How about the video depiction of the dip? While it's advise is ok, it depicts dips with hands forward, which may apply strain on the shoulders. The hand should be in the position so that the fingers are pointed away from the body, shouldn't it?

Don't forget for getting tone caloric deficit and don't do a whole bunch of reps that's a lie u wanna do more weight or at least keep it the same don't go lower.
Lateral raises with the pinky up add stresses to the shoulder if one has shoulder impingement issues. I trained for years this way and suffer a slap tear and impingement. I no longer do it. When I train the shoulders, I keep the shoulders in a more neutral position instead.

Your Traditional squats are good but Hindu squats have different form and popular among wrestlers. It's proper form makes strong strain less legs.

You’re wrong about squats... the reason you should put your weight on your heels is to minimize knee injuries
