    Beet juice is good for you I get my beet juice from the country market it's several ladies that canned beets no sugar in them very good n when I can't get the canned beets I buy the pills from the vitamin store good for blood pressure

      So far, I’m loving the Nama juicer! It’s my first slow juicer and I can already tell a difference in how long my juices stay fresh in the fridge compared to my high speed juicer. It’s also easier to clean than my old juicer so that’s always a plus! And, yes, I’ll add that to my video ideas list 🥰♥️

    Aww yes! Love this drinks!! I love hibiscus tea and in the summer time I grew up with my mom making it all the time bcuz is so refreshing! Definitely güito try the others

    Are these juice diabetics friendly? Please suggest recipes that r diabetics friendly and good for high blood pressure.

      The hibiscus tea is great for diabetics. Just make sure if you want to sweeten it to use a low carb sweetener such as birch xylitol, monk fruit, stevia, etc.

    I love watching your channel and going to try and make some of these drinks. How do you suggest taking any of these drinks if we make them all? Can you take too much of a good thing?

      1/2 C of pomegranate per day, 1 C of the blueberry beet juice, and 1-2 cups of the hibiscus tea per day. I like to either rotate them Week by week or sometimes I’ll make them all in the same week and drink them all daily in these amounts. Daily consumption should be fine for most people but if you’re taking prescription meds be sure to consult with your doctor first.

    Can you just do this as a smoothie and have the same benefits? Juicing makes my blood sugar increase too rapidly. Thus I like to keep the fiber from the pulp.

      I drink beet juice almost daily. I just don't make it myself. I also drink Carrot Juice with ginger.

    Are these safe to take if you are already on HBP meds? I think grapefruit is not, which seems a way of companies to keep us on meds!

      Absolutely! Just add 3-4 cups of water with it and then strain the juice with a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. ☺️
