17:49 ive emulated tomodachi life a few times and i wanna give extra info on this one!!!! it appears if the system its running on doesn't have sufficient mii maker data. on emulators it can be circumvented by adding the files to the emulator, on actual hardware id assume itd be caused by some sort of corruption, damage, or system file tampering its pretty jarring and creepy to see ingame
you actually may be able to do this on real hardware if you were to launch this using the feature to force boot the cartridge thats in the slot on the 3DS (A+B+X+Y+R). im pretty sure mii maker data doesnt load aswell

I miss this game so much. I mean, out of all games you choose Miitopia to port to Switch. The switch is a lot more powerful than the 3DS, meaning that a lot of features that Nintendo wanted to add to Tomadachi life could be added.

The official Shaq Mii refers to the Mii used in promotional material for the game, which has him wear a basketball jersey with the number 34 on it to reflect his actual number. However, the Mii from the QR code has him wear a star t-shirt, and even then, all of the basketball jerseys in the game have the number 10.

the theory with the factory was exrtemly cool it could be use in a following tomodachi life game or something. Maybe when you reach 100 miis on your island or get all buildings you get another island that is the factory island where you can make another 50 miis and maybe it kinda has a city theme and your miis have to work but not when their are under 18 and the houses where the coupled miis live is maybe now are more luxury and the stores also have more like a more modern black and white style and the items to.
