I, Dr. Pratibha Singh, a Neuro-Physiotherapist, have been practicing for 7 years.
I have done my Physiotherapy graduation from Jamia Millia University in 2011 & further I did Masters of Physiotherapy in neurology from Indian Spinal Injury Centre in 2014(one of the most advanced spine, orthopaedic & neuromuscular surgical centre in India).

आपने बहुत ही अच्छी तरह से समझाया है मैडम जी मुझे भी दोनों पैर की एडीओ में बहुत परेशानी रहती है चार-पांच साल से दाहिने पैर में एड़ी में सूजन भी है और दर्द भी रहता है हड्डी वाले डॉक्टर ने मुझे इंजेक्शन भी लगाए हैं दोनों पैर में पर सूजन में कोई फर्क नहीं है अभी भी आप प्लीज मुझे रिप्लाई जरूर करें क्या आपकी बताई गई एक्सरसाइज से मेरी परेशानी दूर हो सकती है प्लीज रिप्लाई जरूर करें मैडम 🙏
दोनों पैर में सूजन हो तो किडनी की भी समस्या हो सकती है, तो Dr .ko dikho

Avoid, as she says in her last point. Let it heal. Yoga helps. These exercises should help in 3 months, reduce weight, opt for good shoes with soft soles n slippers. Sketchers is good.

Hard sole wale shoes na ho.... sports shoes paheniye.... jo heel ko support karein. Shoes me ap heel pad bhi istemal kr sakte hain....dono pero ke liye.
