"I am unlovable based on one thing we don't like about ourselves..." ~ Demi...this is sooo true, esp in the world we live in constantly putting ourselves down, trying to fit into this world, when in reality this world has created insecure definitions of so called physical beauty, the way we should look, dress, talk, behave and the list goes on. We all defo need to accept that beauty simply is diversity and diversity is beauty. That means accepting and loving our bodies exactly as nature intended. That is true beauty, instead of picking out negative aspects which others may not even see and comparing all the time. Just ourselves see it in our heads a 100X worse! All due to all kinds of conditioning we've received growing up. Embracing things as they are and nature as it is, including our selves is the most liberating thing any of us can do. I totally relate to demi in so many ways and thx jay for this incredible podcast and I'm actually quite a Gemini myself and I also can be very stubborn too and I also have been through so much in my own life with a lot of issues there were at stake in my mental health and I also had to deal with being dramatized my whole life by being tortured by being a victim of being bullied as a kid growing up till now I'm almost turning 30 this summer and still have to deal so much drama with other negative toxic people that are also well most known as the mean girls that I lost one of my great friends over that I have known in my life and we were like sisters for life and there were a lot of drama in between that great friendship and I'm still upset over it that's still over
