I will say that South Korea has a cute fetish cultural thing going on right now where the women try to act and look as cute as possible. I think sometimes they go too far and act like children and not the adult women they are. The woman in this video doesn't do that, but I've seen some who just go too overboard with it. I literally just cut my hair into a pixie cut (lmao quarantine) and it feels so good I've never felt better. My advice is to just go for it, if you hesitate you'll never get sh*t done, if it doesn't look great don't worry it's gonna grow out anyway, you can fix it then
