Those were days when bowling was special... These are bowlers you look forward to see bowling.... Not many, rather none of today's bowlers seem to give the excitement that these greats gave when they bowled.... Great days those were!!!!
What a wonderful peace of seam bowling it is! I can happily say that my time was not wasted after opening this video. I thoroughly enjoyed all the dismissals ! Nice upload
Michael Slater started doing commentary even before he retired. He toured India in the 2001 series. This fact would have remained unknown to me had the name of the commentators was not being uploaded during the start of the video.
Ha didn’t even think about that. Just so used to him being a commentator now that I thought nothing of it.
Timber breaking sound.. ambrose..ambrose..still my fav bowler
Nice to see old cricket and legend cricketers..thanks for posting.
Watching in 2019....
Walsh

Rose
These 5 men in bowling from WI, we will never forget them, our childhood heroes
Exactly they are masterpiece time once past never can be recalled
You can actually hear Jimmy adams after the hick dismissal “yes big man !!!!” One of the finest bowlers who ever walked the planet…a joy to watch🙏
Back when cricket really used to be a gentleman's game!
I love Michael Holding, the bowler from Hell. 🔥
This was the last bowling pair of wi cricket, who ruled the fast bowling
Best bowling attack would be:
Opening bowlers - Curtly Ambrose and Wasim Akram
Change - Glen McGrath or Malcolm Marshal (depending on conditions)
Spinners - Shane Warne and Muralitharan
@@fighter639 - Unless you include the greatest wicketkeeper/batsman of all time... Adam Gilchrist.
I think I would open with McGrath over Akram... otherwise, I like what you suggest
@@consciousbeing1188 Ok... so lets see...
1. Gavaskar
2. G. Smith (c)

None was better than Marshall. Ambrose, Marshall change Akram and Walsh
