  • How can my diet affect my Polycystic ovary Syndrome? Should I be eating more or less carbs? And which supplements should I consider taking?
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, often known as PCOS, is a very common hormonal condition in women, affecting around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. It often involves an imbalance in the hormones oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone, leading to a variety of symptoms including irregular periods, unwanted hair growth, hair loss, weight gain, acne and fertility problems.
In today’s video, I will run you through an 8 minute snapshot of the key diet and lifestyle factors that may affect PCOS symptoms. If you are interested in a video where I explore the research more thoroughly and take a true deep-dive into the role our diet plays on PCOS symptoms, then let me know in the comment section below! And feel free to DM any further questions around this topic that I could include in that longer video!
