As an owner of one since 5 months I agree that it is at a sweet spot between performance, practicality, looks, premium quality and price 👌 Even without air suspension (I have Performance version). The ride is engaging but definatly more towards comfort than racing corners. I chose between Porsche taycan Cross/sport turismo (before the new facelift) and zeeker 001. Porsche ahaid in drivning fun/feel and looks (barely), but I think the 001 has more premium and modern and spacious interior, more practical, better tech, and similar performance. All in all at around 50-60 000 euro lower price. Quite a hard deal to resist I think 😊 I think comparing it to model 3 as some do is abit strange since 001 is a bigger car. Against model s seems more logical.
I think it is more comparable to the Taycan Cross, more like a sport shooting brake, than the Model S which is a large sedan. I like so much this car, it is so modern and enjoyable. It is a much better design language than the newer models, like the 007, in my opinion. Probably the best model from the current Geely line brands.
What a great review! Really appreciate a car review from a tall driver. There is not enough of that info out there, so I'm excited to have found your channel. Zeekr is coming to Malaysia soon and I'm hoping they'll eventually bring the 001 if they ever produce it in RHD. The shooting brake form is perfection. Thanks again!

Hope they get there and enable it also in Europe. Hope also Zeeker 001 FR will get to Europe as well as their gorgeous MPV 009!

Great review! As always! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Seal, Han and Zeekr. I'm happy that you agreed with me on that 😀 It's a 1M sek car that you get cheaper. Can't wait for the following Zeekr video!
Brillant video, Zeekr 001 has been my personal favorit since day1 i saw it coming out in China, but personally it comes down to price/performance for my daily life, their prices are approximately around 500000ish dkr, if i had that extra 120000 i would have waited for them to hit the danish market, but i have turned instead to a Xpeng G6, which is ticking off most of my choices...still waiting on delivery there though sigh. The Blue interior looks awesome, but id choose the black one instead for practicallity as you mentioned.
Thank you! It's really two different price and size classes and 001 should be compared more to G9. But I think you went for a great choice with the G6!
I like most of the design except the front headlights, same as on the Lynk and CO cars. Warranties seems good on Zeekr, just wish they gave more info when the new updated models arrive here.
From my understanding, the 001 was initially a Lynk and Co vehicle, which was moved to Zeekr. Lynk and Co is still using that design on their cars, hopefully soon they will switch to a different look.
Thanks for the video. Zeekr is finally beeing introduced for sale in Norway in a month or so 😊. In Norway we have a lot of rough asphalt. How did you experience the soundproofing compared to another ev ie Xpeng G9?
You're welcome! Cabin noise test is coming in the next video in just a couple of days. 🙂 I wonder why they did wait so long for the Norwegian introduction
I tested the privilege model in Oslo. Great car, but they are selling the old model as also shown in this video. The new model was released in China in April. Do not buy this one. The newer model is faster, has better interior + other improvements to cater to the Nordic market. Price for the top spec is 670.000 nok

I remember asking in a community post earlier if this car has a catch since this looks like way too good of a deal. And after watching your video... Seems like it doesn't have a catch at all? Staying tuned for range and sound tests of course but after watching your coverage it seems amazing. Is it really basically a Polestar 4 but with (arguably) better materials, more tech as standard and slightly bigger for way less money? P.S. from what I can tell the facelift version of the 001 in China does have an extendable thigh support on the front seats. So that would be one more of your gripes with this car fixed when that eventually comes to Europe.
I have driven a 001 privilege from Sweden to Italy, the range is more or less as you expect. With lane-centering cruise control at 130km/h (max speed allowed for centering), I had a constant 350-400km between charges (100-15%).
