I have 2 of these knives and have sent several to friends as gifts. They are FAR superior to any other OTF knives I've owned (incl. Benchmade OTF that I consider to be junk). The one time I needed support - a screw fell out - I had replacements in no time flat. A product and a company that delivers on the quality of their product AND the support? Yes please. Since this is my EDC knife, being able to service it myself when - invariably - some type of junk or dust or celophane - sticks in the mechanism is very helpful. Thanks for posting and thanks for a great product and support.
Mystery solved! I’ve wondered how these rascals work for fifty years. 😒 I’m off to order a 3.75” clicker now. Normandy Knives just replaced Microtech as my go to poker. Absolutely brilliant video. Talk about having nothing to hide! Kudos to all the fine family.
I saw your add on TH-cam. For spoons. Yes that add worked. I saw it a month ago saved your page cause I knew I was coming into money soon and could afford one. I just got it today. Very VERY pleased with what I got. Y’all do good work.

Hiya, I'm getting ready to purchase one of I have a question. The hardware is silver. Do u have different coloured screws?? Astedicly, the colour change drives me crazy. Hope to hear from ya. Thanks in advance 🤙✌️
I appreciate the video but it would be moe useful from a much closer overhead desktop view. I cant really see what's going on unless im watching up close on my 70 inch monitor
@@normandyknives5045 I just pulled this off your website on the warranty page. "Operate the knife as designed. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper blade sharpening, introduction of foreign substances, or disassembly will void the warranty. Normal wear and tear including paint loss, fading, discoloration, or chips are serviceable but not covered under warranty." If that is untrue it should probably be updated.
@@joebutler1207 Good Point -- the point we were trying to make in plain language and to avoid lawyer like language was basically, don't totally abuse the knife and we will take care you you. I'll get the website updated - thank you!
Filming in the hallway while wearing a black shirt not the best background to see what's happening. Should have filmed with a table top from straight down to see it best.
Spoon ad was genius… waiting for my trauma1 to arrive today!!
Thank You for the video! It helped me re-assemble mine from another manufacturer. I will keep you in mind for future purchases!

Is the knife and parts made in USA ?
We do the cerakote, assembly, and QC in Utah
@@dpyne87 so, the parts come from China or Taiwan ?
@@independent2368 I think you know the answer to that Dave...
👍👍👍
If opening the knife voids the warranty, why do you have a video explaining how to open the knife?
Opening the knife does NOT void our warranty.
