    I have switch recently and this is my 5th company in 9 yrs of exp. I am completely agree with the sir, I put my resignation before having any offer and I got first offer just after 15 days of resignation and this technique works very well but your interview preparation should be solid as well

    Thankyou so much for the guidance and interview preps.
    I have almost 2 years of experience in Dot Net Core technology in developing projects from scratch and support also.. Now, my company is not having dot net core projects in the pipelines and have assigned to me different technology to work on which I'm not interested in, and also I have some personal issues.. I have been trying to switch from last 2 months and yet not able to get offer letter. What should be done in this situation considering this recession time and freezed hiring... Plz reply!

      Hi Rishav, sorry for late reply. I understand your situation. At this time have FAITH and keep trying. Reduce your notice period to get more interview calls and increase your chances. Also don't hate new tech, just work extra for your interviews. If you want something desperately, you have to work hard.. not other option.

    Hello sir ,if we put on portal our notice period from 90 to 0 day or 15 or 30 days and we will get a call from HR and he/she will asked about your notices period is 0 day ? In this case what is our answer?

      In my case I will say, my project is finished but my manager/ HR is not releasing me. It will take 1month. Then I will start aggressively following up both sides. There will come out the way.

    Sir I am currently working in accenture and planning for mba for which my offer is not yet confirmed, without any confirmation I am not able to resign and the results will be out in May. But the classes would start from July. How do I negotiate with my manager for early exit or buyout, please help😢

      The day result is out, resign and strictly follow up both sides. I am sure Accenture will leave you on time.

    Sir its same problem with me same company .i have been working from last three years here . Now i have gained a knowledge and i believe the amount of quality work i do here am not getting paid for that. But i dont know whats the criteria for buying the notice period in accenture . can you please help me out.
    Because due to same notice period thing i am nearly getting a very low interview calls

      Same happened with me. First reduce your notice period and get some calls. First rejections will happen, then selection. And then think about buy out.

    Sir can you explain what is the role and responsibilities of Engineering Services Practitioners role in Accenture company where a c# is a primary skill and there was 2 round Skill Interview and Final interview.
    I passed Skill Interview and i got mail for Final Interview. Is Final interview is HR Interview..!?

      Congrats, for cracking the technical round... When I was there and until my last knowledge, the final and HR interview were the same, and they should not be technical. Just be positive in your discussion. All the best.

    1.I joined the new company 1 month back but didn't like the way they code
    2. Gave interview, clear it and resign from there but the manager said we can't release you.
    3. Also no buy out option is available and got threat from them 😅😅 they will take legal steps if I don't serve the notice period.
    What should I do now?

      Your manager is faking you. You don't a have a bond or something then how they can take legal actions.

    These days HR people are directly asking in 1st call itself "What us ur notice period" Should we fake in the 1st call? What if offer letter is released and then we tell HR that our company notice period is 2/3 months? It can also impact our stature.

      If it is urgent for you, then I don't think faking is a problem. Otherwise you will loose the battle even before fighting it.

    Hello sir, It's been 10 days i have joined Acc but didn't like the environment and other things now i want to go for further studies because i am having mental pressure here, i cleared L1 of a good university now i want to study further rather than being stuck in this rat race, can i resign immediately as i don't want to waste single time in here, i have not started the training or given other documents till now, what will be the consequences?

      Hi Shivangi, If your admission is confirm and you are all set for your future plan. Then only resign. Don't rush to resign.

    I am facing same issue, recently I gave an interview cleared the first round but in second round which was managerial round they asked me the notice period as interview went well as per my opinion so I don't know if notice period was the reason of rejection or my interview did not went well.

      Resign and talk to the Accenture HR and tell them you are not comfortable here. If they say no before 3 months, you have any option of abscond. I know it sounds bold, but you have to take the decision.
