Should of said 25% and buy back 5% with a further 5% to buy back aswell if meet targets
Imagine the look on my face when I see the one in pink walk in like he came back from a game of Squid Game.
They should’ve countered 20% going down to 15% when he’d made his money back or 25% down to 18/20%
You gotta admit. The narrator of this show is the king of puns in the entire world.
Who's putting 10 bottles of drinks in their trolley
i do, i just did tbh
More over, who's putting 10 x 500ml bottles in their trolley. Just buy a multipack or 2L bottles.
Someone with kids maybe
@@HaggardPillockHD they're going to be individually sold if I guess so noones picking up 10 at a time
A lot of people. These guys were also comparing themselves to water. It’s sweetened water. Plenty of people buy big packs of water or plenty of bottles.
Touker suddenly realizes he can house the bee hives in his empty office spaces
No one:
British people: would you like to eat a pun sire!
I put honey on my cereal instead of sugar, and also use it when baking bread.
"be-hive your self" - you can tell that's a joke known only to bee keepers 😂. I like the product and I love the branding. I would have gone 25%, that's fair I think. They would have done so well with Peter
Yea I think they missed out big, they will still do well, but mentorship and connections are invaluable
8:50 Peter was like "Okay time to play ball now"
8:08 that tiny smirk from Peter is huge ego inflation severely threatening to pop his skull from the inside
They are trading and they name Boots, Waitrose etc. as stockists on their site, but they are not in all of their shops (or they haven't updated the map there). With Peter onboard, they would most likely have sold substantially more by know. They might have a larger stake in the company, but the overall pie is smaller than it would have been, had they accepted Peter's offer :) While I do think that, I also believe they should have countered with a buy-back option.
Peter giving amazing ideas all the time is what I look for now in Dragon’s Den 😆
He remembered Robinson's idea.
Lol these bee puns of the narrator are so sweet
I'm genuinely surprised that people come on this show and expect to get away with giving anything less than 20% equity. I feel like one night of watching this show and you'll realize that they always want average 25-30% equity.
Touker: I can’t place beehives in my office spaces, so I’m out
“Why dont you ever see soft drinks with honey?”
Uhhh just open your damn eyes in the supermarket
I love always love Sarah'a head tilt when entrepeneurs first walk in. haha
Turning Peter down was a silly mistake and one I hope they live to regret. Beeing greedy in business is a risky move.
25% is greedy.
my man was waiting his whole life to say "behive yourself"
Lol in my country we have the product that Peter's talk about. Its called madurasa and its been out since the 90s
Such a dumb decision. 50% of a watermelon is better than 100% of a grape.
Squid game?!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!? no way!!! ITS THE SQUID GAME!!!!!!!! its squiddy game!!!1!!11!!! its the costume from the hit Netflix series "Decabrachia Shenanigans"!?!?!!!!
Ran out of sugar quite a few times and used honey. Love it.
I love it when Peter gets excited lol
So does Sarah
They look like they've come straight out of the squid games
I personally love honey in tea. Swapped from sugar years ago and never looked back. Too much sugar is far too sweet, and not enough is too bland. Honey makes it taste perfect in my opinion.
i think too many people underestimate the power of a dragon onboard
*" Beehive yourself "* oh boi 👑
If I was stood there in a bee suit. I would take anything
They probably would have gotten Peter to commit at 20%. Dumb decision to turn down Peter, his connections would have gotten them listings in big chains over night. Better to have a small chunk of a big pie than a big chunk of a small pie. Hope they still exceed though
I've seen this in a couple shops, boots is the last one I remember, they seem to be doing pretty well without Peter.
If it was me i would of asked peter if he'd go back down to 20% after he's money is repayed.
@@alams123 But, think how much better they could be doing with him
They have a revenue of $5 million in 2020.
@@KingOfSnub yeah but what profit? They're several businesses with a large turnover but a net loss. Some of these ride the loss for a few years then come out the other side highly profitable and valuable business BUT some can't sustain the losses and go under. Not saying these guys are losing money but just cause they turned over £5 million doesn't automatically mean they are making money
anyone else on a mega dragons den marathon?
No.
when they first walked in, thought they were gonna sell gaviscom for bees
I like Touker ,I have major respect for him and what he has accomplished ❤🎉❤
The narrator always steals the show with his funny jokes!
actually, his puns ruin it.
I looovvveee Deborah but I really like Sarah as well. She's down to earth and tells it like it is. 😊😊😊😊
The dragons and entrepreneurs are nothing compared to the show's narrator when it comes to puns
Touker: I can offer you all the money and an office space for your bees
