This is day 23 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute upper body pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

killer ! i just want to say, for those who think of pilates as a "soft girl" workout, i remember doing variations of almost every one of these exercises in my Army basic combat training in 2020!
these exercises are top tier! ♡
yeah pilates is def very challenging! but for me i think of it as a soft girl workout because it makes me feel more motivated and aesthetic

hi lovers hope everyone is doing OK I'm proud of everyone who has reached 23 days thought on my side was not the same I have not done any workout since the day Madeilene uploaded day 18 since I was not feeling myself I have been so down no matter how I tried it was impossible for me to get back to my usual routine. but hopefully from tomorrow I will start again ☺☺

start lovey!!! doing 18 days is still amazing!! i used to not be able to be consistent with two weeks but 18 days is like 2 1/2 weeks!! keep going, remind yourself how good the sweat and burn at the end is when youre slightly out of breathe and give yourself a huge thanks just for showing up!!!! youve got this, were all maddies lil pilates princesses!!!
remember youre supposed to struggle a bit! difficulties are what make us stronger, mentallt and physically❤❤ my stomach has been so sore this week😭😭😭

day 23/25 and i have to say! this is the best workout plan that i do in a long time. i was a girl who like to workout liked chloe ting and pamela reif but i decided to try pilates for the first time and i should say that i´m surprise that it work on me and i already see the difference. thank u madeleine for this.
Day 23.. I got a comment today from a coworker asking how much weight I’ve lost. It was the first time that someone started to notice the positive changes I’ve been putting in since I started this journey . Thank you, Madeleine for making me love moving my body through your Pilates!,,❤

day 23/25, this is only workout that I am ever close to completing. i am not a fan of HIIT workouts, so this change of pace is great. this genuinely put me in a good state of mind. love these workouts :)

i haven't worked out in almost a week due to unforeseen circumstances but picked up right where I left off then and soo close to finishing the one month plan! i did pilates for months before I started following this plan but didn't see much results and now i do! so exciting to see progress this has helped with my mental health a lot thank you madeleine

Day 23: 🎀 My arms don't give out a quickly during these moves, so I've definitely built some strength! My wrists hurt soooo bad though when I'm holding myself up which limits how much I can do.
my arms and my shoulders were definitely burning 🥵I also love the new songs you add! When the one song played the first time, I was a bit irritated that someone knocked on my door hahahah 🙈

The challenge is ending I didn’t lose weight since the beginning but I was glad to be able to workout everyday because in most of the challenges to lose weight the day after the workout my body is to sore to do anything

Today was tough because I did the elliptical yesterday so my arms are still sore. My arms burn like hell but I definitely feel a lot stronger. 😭

Are u using a mat? I had the same problem when I did everything just in the floor, but using a mar (or even a shirt, thats what I did before getting one) will help
@@onlynoth i am using a matt which doesnt help bc the matt is smooth unlike the floor with friction but the floor hurts my knees
