OMG, i literally relate to you so much, I've really long hair that I've grown for my whole life. And i want a change but I'm not sure if I'll be able to it. 16 years is a long time, and my hair is really important to me. But it just really awkward to think about having short hair. Your video is really awesome, it made me feel good that there are other people who feel the same way as me.

Step 1 : Have straight hair
I have kept my hair long almost to buttok. Probably the weight and ties up on my hair or maybe aging causes hair loss. So I cut it shoulder length almost like yours. Yes looks younger, still can play with the hair curling up many styles as you like...love your thick hair, you are beautiful, indeed👍😍

Do you know what i noticed? The collar of most t shirts would actually make a good template for a shorter hair cut. If you combed your hair, then evenly tucked it inside your t shirt, you could (theoretically) use the collar as a guide to cut your hair

Hair grows back, but it will take you 10 YEARS to grow it out and at least 3 YEARS to have a full ponytail. You won't have any styling-options for YEARS and you'll have to destroy your hair with tones of hair products and heat tools (yes, short hair, especially this haircut, HAS TO be styled EVERY DAY...). Nowadays women want to show the world that they're strong - so they pretend not to care that they lose their beautiful hair - on purpose. It's not worth it. Your hair was beautiful and not many women have such awesome hair like you had before. When you get older your hair won't be that thick and shiny... For me it's such a waste - only in the name of fashion and "being strong".
