As a kid watching them yeah they were funny but I stopped liking his movies cause they felt pretty much the same. It makes sense now though and I respect him for helping his friends like that.
I do love his movies, but I do think Adam Sandler truly shines when he’s just an actor in a film. Reign over me being a great example of that, it’s was heartbreaking
I believe that dude is one of the best actors, like dude is humble, great at jokes, and how he acts ib certain roles, he mends them to hid personality to be able different with all of his characters
Me personally love all his movies and it was always fun to see his friends there. I always thought he got them in by recommending them but this is so much better😊
SO THAT'S WHY THEY'RE ALWAYS TOGETHER IN THE MOVIES!!! ME AND MY BROTHER WOULD SEE ONE OF THEM AND GET EXCITED BECAUSE IT MEANS THE WHOLE CREW IS THERE WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED WATCHING HIS MOVIES
Me and my dad were with him. We loved every movie he made. It will be the second saddest day of my life when we lose adam, the first was when i lost my dad. The only thing that will keep me going is knowing my dad will be able to share a beer up there with adam that day
It's honestly a great business model to work with your (true) friends. People put money together if things ever go south, and Adam can trust his friends to make projects with his money. On top of that, they'll actually enjoy work, because even if the project falls apart, they did it with people they like and enjoy. Great for chemistry too
Bro for real, everyone got used to him a comedian, uncut gems, spaceman, two dramas with an amazing story. And even his old comedy's are fun movies with a lesson in them. I love the guy and he's one of the top actors I know
The decision making of 90s SNL and NBC execs to fire most of one of the most GOATed SNL casts of all time will never not be confusing. Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Chris Farley, and Norm MacDonald were all fired. Rob Schneider and David Spade weren’t fired but given increasingly diminished roles which led to their departure. Will Ferrel’s generation of SNL cast was fun, but not worth pushing out all the early 90s greats for IMO. It would have even have been nice to see an up and coming Ferrel in skits alongside un-fired the early 90s veterans before they departed on their own.
I don't think anyone really remembers. But from the start of his career as a stand-up comedy guy even then he was told he was an unfunny kind of guy. But he had a charm and he ran with it. Made a career out of it. And from day one he's been trying to prove himself to everybody and time and time again no matter how many time people hate or throw shade on his work he just happens to just make it work
I’d like to say that I’ve always supported him from the first time knowing about Adam Sandler to watching all his movies. I’ve always thought he’s been the funniest dude ever. Adam Sandler.
The whole point of these movies is to happy fun like in every single one of them and him and his friends truly did have fun he gave me an amazing childhood
Yeah he had really good movies he is a really good person it just sucks to see his movies going downhill over the past few years that is if any ever come out nowadays
I mean growing up in 2003-2008, I always thought his films were garbage but he grew on me like the piece of radioactive gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe or the roach that just won’t die. I don’t go out of my way to look at them but it’s kinda like knowing that he’s there warms my heart.
Realest person out there, and he’s a true friend
Cheese….

Adam Sandler is genuinely just the embodiment of a kid and his friend group living the dream
Dude is such a gifted actor, when he play that guy that lost his family during 9/11, s*** broke me 😢
I do love his movies, but I do think Adam Sandler truly shines when he’s just an actor in a film. Reign over me being a great example of that, it’s was heartbreaking
His acting ability for sure but his comedies are still great
I believe that dude is one of the best actors, like dude is humble, great at jokes, and how he acts ib certain roles, he mends them to hid personality to be able different with all of his characters
Which movie is that one? Is it the one where he has a shoe store or something?
