-------------- ENGLISH -----------------
In this Spec AD short film for Pedro Sanabria Trainer @pedrosanabriatrainer45 we have used the @PanasonicLumixVideo Lumix #S5IIX camera with a combination of vintage and modern lenses. As it is a motivational video we wanted to play with the emotional curve, especially in the first moments of the video, so we used a Helios 44-2 cinemod lens, this allows us to play with the lights, reflections, flares and gives us a nervous handheld movement , for that we deactivate the internal stabilization of the sensor. The Nikkor 28mm F2 AI is also used for the more open shots, Initially the Takumar 35mm F2 but I realized that I needed something more open like the 28mm. In both cases with an aperture of f2.8 so as not to lose all the quality due to backlight. For the follow shots we used the Ronin Rs2 and the Lumix S 50mm f1.8 lens taking advantage of the autofocus of the S5IIX. The internal stabilization of the sensor was used only in some cases since I did not want weird movements in the footage. Also comment that V-Log was used.
We looked at some Ad's and Spec from @adidasOriginals , @nike, @PUMA , @ASICSEurope for reference.
For the final look I have used my own system; a variation of the Kodak 2383 film print emulation as a base. -
very cool
Thanks!
Yeah that inner kid transition is I think one of the most tempting things for every video maker to not dabble with.
Nicely done.
Well done, super cool film, amazing colours and love the light and the story and aww just everything!!! 😮😮😍😍👌👌

Omg great job and can’t believe it was shooting in s5 ii x
Thanks a lot! You may be noticing the effect that vintage lenses create. 😉

nice! did you use IBIS?
Hi, thanks for the comment. For this video I completely deactivate the IBIS system. I didn't want the jelly effect that it sometimes causes, I preferred the trepidation of the handheld for storytelling reasons. I have to say that the IBIS is very good on this camera, but it is not suitable for all projects
it was shooting in Blackmagic Raw?
No, i shoot in ProRes and V-LOG. But in the color grading process I have made a CST towards Arri LOG Color Space as a base, before applying the final Look
