      Watch the first trial's judge layout why he was sentencing her to 20 yrs with credit for her years on house arrest. If the state had objected to the credit for time on house arrest it would have been denied. The judge told her that her moral compass was a SKEW.

Everyone from a third world country would beg to differ, as well as a whole lot of 1st world countries. The far more accurate statement would be “Everybody except Americans said America was great.” That’s more accurate, but still not fully true, as a vast majority of citizens, both natural & foreign, proclaim to love living in America.

      David Price MY OPINION. why would she employ an undercover cop to kill her husband? Who got the undercover cop? Why him told her to keep to herself and don't say alot. And why did he say, "sign my house back to me and I will help your mom immensely". Him wanted their house back so him set her up? Why he married to her if now he is thinking now 7.21.17 that she is evil. THE MAN JUST WANTS TO SEEM, SMUGGED CONCEITED MAN WHO THINKS HE IS ALL THAT, WHO WANTED HIS HOUSE SIGNED OVER TO HIM, HE WILL LOOK AFTER HER MOTHER. HENCE HE SET HER UP. NOTHING FABULOUS HAPPENING IN HIS LIFE HE GOT BORED WITH HER, LIKE HIS OTHER WIFE AND SINCE HE BEEN TO JAIL ALREADY HE CAN NOT SERVE SENTECNES AGAIN.
      PLUS HIM DIVORCE. THAT MEANS HIM BROKE. SO THAT IS WHY HE IS DRAGGING ALL THIS OUT FOR MONEY AND FAME AT THE GIRLS EXPENSES. HIM COULD HAVE NEVER LOVED HER. HE CONED ELDERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY.
      SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE HUSBAND. I THINK THE GIRL INNOCENT.

      David Price Go to Dalia Dippolito Sentencing 7/21/17
      Look at the husband attitude. Then lets discuss it. I MAINTAIN THE GIRL IS INNOCENT.
      I think she was trying to please her husband. The husband not right! Something about that man, not judging him but just look at his actions. Plus, he constantly talks about 'his money and house'. I think he coaxed her into making him looking famous. Also she have a son. Notice her husband mentioned nothing about his stepchild. Isn't that strange? I figure him trying to slandor her cause he was slandered for his coning elders out of their money and his high on drugs. They need to check out her background. I do not think she intented any harm to anyone.

They shouldn't be grilling him about things he did years and years before this ever happened. It has nothing to do w what his wife did...the ONLY way it even might possibly relate is because of HER own ideas of telling the cops why/who "could have killed him" ...butttt he obviously didn't get killed by some previous person who was mad about him getting off probation or who he might still owe money to. And even then, what he did when he got out of jail and his life leading up to meeting her, really what's the point of getting that much info from him?

Moreover, even though they have all of the proof against her, and yet it took the court this long to indict her, imagine how much longer id would have taken them to prove perjury.

    Here's what doesn't make sense about law school. Perjury is a basic first lesson in law. Don't lie under oath. So, how do these lawyers get to blatantly lie and make up stories for a GUILTY defender in a court room?? Defending...yes. Defending someone does not mean you have to lie or make up crazy stories to confuse the jury more. But it's allowed!! And it really shouldn't be allowed. The higher ups need to get together and figure this out, but it should never be allowed or okay-d for an attorney to knowingly lie in a court room to defend another liar.

The prosecution here questioned Mike to demonstrate that while he has made mistakes in the past, he’s owned up to them, made amends, is honest, and is in fact a reliable witness.

    • @Drozzzable
      @Drozzzable 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its understandable to be upset with certain aspects of our legal system but its the best system ever created. It is imperfect but nothing is perfect. The first written legal system was the code of Hammurabi. Its the commonly referenced as the eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth and life for a life form of legal recompense. If someone stole something they would get a hand cut off. This legal system sounds extremely harsh but to those people during that time period, it was a wonderful creation. A king could no longer kill a person for a criminal activity just because he was having a bad and wanted to take it out on some unfortunate person. People knew if they broke a certain law they knew exactly what the punishment was going to be. We've been evolving the concept of law ever since. What we have today is better than what we had yesterday. And tomorrow will be better than what we have today.
