Chocolate-Dipping Class

Take a peek at Grandma Joyce's 3-part candy-making class. Students joined Joyce in her kitchen to for some hands-on fun making caramel, caramel nut rolls, fondant, and penuche. On the last day of class, we got our hands messy and learned how to dip chocolates by hand!
