A damn legend!!! Merle,Conway, Waylon, George Jones, Charlie Daniels and Don Williams and Jonny Cash all loved David and proud 👏 to love all those legends!!!!
This is when he sounds the best. I look at him like willie. Not a great singer (voice) but a helluva song writer!! Love this guy even more than Willie!! I’m a native Texan so, of course my opinion counts more than most 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰
We got robbed and they're trying to silence us every day. They have now banned Trump on every social media platform that he was on. People aren't going to take this bullshit. That's why they stormed the capitol
Rossi Circuit Judge 45 Colt / 410 GA 5-Round Rifle-Shotgun Combo and Double Badger from Chiappa over/under 22 LR and .410 rifle shotgun combo among others so dac was theoretically right
Damn if he was gonna change the lyrics for these modern times he could’ve at least done it right. “Workin like a w3tb@ck for my room and board,” sounds about right.
He's not dead lol but I get your point. The one song thats always used against him was actually written in prison with a group of black guys so people should maybe start taking it like it was a joke and not be so serious about it. And on top of that he had a black drummer for years but whatever let them be offended DAC could careless.
Probably harder than you, if you were born before 1995. I started working when I was 12 years old. I did'nt get any allowance to play fortnite. I worked for my wage.
i love that D.A.C. changed this song up over the years including omitting the 'WORKIN' LIKE A (N-WORD)" line . i also appreciate his losing the Confederate battle flag images he used to so prominently display. it shows real class when someone can admit to themselves past faux pas. i don't think he's ever said anything about it in public but it's more important to me that he just stopped. i've been a D.A.C. fan since the 70's. this is a true Southern working class hero who's been abused by the system his whole life and yet has risen to overcome crushing poverty. Bless David Allan Coe
A damn legend!!! Merle,Conway, Waylon, George Jones, Charlie Daniels and Don Williams and Jonny Cash all loved David and proud 👏 to love all those legends!!!!
Coe on CMT proving he’s one of the all-time greats.
Probably more than half the crowd has no idea who he is
i lOVE ALL HIS MUSIC, I HAVE SAW HIM 4 TIME'S , WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM 4 MORE TIMES !
I wonder how hard he worked for his room and board?
Like an N
i guess it's kind of randomly asking but does anyone know of a good website to watch newly released tv shows online ?
Like a migger I hear. Phone broke, hard m is hard
Hard as a person who isn’t free because of oppression
Love this , this is beyond county. This pure music.
Damn straight
I bet some of the people way down south detest him lol
He's from Akron Ohio, but he looks and sounds pure country!
There are legends, and there are legends. There is only one DAC.
Where decent folks dont go, when the sun goes down.
I got a pass, I was born right on the line.
I'm proud to have lived out these songs in 2024 in Tennessee.
David Allen Coe's music and voice put a lump in my throat and I get the damn chills on the back of my neck. Did I say something about tears?
The drummer is fantastic!
His live show is something to see. He is unforgettable.
God Bless DAC . he did his crime and did his time and then went to rock the world as one of the greatest country song writers of the 20th century .
A true legend
“That yankee’s Rebel son!” That’s God damn right! Love it!!! >
Love DAC and his songs

Definitely a great voice
Your an idiot. His voice is iconic and what country singers should sound like
this is how he needs to be shown, as good as his guitar and voice is on their own the full band really brings out the legend in his voice
This is real music
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Im from belgium but listening this song gives me the feeling i was born in the wrong fucking country and much too late 😢
LEGENDE!
This was the music of my youth. But youth faded long ago. I'm old now. But I am and always will be country! MAGA2020🇺🇸
We got robbed and they're trying to silence us every day. They have now banned Trump on every social media platform that he was on. People aren't going to take this bullshit. That's why they stormed the capitol
LEGEND
Is it just me but at this age didn't David's voice sound alot like John Prine? Both amazing of course
Huge, DAC fan. This version is ok, but the original version of this song is much, much better
Bet you won't tell him that.
@@blackspike2710 As I'll most likely never see DAC, you're probably right. If I were to see him, it wouldn't bother me to tell him.
Bubba's Honda Drop was my first time
DAC...the last of the Nashville Outlaws
Old school bad ass
A 4-10 rifle? It's a shotgun Coe.
Lol I was about to say is there some weird giant caliber I don’t know about? If he’s gonna change up good lyrics he could’ve tried a little harder.
Rossi Circuit Judge 45 Colt / 410 GA 5-Round Rifle-Shotgun Combo and Double Badger from Chiappa over/under 22 LR and .410 rifle shotgun combo among others so dac was theoretically right
@@bertman100 He said .410 rifle, dummy.
Another OHIO hero.
Yep
Damn if he was gonna change the lyrics for these modern times he could’ve at least done it right. “Workin like a w3tb@ck for my room and board,” sounds about right.
Presence. Coe had it.
Some say DAC was racist I say he did him and I'm sure he'd say while I'm doing me I've got no problem with you doing you .RIP brother .
He's not dead

This is real country music…not the country music that talks about going drinking beer on the lake lol
Coe will never die. Coe trump 2020. If that aint country itll hairlip the pope
Probably harder than you, if you were born before 1995. I started working when I was 12 years old. I did'nt get any allowance to play fortnite. I worked for my wage.

Shaun's song
Politically correct DAC, so much for the "outlaw" persona huh?
Classic drip 🦄🦄🦄
Me to was he working like a ...
It's country
I CAN'T HEAR YOU...
There would be insufficient evidence to ever convict him of being attractive, or even human-looking. Alien country.
Just too outlaw for country.
He’s trying to be Jamaican “I been on the grand ole opry MON” There are no words for the amount of weirdness here
Yeah mon
Do cocaine every day for 20-30-40 years see how you look at things
