Thank you to Eastleigh 10K for hosting a great race and to all those involved in this 7 year journey. Harry p.s. Remember, it can be worth watching until the end of a JOG ON video - there is often something extra.
Harry Im pumped for you! The fact you can talk so much throughout that as well and still smash the time! May have welled up a bit at the end with the call to your Dad too 🥹
Ha ha! that's me in the red and yellow top at 3:25! The irony is I only discovered your channel *after* this race 🤦♂️ Would love to see you and the team at some more local (Solent) races, and would happily pace you towards the 19-minute 5K mark!
Chuffed, Harry. That 3:43 min ninth kilometre was fantastic. Hurrah and huzzah for Caolin. Never, never, never give up. Thanks for sharing the leadup over the previous years. I would really like to see a video on Paul & Heather, please.
The epitome of never giving up! Great video Harry as always. Got myself a garmin venu and back running soon myself. All because of this channel and the inspiration it has given me. Can't wait to see what adventure comes next 🙂.
Great video, and congrats on the sub-40! I've had chains of injuries for the last few years, finally starting to build back up. Long way to go till I'm back to where I used to be, but your videos give me hope!
Brilliant stuff mate, like your video got an inspiration vibe with the music 👍 i recently ran a 20m 18s parkrun will get that sub 20 soon im sure, got a 10 k in 10 days hoping for sub 42 👍
I’ve just spent the last week binge watching your channel, what a find! You’ve got some incredible and unique content that is just so enjoyable to watch. On the weekend I attempted my first ever sub 20 parkrun (previous best was 20:55) and ended up getting 18:33! Your videos definitely inspired me! Keep doing what you’re doing man❤
This was my first 10k race ever (can see myself in the grey shorts at 3:38) !!! It was a big one for me as it was the latest goal I had set following 30kg weight loss over the previous 2 years and I got a time of 47:35. Congratulations on your achievements Harry, it was a fantastic day wasn't it!
Just started following you then saw you did this run, I did it too so hoped to see myself on camera but ran a 37.54 so would have been a little ahead!!
There’s running a sub 40 10k, and then there’s running a sub 40 10k whilst narrating and having a chat with other runners on route 😂🤣😂- nice job buddy! Great vid as ever.
The very nature of these videos will always make it look like I could go faster, but it would be seconds of difference if anything - what you never see is 95% of the race and breathing hard whilst pushing to really run at the limit. I’m good at composure on camera at this point. Thank you for watching
Well done, that Eastleigh 10k is perfect for PBs although my 44 minutes was slightly slower then you. No mention of the very sexy lime green and pink freebie shirts
Well done Harry! I'm going for my first ever sub-40 in just under two weeks at Manchester. I've just done similar with bringing my 5k time under 19 (managed a 18:54 and then a 18:45). I went through 5k way too fast at Manchester last year, so looking for redemption this year!
Great to read Nathan - well done on your own journey. 10K is a killer if one goes out too hard, all the best with redemption I’m rooting for you. Harry
Lovely stuff Harry. Fab quality and editing as we have now come to expect. Wearing your Jog On tee definitely inspired this over 60 a first sub 22 parkrun last Saturday at Doddington Hall.
Awesome! Well done Harry! And well done Caolan! Love this channel, it's really spurred me on training for my first half marathon (which I did on Sunday!)
Superb effort Harry! I ran my first ever competitive 10km this weekend and somehow managed a 40:26. I'd love to go sub-40, I think it should be possible... Just got to find the right event! Great inspiration as always from you 💪
Well done I got a PB that same day (under 40 mins) you overtook me at 6:44 minutes in the video! im wearing the white baseball cap back to front. Don't know how you run with out a vest! the fact you can talk and hold a camera I suspect you could run a lot faster!
Brilliant stuff Paul, I've been wearing the JOG ON cap backwards recently to keep the sun off my neck. That and in my head I look cool, but I think you pull it off better than me Hope you had a great race and thanks for watching Harry
