Seems the instructor has not worked in any corporate environment. It’s simple, do not join a company if you are not comfortable with any clauses placed by it; if you join, have some ethics to abide by it. The same policy also applies to company. It’s a two sided sword as well
Instructor has more than a decade experience in IT industry. company can not enforce u as a slave. For their own profit they want to hold employee for 90days. And they can kick out the employees anytime. Ethics works when u r inside the workplace in companies. Employee will sign the contract but employee is not slave. These policies and contracts fails in law.
Sir, employee resigns with shortfall of some days instead of full notice period. Company ignores the shortfall and pays full 3 months salary during 3 months notice period but withheld relieving letter. After one year, company changes mind and asks employee to pay for notice shortfall. Is legal action possible as company itself has paid full 3 months salary during 3 months notice long back
My company hold my 20 days salary and leave encashment as well for not serving notice period of 90 days. I work for 40 days after resignation. Any chance to get my salary??
Sir,today I have written my TCS nqt exam .At the end we have personality test and motivation test section of 30minutes duration sir.the section timer started within 5seconds that test got closed saying you reached the timing limit error.I don't know why it happened like that . Whom to ask about this error sir .did anything happens if I not attempt that section.please reply to my query sir. I hope hearing back from you soon
If you want to leave early, you need to talk with your manager and mostly they give early release in case of medical cases. But it always depends on your leadership.
is there is any better way to get the experience letter with immediate resignation. as the way u explained in this video its only valid for below 6 month people but at many company they are considering 6 month experience certificate. so But i am not agree with ur this video one more thing if we leave any company just like this then they will not give the rehire eligibility
