We have two off such as company cars. Driving almost every day from Sweden to Denmark. Amazing vehicles! To compare to ours 2022 Tesla model 3 LR, and model Y, they are premium class. That quality ride, that interior, that charging speed, Tesla looks like amateur compering to Zeekr001.
this is basically 2021 zeeker model 001 while there were 2 facelifts and updates in 2024 and 2025 that basically everyone says are almost like a new car and higher quality
To stop that rattling seatbelt buckle, you can plug it into its socket when you have no front seat passenger. Or you can add a soft pad to the strap, which will also be more comfortable for the passenger.

Can't order extra remote key! The software only supports one remote key. The software does not support mobile phone Samsung 22 Ultra. No new Android phones have been added since December 2023. Digital key does not work for many.
You mentioned that it's annoying when the seat belt buckle of the passenger seat (when empty) making a sound when driving......I have exactly the same problem with my recently purchased BMW iX3.

They have 204hp, top speed of 155kmh, and sell for 200-210K RMB The 300hp version has 570km range, and costs 232k rmb But I think we're talking about different cars. The Chinese version is ID7 (ID7 VIZZON) sits at a different market segment than the Euro ID7. The new 001 has 790hp, 250kmh top speed, and a CLTC range of 705km. And it has the world's fastest charging battery. And it costs 300k rmb They're not really in the same vehicle class tbh. The Zeekr's interior is much more luxurious and premium than anything with a VW badge. And the technology and features is more advance than anything under the VW-GROUP, period. It has air suspension, much better noise insulation, all round much more premium and luxurious vehicle. The Zeekr 007 is a closer competitor to the ID7 Euro version. The baseline 007 in China costs the same as a baseline ID7. It has 422hp, and does 870kmh CLTC, with the world's fastest charging battery.
Model Y Performance - Wouldn't buy until next update , so I would pick the Xpeng here. ID7 Tourer vs Zeekr 001 - prefer the looks and the platform of the ZEEKR. ID7 is ok at everything but performance and the looks are a bit blend. Not bad looking but just VW. Do you need the extra boot capacity and European brand go for VW. Do you want a bit more boldness and style, go for 001.

@barygol yes. Especially if you compare apples to apples. This should be compared to M3P with the big wheels. If you compare LR with standard wheels it's on par with Zeekr 001 with 22". Standard 001 is more silent.

I was just extra surprised from the text G6 on the sheet since I know you have not yet tested it when it comes to noise and range. But I know you are working on it and I am really looking forward to it. I was actually choosing between the G6 and the Zeekr 001 but the G6 became the winner in my case. So the result of the noise test on the G6 will be very exciting in comparison to the Zeekr 001 and others.
First OTA promised by Zeekr tobe delivered in Q1 2024 with many many improvements was rolled out only as from May 2024. Difficult start with few options and after 2 weeks at last it was installed. Did not notice many real improvements and/or solutions. Second OTA about 6 weeks later did run smoothless, only the app was in the beginning super slow suddenly and during the next weekend Zeekr back end was fully overloaded and stopped working. Since then no more further updates and also no clue when the next OTA will be available, content wise also no clue as the Zeekr app does not have anything listed in either their yearly, quarterly, monthly release schedule and/or eta’s. Their are easy wins to my opinion, both from a process as a content perspective.
The software issues sounds like some things I had with my 2021 Audi e-tron, plus there were times when the settings reset to as new state requiring things to be setup as new. Then there were times when it dumped my profile settings and then days later it came back. There were times when it would disconnect the ACC and LKA, at speed for no reason, seems manufacturers still have struggles with the driver aids.
Almost all cars I test have some SW bugs. But my total experience after a week of testing the 001 is still not even close to ruining the experience. And it seems like they are working hard to address the issues.
Driven the car for almost 20.000km. Avg consumption 21.8. Can share many more software related issues like eg non working cams, nfc digital keys or fully handsfree digital keys do not work, cool/heat temperature in the app not synched with the temp setting in the car, nav including charging the system i choosing based on distance, so could end up with eg 43kwh chargers…. Just a few examples and based upon the latest software versions. Many more hidden features in the software which makes it on paper a lovely offer but irl for me a very annoying experience until today.
I suspected that might be a thing. There are just a few Chinese cars where software isn't broken or flat-out weird or annoying. They can copy or fish out the best implementation from other car manufacturers. Another part is that they raised a company and a couple years later isn't gone or under a different name.
500+ HP/TQ output, that's a lot of power for skinny eco tires. This isn't meant to be a economy car, most who get this version will be taking advantage of the power, so the range is going to suffer.
@@ItsOnlyElectric Yep, that's a good setup 265/40 22, like the Polestar 4. I've seen some other Chinese EVs (BYD Seal for one) with 19" setup that could benefit from using 20" and some stickier tires on the Performance version. I know the range will drop but performance and handle will be better.

From a birds eyes view settling for the right would result in easy access curb charging as well as easy access dc charging with the only downside that an extra 5 steps are needed exiting the car.
@simonengvall7433 one more big + having it on the driver's side is in a tight garage. Then you want to park close to the wall with the passenger side to be able to exit the car as a driver. Charge port at the right side would be vad in such a scenario. That's the care in my garage.
Thnx for this great and honest review. As a Zeekr driver, we have been able to make suggestions for improvements for some time now. All drivers can vote on these. Wishes regarding ADAS and software have received the most votes. We notice that the Zeekr product manager takes our wishes very seriously, in order to bring the Zeekr to an even higher level. So we are hopeful! And we understand that Zeekr needs time. And: that Zeekr has been able to produce such a great car in the short time that it has existed is great!

V2L is not operational in Europe! Have been waiting since January for Zeekr to put V2L into operation. Zeekr does not know when V2L will be operational. China, Russia and Israel have the same operating voltage and frequency (Hz) as Sweden. There, V2L is commissioned and working.
If you plug the adapter into the socket, the screen shows connected. So it is without functions today! Been waiting all summer to connect my caravan. 😢😢😢
FR, why we get the old tech while the china sold version charges 550 kw.... and a lot of other improved stuff. I think many people will wait. Compare electric cars to computers, tvs and smartphones. To boot a computer mayb took 3 minutes in the beginning of 2000, now it takes 15 sec. If it now takes 15 or 5 sec is kind of not important. Its fast either way. Same thing with smartphones, the first 4 years a lot happened. after that, not so much, the improvements were really small year after year. And TVs, who need 8k anyway? i cant even see any differens between 4k.... What i mean is, at this moment, most todays car will feel like crap after 3-5 years, but if you buy one in lets say 5 years, it prob wont have been improved that much when you reach another 3 year after that. It will be like, 200 kwh battery instead of 250? 0-100 in 2,5 sec instead of 3...., energy consumption of 1,5 instead of 2 for same weight/speed.
First gen EVs feels old today. Like Nissan leaf or first gen model s. But current European 001 will still be ok I'm 3 years since it's still among the better ones available currently. But yes, I get your point.

@danielolzon1974 without measuring it yet, I feel that the G6 is at leat as silent as the 001 with 22" probably more silent. But time will tell. 👍

The Zeekr logo looks way too similar to the sennheiser logo.

Not so perfect to place the charge port on the left side for curb charging. A really unconsidered decison to follow Teslas unconsidered setup.

First gen EVs feels old today. Like Nissan leaf or first gen model s. But current European 001 will still be ok I'm 3 years since it's still among the better ones available currently. But yes, I get your point.

Your reluctance to criticise is A CONCERN . chimes noise too high WOULD DRIVE ME CRAZY. Where is the commentary on Android Auto etc etc I want the detail. What about regenerative braking .. detailed commentary required. Again the shortcomings mean to me " don't buy". The manufacturers are negligent in releasing this car by not fixing the serious issues. That grates on me ! It seems that it's all too hard .. they can't be bothered lowering chime noise etc ir they can't. So " just get the car out mentality " is lousy. I could never tolerate all the annoyances you mentioned. These reflect very very badly on Zeekr. To aggressively want to put you in a lane IS ASOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
I NEVER WANT THESE SELF DRIVE CARS . I ALSO DONT WANT TO PAY FOR A CAR THAT DANGEROUSLY WANTS TO CONTROL THE CAR . I WONT BUY THIS CAR .
