I would rather pay $1,000 for lot rent than $2000+ for an apartment. At least you can get a return on the mobile home if you move.

Yes, some people only want it for vacations, intermittently throughout the year. They can afford the lot rent as it would be as much to rent an AirBnB. With a mobile home, they can leave some belongings or change furnishings, other things.

The lot fees are high because they treat the area for rats, fire ants, mosquitos and low class riff Raff types doing alcohol too much, drugs, garbage, noise, too many friends always visiting parking their cars everywhere.

We are all colored people. We are all the same. I dont like the terms black or white for people. Ifeel it fosters and propells racist thiughts, especially in our younger people and children.
