, but yet so Nightwish. Lanternlight made me cry, so beautiful. Thank you for amazing beautiful music, experinces and memories ❤
With great music you expect a journey, Tuomas and Nightwish has provided a first-class trip with this album ending with the finest piece of music I have heard in Lanternlight. Thanks to the entire band for this masterpiece!
There is a very large amount of things in this current time period I feel thankful for, and I feel quite privileged to live now. Nightwish is absolutely one of them.
Onpa vaan käsittämättömän upea levy!! Ostan LP orkesteri version heti- kun sen löydän. Amazing, tälleen itä-suomalaisittain. Vihdoinkin jotain kuunneltavaa -siis useasti!!!!
For this album, she doesn't necessarily have to remember any lyrics, because they are not doing live shows. In the recording sessions, she might have had the written lyrics to help her. And in the future, they probably perform max 5-6 of these songs live, not all. But of course, generally speaking, there are a lot of lyrics to remember for any live show.
The more I listen to the album, the more I love it. It's very complete and strong. Lanternlight is still one of my favorite, I got chills with Floor's voice and the lyrics. This album is a voyage to the past. Now it has sense the album cover, the feeling of past, the sailboat, everything
Do you get the Tuomas déjà vu moments, references and "Easter Eggs"? He weaves them in for us to discover, to get more out of it, creating a personal connection.
Most poignant and beautiful album you've ever made by a wide margin. It brings me to tears in a way that only The Greatest Show on Earth has done before it.
I understand the reasons and why the band needs some time off, it's absolutely understandable, I think most and/or many of us think the same. But I have to say something, and that is that this YW album, will need a tour sooner or later, it can't NOT have a tour, it's a very good album, and live it will be the ‘next level’ of NW... Bravo!!!
I was hoping this album would be good, and I can happily say that Nightwish have delivered. This album is awesome. I will definitely be buying this one.
My album of the year, most definitely! The Antikythera Mechanism is one of the best songs ever released by Nightwish, in my opinion. Of the trilogy, this is the strongest album!
Hello from Liverpool. I am loving this new album. A big thank you to all involved in producing this masterpiece. This will probably be a major part of my soundtrack to this autumn. I am awaiting surgery and dark nights. Music will play a big role in my recovery. And Nightwish will play a huge part. Take care, all who read this. And please ... BE KIND ...

Listened to the videos of these songs on the TV. Hearing them later on the CD player and on the phone with this video has made me realize that the speakers on my television are absolutely dreadful, because my initial thought of there being no absolute bangers on this album was wrong to a degree that I can not understand how it was formed in the first place. Fantastic work!
Huge fan of Jukka and miss him, but goddam delivered hard with this album. Feels like the first time that Toumas really managed to bring out the entire beast that is Kai.

Nightwish simply outdid themselves. It was worth the wait for Yesterwynde. It is a masterpiece. Alpha and Omega. And once again I say, without blasphemy, that Tuomas is Metal Mozart Clone. Genius. That's it. Like the aforementioned genius Mozart, such a thing is born once every 500 years.
Well, I hadn't been too sure about this album from a couple of the previously released tracks, but listening to it as a whole, in the order that Tuomas intended... WOW! This is brilliant. The composition and instrumentation are utterly fantastic (loving Troy's contributions particularly - not too shabby for a "Bad Shepherd" gone good). And what can I say about Floor - already the greatest singer in rock history IMO, she has raised the bar again.
I've finally bought it and finally listened to it. I'm crying and I don't know why. Thank you so much. I have no words. It's absolutely beautiful and full of emotions. I rememer why | love you, Nightwish. Thank you for all your music throughout the years. You've given me so much. And you've shown me again what you mean to me. Just... thank you. See you live soon.
Almost makes me miss the commute to work. I could put on an album in the car, and listen to it without much distraction. Just letting it soak into me. Now, I am retired, and seldom have time to delve into my music library (retired people are often busier that when encumbered with working hours). But I am going to have to make time for repeated listens to this masterpiece. Tuomas continues to evolve and impress. He appears to have a team who can bring his vision to fruition. Nightwish have been among my favourite bands for more that 20 years. They have now percolated to the top.
Been a Nightwish fan since 90s when they were kicking @$s with Oceanborn(!) during my youth. Back then I was blown away by the potential of this band 'cause me and my friends were hearing "simple" metal and rock things like Maiden, Priest, AC/DC, Van Halen etc, Major exceptions like SAVATAGE (especially the Criss Oliva era) and later on Symphony X and Evergrey and other Scandinavian bands who were born almost at the same time like Nightwish. 25+ years later as i am waiting for the physical copy of Yesterwynde as I've always did (being "a walk-man and discman era" kid) I'm listening to it through this "internet crap thing" and I can tell you 2 things: 1st) This is the best "mix" of Nightwish. If you want to introduce Nightwish to someone, give em this record. IMHO stands right in "the middle" of their career as far as music and orchestration is concerned. and 2) No matter which Nightwish "era" you prefer, let's not argue that: TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE A MUSICAL GENIUS! Last but Not Least: Thank God (or whatever you believe in), for witnessing the existence of Nightwish in this very short timeline of the universe. and STAY STRONG. Life is very short! Cheers
Perhaps the most cohesive Nightwish album to date and with the highest concentration of good songs. They really outdid themselves this time. A masterpiece imho.
When you are waiting for your favourite band to release a new collection of songs, an album, there is naturally some anxiety, expectation and excitement mixed with the hope that you will not be disappointed in the new material. "Yesterwynde" as a cohesive collection of songs just gets better and better with each and every listen surpassing my greatest hopes and expectations, so much so that the three early release singles as good as they are do not appear in my top 5 songs from this genius laced album. It is now my favourite album by this phenomenal band. 🙏😊👍❤️
I love this album so much! I really love it in the context of the other members of this trilogy, EFMB and HN, they’re all so good. A beautiful story of nature, humanity, and how they coexist! Not to mention how Floor has been absolutely KILLING it. It even worked out that Marco left, because Troy didn’t get prominent vocals until the last two albums (the humanity ones) but Marco was only in the first two (the nature ones). Very cool all around, and I can’t wait to see what Nightwish does next.
Floor is known for her powerful and lofty high notes, but Lanternlight really shows off her rich lower voice wonderfully, and the orchestration (and skilled mixing/production) allows plenty of space for all of her emotional nuances to shine. Of course, her transitions from high to low and back again seem effortless. Endless range most beautiful! Some Nightwish songs sound as though Tuomas wrote them and then handed them over expectantly to see how the vocalist would handle them. This song employs Floor's voice to such great effect that it feels like he wrote it for her to sing. A fine finish to this mighty work.
I think Tuomas always writes the songs with the strengths of the current singer in mind. Strong, operatic notes for Tarja, something a bit more lighter to fit Annette's voice and now whatever serves the song, Floor can sing it all.
@@rabiatorthegreat6163 Oh, yes - he's keenly aware of their ranges and tonal qualities for sure. What I was (perhaps inadequately) trying to express is that some songs seem almost like a test or demonstration of the vocalist (not solely as an exercise - the art is still front and center) where their virtuosity becomes a focal point. For me, this track feels like it's powered more by feelings, and that Tuomas knew that Floor could convey those in a way that only she could. How fortunate are we to be here to listen?!
I wonder if there’s a word that describes a feeling of connecting to something great, timeless, being in the flow with the universe? That's how I feel now. I just listened to the album twice -- first for the music, and second for the lyrics. Made me cry and gave me shivers so many times. Great poetry, great stories, amazing spectacle, and it warms my heart to feel that we are in the same flow. I hope to see a tour with the symphonic orchestra when you guys are ready to tour again. This will be epic.
It's a solid album. At first, it sounded chaotic with too much going on - I felt lost and almost disappointed, missing the "old" Nightwish from it - but after a few listens it grew on me. With time I started to like and appreciate the songs one by one, starting with An Ocean of Strange Islands (instant hit) closely followed by Antikythera Mechanism, Spider Silk, then Perfume of the Timeless, The Weave and Children of Ata. Soon after I caught myself humming Hiraeth and Lanternlight, and I am warming up to the rest as well. To me, this album is harder to digest and maybe not as catchy on the first listen as the older albums were but nonetheless, it's something special and I am grateful for it. ❤
I agree with you. This album requires some listenings to understand better the layers of content, but is a really solid work. And as you said, it s has something special in this sound. For me, its a very immersive and enjoyable album that is clearly complex with a lot of things going on simultaneously. My favorite tracks An Ocean Of Strange Islands, Antikythera Mechanism, The Day Of, Spider Silk, The Children Of Ata and Hiraeth.
The last three NW albums have been like that. The melodies are complicated and seem a bit off at first. It’s on about the fifth or sixth listen that everything starts making sense. I will take a long tim to get my head around Antikythera especially.
Definitely the same as you guys, I was almost disappointed because the last two albums with Floor have really high standards and it is hard to reach that level with this one, but listening to it more and more it becomes more catchy and fruity.
Definately oposite: I loved moust songs for rhe first hearing, and nearly all the rest for aecond or the listening. What really is difficult to "get in" to these sons? P.S. I still don' care so much about Hiraeth and Lanternlight but so what? Eight fantastic songs , twoi very good. It is five times more great music than in album these days..
There's a constant nostalgic feeling throughout of it moving in waves around darkness and light, priceless memories you can't rewind but it's still alive inside of us. All of it upon a solid and epic fantasy sound, this album is fully charged of emotions. The best one from the trilogy and one of the best Nightwish's ever if we talk about the musical composition, it's on another level. It got me nostalgic as Imaginaerum did at the time🥲 Amazing!
Nightwish staff really know that another people would uploaded a full album video. Thanks for make an official one
It's the presence or absence of an upload like this that often determines whether or not I'll buy an album. Why should I buy something I haven't been able to listen to first?

I first encountered Nightwish back in 1999, with the album Oceanborn. Blew me away instantly. Yesterwynde has been on repeat here constantly, I think it's a great album. These talented guys and gals have been at it for a long time, you cannot expect them to do the same thing over and over again. Would be boring. Floor somewhere said something along the lines of "don't put us in a box. Just listen to the album"
To me Nightwish has always been just that, a band that cannot be put in a box. They create music, art, as they like. As they should.
I take my hat off to you, Nightwish. Kiitos for the last 25+ years. Onwards!
Ja usłyszałem przypadkiem w pokoju dzieci w tv teledysk Nemo 2005 i stałem w progu pokoju i ciarki na rękach 😉
Increíble comentario ❤
I found this band back in 1999 before they got Big Still love them. Now
@@squeakysynthrave8933 got back where?
Sorry missed spells 😅
The orchestra backing these songs just takes this album to the next level
more one listens, more addictive it becomes, deeper gets into his soul. Truly a masterpiece!
turn on the sound dude
Absolutely 💯 ❤.
This album is magical ✨️ 😍 😊
"Something Whispered Follow Me" is really special, for me the best in the album.
Tuomas you heal my soul when I needed the most. This album brings me the heal and the hope that my soul was screaming for since 2021. I can feel the warmth of your lyrics, this vehicle of spirit carries not only you guys, but the whole NW world. We are still here.
OK, I surrender. Damn you Nightwish, you got me. I need to buy this one.
That's the way this works!
Can't resist.
Genious!
Brilliant!
I cannot help myself, I am completely drawn to this album. I find myself "must" listening.
Same
This album, with all the little details, is a masterpiece. You need several listens to get a grasp of it.
In 'Something Whispered Follow Me':
"Stardust to dust, a tapestry in between",
"Go find your mountain, go build a graveyard with a view".
Whole album is just ❤️😘😘❤️genious as always. 😘🇫🇮
Sometimes you stand in awe, stunned and mezmerised with what you come to meet in life. Yesterwynde is that, whole album.
Greetings from Finland 🇫🇮
What a coherent and refined album. Just fantastic. To me this is an outstanding piece. Even in Nightwish standards.
Mature, elegant, beautiful, thrilling, captivating.
Another album that has completely blown me away, beautiful orchestral moments, stunning guitars, epic drums, harmonizing keyboards, delicate choir and then theres Floor with her magical delicate as well as powerful vocals. Wow just Wow. Love you Nightwish thanks for another amazing album.
yo no se de que se quejan par o tres bobos hijueputas, llevo escuchando esta album 24/7 es increible todo lo que ofrece a nive sonoro
Tuomas is genius of our time. So happy to be alive to listen this and the older nightwish also.
This is the first album of Nightwish I have listened allthough I am Finnish it was effective with its sinfonic touch, rhytm and magic melodies. Missing Marko still with this groupe
It was 1998. Came Oceanborn. I grew old. I fell in love with Imagenaerium. Today I fell in love again. Great album. 💓.. Speechless
Handshake 😁 I have favorite tracks on all albums, been to several concerts through the years, and after a long time I'll blow the dust from my old carcass and go again !
Oceanborn was mind-blowing!
@reeilona bless you in your pain and struggles. I'm so sorry.
I am deeply sorry for your loss
Hugs from a Nightwish brother
Tuomas is taking us on his journey, people will follow him, some will detour, some will get back onto the journey, some will arrive later, but most will follow him to the end.
Thank you Nightwish for giving us a new Masterpiece.
jajajajaja no
I felt lost for so long, but thanks to Nightwish, I have finally rediscovered my love for music. Thank you for yet another amazing album!
Every era of this band has is own particular thing to it. I'm an old fan and a new fan as well. And again, it's a different journey each time !
Exactly 🙏👍😊❤️
I'm a fan since 2001. However, I haven't given it any attention for about a decade until I started to play their music again, about a month ago. Human 2 Nature is new to me. And a good album it is. And then came this album. It's absolutely brilliant, at least as good as Wishmaster back then.
What an incredible album. Nightwish has reached an unbelievable peak of musical creativity and performance.
An Ocean of Strange Islands, The Antikythera Mechanism, The Weave and Lanternlight ❤
The first two were instant likes, the last two didn't take long to grow on me. A wonderful album overall...
Those are my favorites plus Yesterwynde as an opening! 🔥🎶
Yesterwynde
I'm blown away, amazed, fascinated...
The evolution of Nightwish is a privilege and pleasure to witness 🙏😊👍❤️
Already bought the album. Just came here to say it's amazing.
Me too. Bought the CD from Amazon, and they had the digital copy on my phone three days ago!
@@dr.maturin4648 me too too:-) it is a masterpiece!!!
🤩🤩🤩
Your Journey into Metal Music has just begun. There are so many good bands on this planet. \m/
I saw them live in Athens before 20 years. With Queensryche and Judas Priest together... June of 2004. I was in love with Nightwish from their very first album. And to watch them live was something undescivable. Epic night. I feel the same today every time i watch them (live or in videos).
Your partner is a GOOD ONE ! To share this music is PURE LOVE !
it is an amazing gift to upload a brand new album this early. Will definitely buy physical as well.
Omg THE WEAVE is my favorite from this album. So powerful
Love NW.
I think it's time to have a concert with an orchestra with such remarkable tracks.Thank you again Nightwish for this masterpiece!!!
Long bad day. Listened to this album. All is good now. Thank you for always lifting me up.❤
The bass lines really got some love in this one.
There is one thing I can only attribute to Nightwish. They are the only band ever that can make me physically tired and dehydrated as if I had run a marathon just by sitting on a chair listening to a full album. Wonderful album.
I've been following nightwish more than 24 years, never disappointed i love them.
They have been my favorite band since "Sleeping Sun". Tuomas is a genius. By the end of this album, I was a quivering bowl of emotional Jello. All the members past and present, have been great! Thank you!
This is the first Nightwish album I've bought, and I think it's superb!
I'm gonna buy this album.
And if you plan a tour in France, for the first time in my life, count me as one of the public, crying heartful tears of combined emotions.
I want to say thank you Nightwish...I was expecting a good album....but for me its a masterpiece....

With great music you expect a journey, Tuomas and Nightwish has provided a first-class trip with this album ending with the finest piece of music I have heard in Lanternlight. Thanks to the entire band for this masterpiece!
Just think how lucky we are to be born in the same period of time when this fabulous band performs.
There is a very large amount of things in this current time period I feel thankful for, and I feel quite privileged to live now. Nightwish is absolutely one of them.
The people of Mozart's time were also lucky to live in his era 😉

The amount of lyrics Floor needs to remember is astonishing....
This is out of this world❤️🇫🇮
Do you get the Tuomas déjà vu moments, references and "Easter Eggs"?
He weaves them in for us to discover, to get more out of it, creating a personal connection.
Most poignant and beautiful album you've ever made by a wide margin. It brings me to tears in a way that only The Greatest Show on Earth has done before it.
Bloody marvellous, and another Nightwish album that is going to get played to death when I'm tinkering in my shed!
For me, this is the best Nightwish album.
Real symphonic metal from start to finish, with hauntingly beautiful melodies. Art, inspiration and wonder.
Erős Therion-kópia annak is az unalmasabb érájából. Számomra megdöbbentően unalmas album.
I absolutely agree with you 💯❣️👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
There is a song for everyone. All is a masterpiece since the beginning Nightwish best band.
Yes agreed. The Antikythera Mechanism has all the trademark Nightwish transitions, multi-layering and bells and whistles. Superb 🙏😊👍❤️
BE KIND ...

And again, my obsession with Nightwish continues unabated.
The drumming from Kai on this album is out of this world
36:00 Children of Ata has such a catchy drum beat :D
It is really unbelievable. ❤️
drum god.
💯
💯
Well, I hadn't been too sure about this album from a couple of the previously released tracks, but listening to it as a whole, in the order that Tuomas intended... WOW! This is brilliant.
The composition and instrumentation are utterly fantastic (loving Troy's contributions particularly - not too shabby for a "Bad Shepherd" gone good). And what can I say about Floor - already the greatest singer in rock history IMO, she has raised the bar again.
Kiitos! I will buy a physical copy as soon as I'm in a larger city, but thank you for releasing it officially this way! See you on tour some time!
Every time I listen to this album I find i love it more and more.
Never have I heard such a beautifully crafted and melodic piece such as this I love it thank you night wish from a very relaxed 69year old man.
Only 66 here and thinking same way!
69 OLD MAN nice age and still listen metal music .Nigthwish have a big spirit my friend :):)
This is defenitely one of the best albums by Nightwish, if not the best 🤘❤️
Whole album upload including lyrics from the official channel!! :o
I always buy their music even if I give it a listen on TH-cam too and agree in supporting our creators ❤
Limited Edition, with Intrumental and Orchestral versions?
Then go back to the album, again!
Thanks, Tuomas🖤
Been a Nightwish fan since 90s when they were kicking @$s with Oceanborn(!) during my youth.
Back then I was blown away by the potential of this band 'cause me and my friends were hearing "simple" metal and rock things
like Maiden, Priest, AC/DC, Van Halen etc,
Major exceptions like SAVATAGE (especially the Criss Oliva era) and later on Symphony X and Evergrey and other Scandinavian bands who were born almost at the same time like Nightwish.
25+ years later as i am waiting for the physical copy of Yesterwynde as I've always did (being "a walk-man and discman era" kid)
I'm listening to it through this "internet crap thing" and I can tell you 2 things:
1st) This is the best "mix" of Nightwish. If you want to introduce Nightwish to someone, give em this record.
IMHO stands right in "the middle" of their career as far as music and orchestration is concerned. and
2) No matter which Nightwish "era" you prefer, let's not argue that:
TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE A MUSICAL GENIUS!
Last but Not Least:
Thank God (or whatever you believe in), for witnessing the existence of Nightwish in this very short timeline of the universe.
and STAY STRONG. Life is very short!
Cheers
Definitely needs to be listened several times to truly understand the meaning of the lyrics.
"Avatar of the tides
In the end, to the stars"
Fantastic work!. Nightwish never fails….spin away Nightwish!. Keep spinning out awesome songs!. Love from Lagos Nigeria!.
Perhaps the most cohesive Nightwish album to date and with the highest concentration of good songs. They really outdid themselves this time. A masterpiece imho.
Tässä puhuu Tuomaksen ja bändin maailma, ei ainostaan laulajan. Upeat sovitukset myös. Taidetta.
This is art.
Thank you for the stream, dear NW! Was wonderful to listen to it with other fans! ❤ I will now restart my own cd😃!
She's mainly known for being the 3rd best nightwish singer.
@@rabiatorthegreat6163 Maybe..
"Endless laundry most beautiful"! Floor quote.
In a world full of misery and woe, I am thankful we have Nightwish to hold the torch of humanity.
