In my opinion, I would say that Winter is not suitable for Moon right now where he is still confused by the five years he has grown in the Ice Kingdom, being fed the information of why he should hate NightWings from both the queen (because of the enchanted crown) and his own parents. I would say after being in the sanctuary you can clearly see that Winter has definitely changed in just a few days/months (I'm not sure how long the time skip was!) so that would prove if he stays away from the IceWings for some more time he would be suitable for Moonwatcher.
As for Qibli, I would say he IS suitable for Moon, but I would say I would prefer (the new) Winter to be with Moon instead because, well, Qibli has a home. He has Queen Thorn, he has many, many other friends that would support him while Winter has no one. I hardly doubt Winter would go back to the Ice Kingdom where everything upsets him even his own mother. Winter has nothing left to do in life in the epilogue you can see Winter trying to find a scavenger which is also now banned shown in the Dangerous Gift. All I'm saying is, without Moonwatcher in his life, he really has nothing to do with it.
But this is just my opinion and Qibli would be a great match for Moon as well. And I know I typed a lot, haha. Oh, and Cyro, I would love a video about Qibli. Thank you!!
Winterwatcher is an odd thing really, wouldn't be a healthy relationship for either. Winter himself had a hatred of Nightwings for most of his life as well as abused by his family. Moon, if she were to be in a relationship with Winter, would have to help him through those problems. Something that she wouldn't be able to do. This is big reason why Qibli is the better pick for Moon, she wouldn't be able to help Winter with his problems.
Speaking of Qibli let's talk about how he compares to Winter. To start off with their childhoods, their quite similar to each other. They both have abusive biological parents as well as at least one jerk of a sibling that made life hell with one key difference that led to who they became. Qibli had a positive figure to look up to in Thorn while Winter had no one in that regard. This of course led to Qibli being able to deal with his problems with Winter never figuring out his own.
Sadly, in terms of only Arc 2, Winter would make many bed decisions with the one good one, Freeing Foeslayer (basically the one thing that allowed for the defeat of Darkstalker), being out of the care for his brother Hailstorm and his feelings towards Moon. With this Winter would be cast back to the Ice kingdom, the place of his torment, never to know the fate of Darkstalker. Darkstalker, who Winter has the most against him being both mentally manipulated as well as having his tribe nearly go extinct by virtue of genocide. There is also the break of trust Moon, Qibli and Turtle would have in sending Winter away with no signs of reconcile after Winter became better in Arc 3, especially with Turtle in his idea of 'Good dragons do good things and bad dragons do bad things' giving off the impression of Winter just being a bad dragon from Turtle's perspective. Peril doesn't really know Winter with the only real interaction between the two nearly leading to Winter burning to death.
This leaves Kinkajou, the most interesting member of the Jade Winglet when it comes to Winter. Being the one dragon that visited Winter in his isolation (note: isolation for extended periods of time do not end well, especially for one's mental health), as well as being a source of positivity that he needed when it comes to socializing with other Dragons. No doubt she became the positive influence Winter needed in his life that led to him becoming the dragon we see in Arc 3, shame we don't get to see this growth. Kinkajou is honestly the best thing to come into Winter's life and oddly the best choice when it comes to a romantic partner for Winter, if he ever were in a relationship. The only thing keeping this relationship from being romantic is Turtlejou. Though, due to a certain enchantment placed on Kinkajou it is less certain if the relationship is preventing Winter and Kinkajou from being in a romantic relationship. But even as just a friendship, Winterjou is still a great dynamic.
(MY OPINION) I personally think that,winter was mean to moon,and NOT to forsllayer (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was because he was fighting the feelings he had for moon. Just like how in some series the guy/girl bulling the girl he/she likes. So ya!

In my opinion, I would say that Winter is not suitable for Moon right now where he is still confused by the five years he has grown in the Ice Kingdom, being fed the information of why he should hate NightWings from both the queen (because of the enchanted crown) and his own parents. I like this ship. I think if Winter ended up with Moon, maybe she could make him nicer? Anyway, everything you say in this video I agree with. If you ignore the flaws in a ship, you’ll look pretty stupid

Maybe because of biological differences? Although now dragons don’t have gender differences, maybe since they are like reptiles and in reptiles, female are usually bigger than males, maybe that factor.

I don't ship both of them, quili straight up manipulated moon because of his back story then LEFT moon. But i feel like through more development winter would be a lot better throughout the books
