You know what's interesting about this game's story mode? It begins in a series of abandoned cabins in the snowy mountains, and it ends in a series of abandoned cabins in the snowy mountains.
During one cutscene in chapter 1 when leaving the mountain. There’s a shot of the gang on horseback running together, and up at the very top of the screen quite small you can see Micah’s hideout from the epilogue. It only shows it for a few seconds then cuts away. I’ve played through the game 6 times now and only realized this on my most recent.

This is such a cool idea, showing a broken and grieving Arthur becoming a cold marauder after losing the gang . Probably what would have actually happened if this was canon

nah it could be better if he takes his revenge after the final fight when you let the money and get wakes up by the indian and he drive you to the closest hospital, and after that on john side after talking to everyone that could get him closer to dutch ,after sending a letter to arthur with a critical condition in his bed, arthur stand up with the last remaining energie he gets goes out takes the train to the closest area from john he meets him and go with all the reformed crew to dutch location and a this end only john and arthur remain and fight for the last time until the Rat shoot arthur in the torso leaving arthur on the ground and have basicly the same format as we get with the chick who failed to attack micah and dutch coming out of the door and after killing the Rat ,dutch start to go away and arthur tries to shoot him but can’t dutch continue to walk past arthur, john goes toward artur with the chick and last speech as he die peasefully

I dont think people understand what the mental torment would be like for Arthur if he came back. The video and its atmosphere in the beginning perfectly captures that.
Except for the 1920s car the Arthur is driving for no explained reason.

Arthur had terminal tuberculosis in an era with no known cure for it--only vauge treatments that most of the time still failed--not to mention an army of Pinkertons, the United States Military, and every bounty hunter from that side of the Lannahechee after him, Dutch and the others.
Also Red Dead 2 has been out since 2018, that's 5 years time, surely someone has actually already made a car mod since the epilogue takes place in 1907.

Yes i do know he did that so his family doesn't get persuaded I am saying if arthur used a six shooter like john he would definitely would've not and John would probably have a higher chance of beating them because he's slightly more experienced and Arthur could too and they would do it depending on the weapon and circumstances

John was outgunned and outnumbered. He have the US Army and government agents on his land. The odds was against him. One man couldn’t survive those odds

I love the Old Arthur mod. I knew the creator and he's such a chill guy, pair this with the Black Haired Morgan mod and you've got yourself Mafia Morgan.
Instead of doing an Undead Nightmare 2, they should've done a DLC where Arthur comes back somehow, something like High Plains Drifter.
We see him become an insane spirit of vengeance.

What If Arthur was one of the few people who survived TB
Imagine Arthur got another shot before fighting micah and killed him. He grabbed the money and went to hunt dutch. John would never see arthur again so he presumes arthur died. When they find Charles they say that they found Micah's body and Bloody footsteps and then it just disappeared. Arthur would then kind of be a outlaw and kill all of the gang like in RDR1 except he isn't in the government John Uncle Charles and Abigail all survive

Imagine Arthur not getting tuberculosis and living past the end of rdr2. He saves John and beats the crap out of Micah before Dutch points a gun at him and forces Arthur to flee. Years later, Ross forces John to go after Arthur after the government finds out he’s alive. John doesn’t want to do this, as Arthur saved his life, but he’s forced to. John arrives in the grizzlies where Arthur was believed to have fled to. He arrives at a snowed in cabin and he sees Arthur in the distance. He explains his situation to Arthur and asks him to go with him peacefully. Arthur, without saying a word, disappears into the snowstorm. John chases after him but doesn’t find a trace of his existence, not even footprints. John waits out the storm in the cabin and leaves the mountains, wondering if Arthur was even there at all.

Honestly would’ve been such a cool concept, with him helping John escape being his biggest concern at the time, I definitely could see him wanting revenge on the rest of the gang if he survived.

He will become an NPC in the Epiloge chapter who settles in a certain house, sitting in a rocking chair while his Tb disease worsens, making it impossible for him to continue his journey. then John may visit him at some point....until then he passed away by the time 1914 RDR1 occurs

I think the perfect red dead 3 would be about Arthur moving away into more dry land and end up losing TB while making a family and jumping into new problems.I know that Charles put him in the ground and all but you can always make something up like arthur made a deal with them so he could get away from all that and I just think that if they take some other charachter instead of Arthur he can never replace Arthur no matter how good he could be...

I'm creating the story of Arthur who is more of a loner and lives outside any groups of people. Sometimes it's better and sometimes it's worse and it's very calming and cool
Ah yes, Arthur and Micah would have totally survived 30 years into the 1920s without any problem whatsoever and be able to drive a Ford Model A around wherever. That makes sense, doesn't it?
If I made a video like this I would have arthur having high honer cause he dies by Micah with low honor so what if he woke up the next day on that ridge still surprised he's alive but he still gots TB and he would tell Charles to put a fake grave cause Charles is one of his closest friends and obviously arthur has no belongings besides his two pistols and his clothes so what if he went to a place to lie low for a while and he gets a job and then he gets the money then he could go to Mary telling her he faked his death but he's still sick so he gets better and his TB goes away and he still lives with Mary and they get married and once John goes to get revenge, Arthur goes too cause he was spying on John and you know how Micah has Sadie hostage and he says Arthur has been dead a long time and Arthur comes from behind Micah saying, "you sure about that"? And John says "Arthur"! And they both kill Micah, get the money, and a happy ending right there. But Dutch flees and the agents are spying on John and Arthur and that leads to Red Dead 1 and Arthur does everything with John and at the ending of Red Dead 1 Arthur can save John but Arthur gets Shot by agent Ross and John is holding Arthur in his arms and Arthur dies like that and 4 years later, John goes to get revenge and kills Agent Ross at the river so Jack don't kill him. And then John dies to old age and Abigail died from a heart attack a few months earlier. And that leaves it to Jack and that's where the ending is. And if they make a sequel to Red Dead 1, they could do Jack going in World War 1.
