I have dropped and days later, recovered, 2 different clip blade knives from two different pockets. I would have been out $20-$40 had I not gotten them back. I am conservative about money. Were I to have a $120 knife walk, I would have a stroke. Like the knife, but not the downside of having it get gone. Good review, like your channel.
I really like the multi-functionality of the tool and the fact that you don't have to appear to be brandishing a lethal weapon to use some of that functionality. My personal opinion, for what it's worth, is that a spear point or drop point style blade would look less "tacticool". I strive for "detached competence" rather than "fiercely threatening", without sacrificing options. BTW, it seemed the clip did not actually close the loop. Does it feel secure enough in your pocket? As scrider5493 mentions in his/her comment, it's at a price point that would cause some bereavement (wailing and gnashing of teeth, not self-mutilation and weeks-long fasting) if lost.
I finally found you again. Are you on the outs with youtube or something? Did you piss in their corn flakes? I don't automatically get your stuff anymore. You were one of the first subscribers I had. It''s good to reconnect. I have plenty of catching up. I believe the first video of yours I seen was the comparison of the original XDs and XDs mod 2.
Please don’t waste your money on Normandy knives. These are $20 knives. If you bought one, return it and invest in a good one. I suggest heretic, microtech, or benchmade. Can’t go wrong with any of those.
Love the sence of humor boss. Cant wait to receive mine. Currently i carry there Nocturna D2X an still cutting great. Great video! 👍
I'm liking the Shogun model😊
Good present. Always look forward to your dialog. I’ll check out Normandy.

Great input! I see what you mean about the tightness of the clip. So far, no issues.
I'd be happy just to have a real KaBAR (the one I got from Bezo turned out to be a fake)
It was from China . . . EVERYTHING is fake in China!!!

Thanks for being persistent. I haven't had a new subscriber in over a year, and I've got 550 videos and 10 years!
TH-cam is crickets on this issue.
