Speaking of. Bought two of these speakers brand new and paid $40 for both of them. Super steal, they didn’t fit in the guys truck on Facebook marketplace
Do you need them? It’s something most people probably know but I just tried connecting straight to the wire and it didn’t work. First time installing speakers on my first truck and I’m struggling
Thanks for sharing Bro! Great video! I was wondering if there is any chance you can do a quick summary review of your system? I am in the process of upgrading subs and just want it to see the fitting of those RTs in that generation of F150’s?
i have these in my 4 doors 2014 f150 supercrew powered by pioneer nex headunit. kicker tweeters in pilliars. kickers compvr 10s under seats powered by kicker 1200.1 amp. slams hard as fuck.
I have the same speakers, and also I have 2 12 in. Subs kickers CompRT with an kicker 600.1 rms amp under the backseat. My question is, how I add more sound on the speakers? I was thinking on add a converter to the amplifier but let me hesr you guys.
yo first off great video, was not bored one bit, I have 04 same doors as you i have stock side door speakers with 2 10s i believe under the sub, on certain songs i geuss the bass hits to hard is real nasty like, do these speakers handle good with bass? better than stock?
@@ToeMosSVlogs thank you so much! i just bought skar audio speakers to put into my 2012 ford escape and when i went to install them i wasn’t aware that i would need a plug. but the ones you have seem like they would fit what i need

They sound great! I still have to get the rear ones
5.5mm from what I understand. Thanks for your time. I'm getting my Kickers in today.
This video help me lot changing my cars speakers
Glad it helped!
You need a 5.5 metric socket for the speaker screws dude
I've been looking for a sound test of these for 2 days 😭
Well it wasn’t much of one but at least it was something!
The size you need for the screws for the door speakers is a 5.5mm.
I need to get one my socket set doesn’t have half sizes
@@ToeMosSVlogs don’t worry. I made the same mistake. Go to your local parts store and they usually sell individual sizes. I just borrowed their 5.5

That’s a great deal!
“And until than..yeah idk! Peace”😂😂😂
Bruh!
I like my audio loud and blew the back factory speakers, how have these held up with the volume close to max?
No issues
Thank you I'm in same situation , same vehicle , factory stereo ( for now ) only 2 new front kickers. How have they handled within last 2 years
They’ve held great so far
Did you have to get the connector plug separately or did they come with the speakers?

You have to buy them separate.
Speakers and plugs came from best buy
Good job
The small bolts are a 5.5
Thanks. I need to get a 5.5
How are they holding up? have they ripped, or did sound sucked after couple of months???
They’ve sounded great from the start. I listen to music really loud so it really works out the speaker. They have held up great.
@@ToeMosSVlogs thanks man very helpfull!!👌👌
No problem
ToeMosS _Vlogs How good are the speakers cause I ordered mine the other day and they coming in today but are they really good with bass
FaZe Elite the bass isn’t very deep but I have a 10” sub under the back seat. The tweeters sound great though

I’m not a professional but it seems you may need a dedicated amp for your door speakers.
The socket is a 5.5mm. Actually very common......
How did you make you’re truck run of the music off your phone
Just an auxiliary cord

I wish
My speakers on my 2005 f150 have been cutting out lately do you think this will solve the problem?
As long as there is nothing wrong with your wiring it’s probably just the speaker going bad.
5.5 mm socket is what you need
Would the size be the same for a 2005 single cab/2 and a half size doors?
More than likely
“Put dat in ner” gotta love the bo talk😂👌🏽
Haha did I say that? I don’t usually talk like that but every once in a while i do. Usually do it to poke fun
What size is the speaker?
6x8 I’m pretty sure
What Size Are The Speakers?
I believe 6x8
What are those connectors called and where can I get them
The ones I bought are made by metra. For 98 and up ford trucks. Best Buy had them.
Do you have a sub or is that bass all the speakers?

ToeMosS _Vlogs do the speakers have bass without the subwoofer?
A little bit, but if you want deep bass you’ll need a subwoofer
