I noticed on all their newer stuff that there's sharp spikes on the graphs and suspicious demographics from places like Indonesia (infamous for their botted streams). Slipknot obviously doesn't need any of this to sell out a room, but I believe their marketing team wants to give the impression that current slipknot music is as successful as their early 2000s work, -which it is not.
My most favorite song on that album was Warranty, along with The Chapeltown Rag, the Dying Song, and Heirloom. Heirloom reminds me of Corey's singing voice in his other band Stone Sour.
When I didn't even deliberately listen to music at all (up until being like 18yo), I still somehow *vaguely* knew of Slipknot from my childhood (my guess, either I randomly heard them on MTV when it was around or my elder brother used to listen to them when he was a teenager), and so, when I got much longer commutes bc of entering a university, I decided to fight boredom with plugging my ears, and the first band I chose to listen to was Slipknot. So, needless to say, these streaming numbers don't surprise me, and neither does the fact that I love all the songs from this list - Slipknot really is that good and that popular (except maybe the latest ep stuff: it's experimental, weird, funky and all, but I couldn't get myself to like it yet, maybe you gotta be a metalhead in your ±50s like Slipknot members to really understand and appreciate music like that).

They actually played some of those songs before the new album got released so that people can get a feeling of what the album is going to be like. The album is actually similar to what All Hope is Gone sounded like.

i understand how red or redder is the least listened to song, but honestly... i oddly love red or redder. it's so melodic and eerie... not my favorite song obviously because it's just a 30 second sample, but i still love it. favorite song of all time is dead memories.
Of course the inaccurate thing about this is that if you use Spotify for free, Spotify decide the songs that go in your daily playlists and also if you select an artist Spotify shuffle the songs,even if you select a track in particular it might go to others first and your only allowed a certain amount of skips, I would say more people use the free service than premium so this isn't 100% accurate to the picks of the songs for that reason.. if everyone had premium I'm sure afew of these would be in a different order... cool video regardless of that though.. also to add even more to that i think if on the free service you could play albums in full the songs from the self titled would be alot higher
If you use Spotify free on a PC then you can choose which songs to play, shuffle-only is just for mobile iirc and even then theres stuff like xManager that I know a lot of people use. Some more popular songs did drop a few positions compared to last years video too :p
