Classic example of gaslighting. They will be slamming your hand in the door and telling you it's not happening. I was in an abusive relationship and had every reason to suspect that he was cheating on me and he was telling me I was crazy. This wasn't like me just being jealous for no reason. A female friend of his came over and said that her husband was abusing her which sucks because I know that she was telling the truth. She texted him a picture after she left his house of her husband throwing her stuff all around the room. But that doesn't excuse her coming over there unannounced after being told not to show up that weekend because we were hanging out and asking my boyfriend to stay at his house for a few nights and then worse yet after she left texted him saying can we please move in together because I can't stand living with my husband anymore? I mean I get that she wanted out of that situation but if you were in that situation wouldn't you suspect them of cheating also? @@habsfan3363 Haha that's right. I remember being in a trial and they dressed the client up big time between sessions. It's all one big act to these lawyers. They think they're pretty hot and I'm positive they all want to be famous actors and this was the best they could do to feed their egos.
From a news article: Michael Dippolito, the former husband who has praised police for keeping him alive, said he was satisfied with the latest conviction in the case.“Obviously the jury could see through the defense’s lies and antics,” he said in a statement released through his attorney. “I am 5,000 percent happy to see that justice was served once again.”
Nathan Baker One think though, how did the police knew for sure and who planted the video and tape? To me I think she is innocent. That her husband plotted with the man who tipped off the police. Something is not adding up.
really u can't see that this woman is a sociopath look at her actions alone, she instigated the whole plot with her request to Mohammed to help her kill her husband. she tried several things to remove the husband before this plot an u think she's innocent she sits on the witness stand and contradicts herself with her lies oh I added a lil truth to help the script no the truth is the script and that's why the jury convicted this chick she cud have apologized showed a lil remorse but nooo just selfish spoiled brat crying for mommy to fix it I have no sympathy for her because she never bothers to show any sympathy for anyone !!
The only chance of her being innocent is if they somehow plotted against her and got an actor who somehow looked and sounded like her and got that person to stage her hiring a hitman for her husband. If you've watched anything leading up to this you'd know it's most certainly not the case. According to the defense attorney though, "they wanted to be famous on TV and that's it". This woman...No this psychopath actually wants Mike to believe that she's somehow innocent in all this and that she wasn't hiring a hitman to kill him. People like her need to be locked up forever so that they can't harm anyone else. Not 20 years.
Queen of fairies She went to one of her friends with the idea of killing her husband. That friend went to police and the police set up an undercover sting. That man in the car that she believes is the hit man her friend found for her is an undercover police officer. The police set up the camera in the car. She tried to have her husband murdered but got caught. The cop/"hitman" gives her chances to change her mind but she does not. If her friend hadn't alerted the police she more than likely would have found a real hit man and had her husband murdered. She did this to herself.
HER MOTHER SHOULD NOT BE CRYING. SHE SHOLD SCOLD HER DAUGHTER FOR HAVING TRIED KILLING HER HUSBAND. DALIA ACTUALLY BELIEVES HER OWN LIES THAT IT WAS A REALITY TV SHOW. UNBELIEVABLE
Miss Amazon agreed! I truly think her sentence was bc of her incessant denials, remorselessness, lies and BS. If she'd admitted it, she would have done time & prob be out by now.
I can't believe her lawyers seriously thought she would be able to continue her house arrest until sentencing, after she was just convicted of solicitation to commit first degree murder!! She should have been in prison from the first trial, and the sentence should have been longer than 16 years. At least there's no parole period in her sentence and she won't be released until like 2032. She really is a piece of work...

She put anti-freeze in his drink, and she tried to frame him by planting drugs. Then she hires who she thinks is a hitman to kill her husband. I am positive that she did more than just that. That is all I am aware of.
I'm confident it was actually Mike's money, considering her record. But I appreciate the background, did not know that! Makes a lot of sense though.. She is where she belongs.
May be the mom in me, but I feel very sorry for the child she had while on house arrest. She, in my opinion, had a baby while her life was in limbo to sway the jury. With that said, I'm glad she was found guilty. She was absolutely 5,000% guilty.
You know what I see when I see her look back to her mother like a little girl looking for someone to help her.. I see someone who knows how to get people to feel sorry for her
The evidence was compelling against her, and yet it took three trials to convict her. And now, her defense is claiming a sleeping juror botched the whole case. Talking about desperately grabbing at straws here.
Brian Johnson i’m sure her lawyers are wracking their brains and reading all the case law they can find to come up with some legal loophole to get an appeal. Those two are the epitome of scummy lawyers!
She's an enabler. She has affection because she birthed her daughter, but true love is raising your daughter right so that she doesn't end up in situations like these. Her crying just shows that she doesn't want her to face the consequences of her actions. She is an enabler & just as delusional for believing her daughter doesn't deserve this. I can only hope that the grand-child is being raised by someone more competent in parenting.
Is anyone else surprised even a convicted felon is allowed to "dilly dally" after the decision has been made? I think of her ex - if her plan had gone through, he wouldn't have had a chance to be consoled. His mother wouldn't have been able to see her son and hold his hand. 💔
A that moment, she's been freshly (re)convicted, and is shortly to be sentenced to a lengthy prison term. Perhaps the Judge was thinking of Churchill's answer when explaining the respectful wording of the UK's declaration of war on Japan: "When you have to kill a man, it costs nothing to be polite."
@@CanadaMatt Possibly so. I generally have a lot of compassion for humanity, but seeing the cold way she plotted her husband's murder, I don't think I would have allowed that. Narcissists aren't capable of love and leave lots of damage in their wake.
I'm SO glad they finally found this evil person guilty. She should have been in prison all along. Now she has given birth to a child while under house arrest, and knowing how manipulative she is, one can only assume this is an attempt to get sympathy and lesser sentence. Her mother crying like a looney wasn't impressing anyone. More family manipulation. Everything with this family is so wrong. I truly hope she gets the maximum sentence in prison.
Mamasgotabrandnewbag 57 Mom needs to buy a clue. Her daughter did this by herself. Handed over $1200 for a gun and told an undercover cop to shoot her husband in the head. Nobody else to blame.
Yes! Mike left her for this little hooker. Of course Mike didn't deserve having this little ho hire a hit man to kill her but hopefully he has learned a thing or two himself about some of the choices he made.
I could only imagine the look she'd give her ex-husband if they were to ever cross paths again. She wouldn't even have to say a word. He probably couldn't even look at her to know that he cheated on her and ended their marriage for this girl who ended up trying to first get him arrested and then attempt to have him killed within a matter of months after marrying her. Hopefully, he's grown up and makes better choices.
At 9:00, Dalia mutters to her attorney, "I'm on house arrest," speaking in the present tense. Once again, Dalia doesn't get it. She has just been CONVICTED of a felony. She is no longer arrested--she is convicted!
She didn't look surprised at the first guilty verdict bc she knew how guilty she looked. Somewhere along the way she started believing the crap pouring from Clayfool's mouth. He prob advised her to have the baby.
Sw499erB0iZ She wasn't shocked at the initial guilty verdict, bc she knew it was expected and correct. This one surprised her bc she obviously was believing the BS Clayfool was feeding her. He doesn't believe she's innocent (just look at the replies to his friends on his FB page), but thought "police misconduct" would be enough to negate her murderous intent. He was only in it for the media attention anyway. Today's denial of a new trial is one of the last times he has to be involved w her. He's already onto looking for his next high profile case, and she's onto looking for a big Butch for protection in prison. Sthee ya Sthlut😁
Lynn Lynn She got two years of free legal representation. Add up the hours and it would be in hundreds of thousands. But it's useless. The evidence is damning.
TheStones1965 and it doesn't seem like Clayfool got the type of attention he was hoping for. Then again, like the petulant child he is, he will settle for negative attention if it can't be positive. The interview he gave after prosecutors tried to get him kicked off the case , was cringe worthy. In it, he's whining how it felt like a personal attack. It ABSOLUTELY was personal, but he couldn't comprehend someone going after his character and his attention whoring.
TheStones1965 I was thinking about that. I wonder if his first wife had a voodoo doll (one she could try to have arrested numerous times, steal a house & 200K from, try to poison, & hire a hit on).
TheStones1965 the livestream of her sentencing was 4hrs. It went from no comments in live chat to an ongoing comedy routine of international comments from Spain, UK, US... Was quite funny at times, with a satisfying 16yr swentence as the final act.
Ive never understood why the convicted get treated like the victims. I know in this case no one died, But her intentions were clear for all to see. I suppose she is just another entitled person who think the rules and laws of society dont apply to her. her sentence was pitifull and should have been quite a bit longer. When she gets out she will be 50 and hopefully a lesson will have been learned. Earn your own money and buy your own house.

On top of everything, she manages to victimize her baby by its not having its mother around. 🤦🏼♀️ With that being said, probably the best thing for that child.
I get a feeling her mom has come to the rescue before and that she somehow thinks mom can fix this. It's a conspiracy to commit murder conviction, not a bad cheque!!

"have a pleasant evening, safe drive home and a great weekend" Dalia, you...well not so much. Don´t worry, new packages of bologna today..and for the next 16 years.
Don't get me wrong I feel sorry for her mother with her sobbing but after reading in the book Poision Candy about how her mother helped Dalia find someone to help with playing the role of some type of legal assistant to swindle the deed for the condo away from Mike it's hard to find sympathy for her. What did she expect when she knew her daughter and her unsavory actions and seemed to be condoning it at the time?
cookapril... Both as bad as each other , she is her mothers daughter as they say. The poor innocent baby she had in an attempt to get sympathy from the jury i feel sorry for.
Dalia's lawyers have been working for free for years. But the expert witnesses were not working for free, and I doubt the attorneys were paying the witnesses' bills.
+cookapril You said you read the book Poison Candy, according to what you read in the book, it says that Dalia's mother helped Dalia in finding someone to pose as a lawyer to fool Mike into giving up his house to her, but that doesn't totally make sense because first of all, the guy that posed as a lawyer was actually one of Dalia's male friends/lovers, and second, how did the author of the book get to know such in depth details as to knowing of her mother being involved in the fraudulent scheme on Mike to get his house? Could Dalia have confided that detail to Mohammed (the other lover whom she asked for help in finding a hitman to kill Mike but instead was the guy that ultimately turned her in to the cops by ratting out her plans and helping out the cops gain proof of her true murderous intent on Mike).
lol acting shocked to be found guilty of a crime she knows she's guilty of... this is what you get when you bring your kids up self-entitled and with the belief they can get away with anything!!!
It’s usually not the parent that makes a child entitled to think they can get away with what they want. Its more like a hard headed child who doesn’t listen at all and thinks they can get away with what they want. Tabitha Allen as IF she has ANY right or reason to feel slighted!!! HOW a bitch gonna commission her husband's murder..and have the stones to be shocked when she gets hard time!! Lol..gold-digga...PLEASE!!!
She started to believe TV lawyers telling her she actually might get off. This plus a prosecution minus key evidence in her second trial that backfired. Omitting evidence and a clever defence lawyer pitting police on trial led to a mistrial. Full on prosecution with nothing held back in trial 3 was a slam dunk conviction.
I think the most disgusting thing she did was to get pregnant while on house arrest. It seems painfully obvious that her reason for having a baby between trials was to use him to show how loving she is, how honorable she is, etc. Although I'm sure she probably does actually love her son, I think he was conceived *solely* for Dahlia's defense. I'm very curious to see what she is when she's released from prison. That poor little boy, he has to grow up knowing his mom was a call girl, a felon, and a liar. He has to grow up in a world where his mom is famous for being a horrible, disgusting woman. My heart aches for that little guy.
My GOD... How delusional is this chick... How many years is this business going to go on... She DID everything in her power to destroy her husband..And NOW she STILL asking about HOUSE arrest... Wow just wow!!
I love how shocked she is. “What? I’m going to jail for trying to get my husband killed? I don’t get it! Like... I didn’t do anything! I didn’t do anything! I didn’t do anything!” IDIOT!
This woman has bullshitted her way through life up to this point. At 2:00 the reality of her situation has suddenly dawned on her. Yes, you are off to jail and probably for a long time! How on earth it took eight years to get to this point God only knows but nevertheless, good riddance!
Harlequin1951 An over the top high profile case attracts lawyers who work for free to show the world they can win an impossible case, hence all the appeals. Her mother likely paid $100k for the appellate lawyers you don't see on camera.
@@TheStones1965 The stones.did she pay for these lawyers with her husbands money? They seem very high profile lawyers they always win unwinable cases by lieing making scenarios, they just want to win as much as her for their own sakes and that is money and power.
It took eight years because the judges come in sometimes not until after lunch and then leave at three. The system is an absurdity. No one controls the judges 'schedule' Notice how he delays the sentence. He could have pronounced it right then. But no, had to add ANOTHER delay to this soap opera. Judges are out of control.

That's what lawyers do. It's about them in the courtroom. The think of themselves as competitive athletes. They're just douchebags in wool though.
The lawyer would have instructed her to do that, they do everything they can to make the person look as innocent as they can to the jury
@@habsfan3363 Haha that's right. I remember being in a trial and they dressed the client up big time between sessions. It's all one big act to these lawyers. They think they're pretty hot and I'm positive they all want to be famous actors and this was the best they could do to feed their egos.

I sense a "Mom, you didn't fix it!!!" moment when they took her away. Moms are not fairies and they cannot make murder charges go away.
Conspiracy to commit murder but yeah.
What a bitch !!
Well I think her mother has been fixing her wrong doings fr all of her life.
INatalkaI Any criminal charge with the word murder in it is not going to be good but yes, conspiracy to commit is the charge.
I thought the same
From a news article:
Michael Dippolito, the former husband who has praised police for keeping him alive, said he was satisfied with the latest conviction in the case.“Obviously the jury could see through the defense’s lies and antics,” he said in a statement released through his attorney. “I am 5,000 percent happy to see that justice was served once again.”
Nathan Baker One think though, how did the police knew for sure and who planted the video and tape? To me I think she is innocent. That her husband plotted with the man who tipped off the police. Something is not adding up.
Very well said!
really u can't see that this woman is a sociopath look at her actions alone, she instigated the whole plot with her request to Mohammed to help her kill her husband. she tried several things to remove the husband before this plot an u think she's innocent she sits on the witness stand and contradicts herself with her lies oh I added a lil truth to help the script no the truth is the script and that's why the jury convicted this chick she cud have apologized showed a lil remorse but nooo just selfish spoiled brat crying for mommy to fix it I have no sympathy for her because she never bothers to show any sympathy for anyone !!
She tired to have her husband killed, why they treating her like a victim ?
Well said!!
What are the reasons for her attempt to kill him?

The evidence was compelling against her, and yet it took three trials to convict her. And now, her defense is claiming a sleeping juror botched the whole case. Talking about desperately grabbing at straws here.

I love this judge!
Just because she didn't looked shocked of the guilty verdict doesn't automatically mean she's guilty..
I hope Mike finds a good wife or girlfriend now and I hope he's doing the happy dance
dr10foxXx Mike had a wife. He divorced her to marry Dalia. Getting dumped for a hooker. The new wife will have that in the back of her head.

What did she expect when she knew her daughter and her unsavory actions and seemed to be condoning it at the time?
Exactly. Dalia's mother is not innocent.
cookapril... Both as bad as each other , she is her mothers daughter as they say. The poor innocent baby she had in an attempt to get sympathy from the jury i feel sorry for.
cookapril That's direct participation in fraud. Mom does what Dalia wants. Mom is likely broke and in huge debt paying lawyers for the past 8 years.
It's about time!! She has had this much freedom from 2011 till now. She needs to serve her time.

Dalia Dippolito was a dear friend of mine and every time I see her on TV or any other form of media it's still shocking to me. She was supposed to be a bridesmaid in my wedding. While in the same time frame, she decided to ruin her life and the lives of her family and her ex husband. I don't quite understand how she could do this. It is truly a form of evil that I never ever expected to come from her. I hope she thinks about all the people she has hurt and all the tax money she wasted with her lies while she is incarcerated.
How was your wedding? I hope you do an interview "anonymously" with a TH-camr. 10 to life does good work. I bet this was shocking!! I'm glad no one died on this case. I bet you were a beautiful bride!
Was she always a psychopath hooker?
I just read your comment & I'm really impressed with how respectful & honest, about what happened to Dalia & how much of a friend you were to her. I think sadly she choose $$$ over everything & everyone.
Says a lot about your ability to discern people. Live & learn, sweetpea.
She did it because she's deplorable selfish scumbag who care about anyone but herself.
Her mother gave her an excellent up bringing. Well done.
Good job jury, well done Judge. Her child I feel sorry for. Singer made any comment yet? ? Lol
YA THE MOTHER CRY WAS DRAMATIC..iTS IRONIC SEEING THEM OLDER NOW AND KIND OF HUMBLED
I heard a rumor that "Singer" has posted since the verdict, but I haven't seen the proof of that yet.
Nathan Baker... Really ? I will keep my eyes open for that , it's possible she could get someone in her family to do it. lol
I just viewed all the post-verdict videos on TH-cam and I don't see any comments from "Singer."
Lisa Roberts that's why Dalia was asking for a phone at the end --for her last post as Singer. 😂✋
The best proof and evidence in the world and yet it took 6 years. Wake up America.
A light sentence, she deserves much more
WELL SAID
