gotta also give mad props to Filoni for giving us such an experience with an under developed character that George had so much potential for Imagine if Maul was the main villain during the prequels in my opinion it would have been better than Dooku but that's just me
It IS emotional! He has finally reached what he desired the most - catharsis. And it's such an irony he reached it in the hand of his most bitter enemy.
What's your favorite Darth Maul moment? Mine is when he kills Duchess Satine. Kind of dark, but I love how it shows how far he will go to exact his revenge.
Cutting a person in half doesn't kill them instantly, they have to bleed out. And lightsabers cauterize wounds. Maul was never in danger of death after being sliced in half. If anything, Maul should've died from the fall, but as explained, he was able to grab onto something.
It would certainly kill him, as the slice cut though his intestines and cut off the end of his digestive tract and urinary tract. The like also severed his spinal cord. No one has ever been cut in half at the waist and survived. If Maul did not die of blood loss, the build up of toxins in his body due to not being able to excrete wast would absolutely kill him. It's unrealistic to believe that Maul survived the slice, survived the fall, snuck onto a ship, and then build himself complicated robot legs. His survival was a hasty and unrealistic retcon that was no way intended when Episode 1 came out. Listen, I love the Maul's episodes in the Clone Wars and in Rebels, but the actual fact of him surviving on the flimsy and vague excuse of "using the force" is a disservice to the captivating story and realism that Star Wars possesses.
Dancing Deity Well he was an alien so how would you know he would die like a human. He is human like but where would you know where his organs are? So there is an explanation to this.
No I really do, his powers were sunned by Plaguies and Sidious the latter of which took him from Dathomir from his nightsister mother who wasn't Mother Talzin. Maul was then tested by the two Sith and some weeks prior to episode one many times one of which was to destroy Black Sun, and then he was killed on Naboo. Then in a comic was that wasn't Canon at the time, Maul went to Tattoween to kill Obi-Wan but was shot in the head by Owen Lars so yeah I know his story in Legends.
You also know that the clone wars is part of legends continuity (like fake history but still) And when you say tested, you may mean the lockdown, shadow hunter and other novels and comics that go deeper than the cheap version of canon. By the way, Maul's story was going to be longer due to the Maul game that got cancelled but was going to be dated during the legacy era. So, yeah, you seem to barely know what they tell you in the videos, but that's it.
Khepera Bowlin-Jones That's because you haven't read the novel and comics based on him. It's pretty much stupid to say that Maul doesn't have an story before Ep 1, but I suppose you work out of ignorance.
I still think it's a bit cheap to have him survive TPM but the clone wars and the other material have made him such an interesting character that it's forgivable.
I just noticed that Maul was most likely the first person Obi-Wan defeated (at ieast dark side force user) and the last one he killed before his own death.
I have never really understood the appeal Maul had for so many people in TPM. His subsequent return and the recent comic have done far more for his character.
Baggles I totally agree KENOBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!he will pay for what did to one of my favorite star wars chartecter .
I know you've probably already done this, but I would love to see an updated version of Darth Revan's story made like this video, as it would not only give one of only a few in depth analysis of his character, but would be an amazing reference point for one of the greatest as of yet non-canon characters of all time. Help me StarWarsExplained, you're my only hope!
When we get more information about Rae Sloane about her involvement with the First Order and eventuall death I think you should do a video similar to this about her. Keep up the great work!
I like the idea that Maul is far from the most powerful and skilled and variety force wielder and not the best blade duelist but he makes up for it for his unarmed combatic skill settings as well as his toughness and roughness and warrior mentality but he is a honorable one when he meets a opponent that he feel was a worthy fighter
Darth Maul is one of the most tragic characters, and that's why I love him. I always loved him becuase he has a great character design (I mean, that's how we all start to like Characters in Star Wars, right? The cooler ones always get more praise.) and then with the Clone Wars and Rebels, he was so fleshed out. He was smart, he was powerful, he was pure evil at certain moments, and he also got my sympathy when he died. He'll always be my favorite Star Wars characters.
One of those clone channels has a nice video about this. Its name is a references to one of the other versions of this story or something, and it's basically a video eulogy for Maul. It's an incredibly well-done video, and made me feel a little less upset that an entire episode of Rebels was wasted on Maul's death.
"Far above, far above, we don't know when we'll fall." "Far above, far above, what once was great is rendered small"...... A not as infamous yet much more poetic quote than say "I am your father". It was first muttered by Sidious, in the presence of Maul, during a legend's book by Ryder Windham. It was labeled: The Wrath of Maul. It of course foreshadow's Maul's eventual fate making it truly poetic in it's ironic sense. However the genius of it's idea is not as well known as it should, and even the truest of fans faintly recognize it. F.Y.I: The quote itself is in a sense canon as it appears in an episode of The Clone Wars, believe it or not, when the still broken Maul first returns to Dathomir as well muttering the phrase to himself in his state of madness. It is one of the few things he remembers from his past life. The Star Wars community should endulge much further into the topic.
Without doubt darth maul will always be a amazing part to the Star Wars story line. He was a great warrior killed many people and survived for a great amount of time in the Star Wars franchise. I loved his appearance in Star Wars and I enjoyed the great rivalry with obi wan Kenobi. As a final there will be no one else that can replace him as my favorite just because he is such a badass.
I know this one is asking for a lot, but he's a compelling and complex character and I love seeing his complete life chronicled into one video. Do Anakin Skywalker.
Starting up a movie review page and I linked this video in my description so people would have a detailed explanation of of what happened to Maul. Thanks for all you do and may the force be with you ;) also good luck against San Witwer!
I didn't watch the series, but I did where Maul said something along the lines of "He is here isn't he...He will avenge us". What did Maul mean? If he was talking about Luke, he couldn't have been thinking Luke would avenge the sith. Could Maul have felt some emotional connection between him and Kenobi in his last moments because of the Clone Wars and the fight between the Light and Dark side that ruined both their lives. It would make sense for Maul to think so because the fall of the Jedi, the Clone Wars, and Maul's personal years of suffering and isolation were all a result of Palpatine's planning. Luke went on to bring his father back from the dark side and defeat Palpatine, so in a way, he would avenged both Maul and Obi Wan for the pain they endured so long ago.
greedoFAIL it’s because maul truly hates the south more than the Jedi and knows obi wan is protecting the chosen one/ Luke that’s why he ask if he will avenge them
Vader and Maul are my favorite Siths. I grew up watching the OT So I loved Vader and I was 14 in 99 when Ep.1 released so when Maul was introduced with a double blade saber I was amazed as can be!
Yes in fact Maul and savage are so much alike they both went through brutal training and punishments and become great warriors with their rage and maul is just so likeable
Timeline of Maul in the Canon (so far): Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir (Flashback) Darth Maul (Comic) Star Wars: Age of Republic - Darth Maul Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Seasons 3-5) Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Season 7) Solo: A Star Wars Story Star Wars: Rebels (Seasons 2-3) There are gaps in the story basically around Solo: A Star Wars Story and in between TPM and TCW. Our marvellous Dathomirian Nightbrother (not a Zabrak) life summaried (not): Born on Dathomir. Stolen by Darth Sidious because he tricked his mother. Trained as a Sith under the person who kidnapped him (gosh). He then revealed himself to the Jedi. A Jedi chopped him in half. He ended up on a trash planet. He goes crazy. His brother finds him. Takes him back to their mother. His mother puts him back together. He and his brother go on a quest to kill Obi-Wan and to form a faction for the Clone Wars. He tried and failed to form a faction with the pirates but succeeded with the Manalorians and form the Shadow Collective. Obi-Wan goes to save his love Satine but Maul kills her. Obi escapes. His old master arrived and killed his brother. Captures him and his get broken out by the Mandalorians. Talzin sends the Nightbrothers to help Maul and the Shadow Collective to fight the Separatists. They get murdered by Dooku. Lots of Maul's followers leave the Shadow Collective. But he still has the Manalorians. Ahsoka Tano arrives and saves Mandalore from Maul. Maul and the Shadow Collective (now known as the Crimson Dawn) go to become pirates to send Qi'Ra on a adventure in the Solo film. The some how looses the organisation and goes looking for a Sith temple and a Sith holocron on Malacore. He film them and Ezra with friends. He tried to make Ezra him apprentice but failed. He and Ezra merged a Sith and Jedi holocons to get visions of Obi-Wan. He with Ezra goes to Dathomir to use Nightsister magic to figure out where Obi-Wan is. He goes to Tatooine and finds Obi-Wan and dies at his hand. Obi-Wan berries him on Tatooine. We basically know his whole life story. Yes some gaps but what do you people want? More of him? That creates Solo where it just adds stuff that doesn't work.
Darth Maul's target was Qui-Gon-Jinn, because of the jedi master's discovery of the Sith. I remember seeing a poster for The Phantom Menace showing Obi-Wan fighting Darth Maul on Tatooine. Too bad that never happen though, it would have been a major connection to their final battle on desert planet. Back in 2005, I read the comic Star Wars: Visionaries, where it was predicted that Maul would return to the Star Wars franchise. However, that amazing idea didn't happen until 6 years later in 2012. The main reason for Darth Maul wanting revenge on Obi-Wan, was because of Qui-Gon's death and taunted Obi-Wan with his old master's name during the rematches they had in the Clone Wars. In the 2001 Legends comic The Path to Truth, a 12-year-old Anakin fights the spirit of Darth Maul after going into a mediation state, while trying to build his first lightsaber.
I think it would be a cool idea to go thru all the prequel era Jedi council members and give them a similiar run down. Homeworld, master, apprentices, important missions etc.
RIP darth maul. Probably the coolest character in the series. I would have preferred a redemption arc rather than him just dying because he was consumed by hatred and rage that was induced by his ancestors' memories.
Don't forget the implication that Maul was getting his food before Savage found him by literally luring travelers into his den, killing them, and eating them.
Maul has one of the best stories in all of Star Wars, easily taking a spot in my top four favorite characters in Star Wars, and this video isn’t even his full story, we still have his appearances in Clone Wars season 7 to look forward to in the near future, and whatever happens with Crimson Dawn leading him to end up on Malachor
Maul reminds me a lot of Darth Sion, from KOTOR II, and his Rebels character kind of had shades of Kreia to me. "Know that there was once a Darth Traya. And that she cast aside that role, was exiled, and found a new purpose. But there must always be a Darth Traya, one that holds the knowledge of betrayal. Who has been betrayed in their heart, and will betray in turn." -Kreia It makes me think of how Maul does not conceive of himself as a Sith in his final years. But he will betray still, as he blinded Kanan. It also helps that comparison in my mind that he spent time on Malachor. "I can die a hundred times, Exile, and each time I shall rise, as strong as before." -Darth Sion "As long as the dark side flows through the cracks of my flesh, I cannot be killed." -Darth Sion Maul survived Naboo and his years on Lotho Minor, but not Tatooine. Why? I think that he just did not have the will to continue hating Obi-Wan, as seen by his final words to Obi-Wan after he got slashed by Obi-Wan's lightsaber. The comparison between him and Sion is more relevant to the whole story of his character, but his character in Rebels made me reminded me of Kreia in KOTOR II as well. But he was raised in pain, lived through over a decade feeding his existence with that pain, and tried to bring the galaxy to his knees in retribution. And then he died when he realized it wasn't worth it. "It...it was not. No matter how many I killed...there was no end to the pain...the blades the Force tore through my flesh." -Darth Sion The similarities between him and Sion are clear in my mind, but what of everyone else?
Could you please cover all the Clone Wars ships the Rebellion and other organisations used in canon and Legends. Only the ships that have names or made a big impact in it's story.
Ah but is his story complete? We were happy that his story ended when he got cut in half but they still brought him back. Why not have him survive being slashed across the chest as well? Are we sure he wasn't in the background of Maz's castle in the Force Awakens? Only joking, this was a great video that provides a detailed, coherent biography of his life. I would definitely like to see more videos like these :)
Whoops, now there is a sizeable new chunk to be explored about Maul creating Crimson Dawn and probably loosing it to Qi‘Ra. :D That still doesn’t change the fact, that your videos are great!
Where can I find the bit about him returning to rule Mandalorw and being ousted by the 501st, Bo Kataan, and Asohka? I certainly don't remember that in either 'Clone Wars,' 'Rebels,' or the Canon Darth Maul comic.
It’s in the Ahsoka novel and also was talked about extensively by Filoni and co at a panel during Star Wars celebration shown with concept art and stuff. It’s all of course considered canon
He was not completely vanquished after his final battle with Kenobi. A scientist named Drell Kahmf extracted and kept Maul's brain alive in a bacta tank until Luke discovered it and shut it down.
Another great character for this type of video would be Jyn Erso, since we pretty much see her entire life from birth to death, a rarity for most characters.
you forgot that someone had saved darth mauls brains, and used it to bring Holo Maul alive. He even attacked Luke Skywalker and when Luke found out who he was dealing with, he tracked him down somehow and destroyed brains of Maul. That was complete destruction of his. At least in some comic
His last words as he was dieing in obiwans arms was "is he the chosen one? He will avenge both of us" then obi wan put his hands over his eyes and let him die in peace
Okay, I think enough time has passed since Solo for me to pin a comment and say yes, I know this video now needs updating lol.
Yes please
Yes please
The Solo movie threw a wicked curve showing Maul. I was very confused with the timeline
When will there be an updated video?
so where's that updated Maul video at?
Hard to believe that years ago he was just a cool dude with no character. Now he easily has one of the best canon stories. Mad props to Lucasfilm
gotta also give mad props to Filoni for giving us such an experience with an under developed character that George had so much potential for Imagine if Maul was the main villain during the prequels in my opinion it would have been better than Dooku but that's just me
And a added bonus of almost all his stories being TV and his smaller stories still give us visuals with comics, The books are great but TV wins
Dave Filoni serously came through for the fans and made Maul more than just a cool looking villan but actually a solid character
@@fulgrimthephoenician5187 Filoni AND Sam Witwer too. Witwer put in a lot of effort into the performance as Maul.
Grayson Schrader yea aight
Darth Maul is such an interesting character.
K-2SO definitely but not as good as k2
Seagull Man im more interesting
IG- 88 You are really interesting, but I have some stories to tell too...
IG- 88 no your not
K-2SO yes :)
He has one of the most emotional death scene in all star wars :C
Spyros Gkanas I agree
Your profile pic has A S C E N D E D
Duchess Satines was the saddest by far.
Theo Heiland nah Fives or Anakin
It IS emotional! He has finally reached what he desired the most - catharsis. And it's such an irony he reached it in the hand of his most bitter enemy.
I wrecked this noob so hard but he just kept coming back for more. Nobody messes with _the_ Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Except your apprentice, Anakin...
*cough* *cough* He captured you on Mandalore *cough*
Hello there
Obi-Wan Kenobi You ended him like so quickly, you avenged your master and Adi Gallia and Satine
Why are you everywhere
A full history of Palpatine's life would be great, he's probably one of the most intriguing characters in Star Wars.
Agreed.
We don't know anything about who he was before he became Sith yet, so that'd be a pretty short video
Phfft sidious is nothing compared to his master Darth plaguies
Liam O have I got news for you about someone called Kreia!
Oh no I think Disney saw this comment
Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Maul, the betrayed?
What about Tragedy Of Jar Jar Binks, The Clumsy?
How about Sha'a Gi, the cowardly?
Or the tradegy of Yoda did you hear ever? Brain damaged, he was
DJGT Yes, indeed.
It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you
It's amazing how this badass yet one-note character from The Phantom Menace managed to have a complete satisfying character arc.
I loved Mauls death scene because it was emotional as two life long enemies found peace together
What's your favorite Darth Maul moment? Mine is when he kills Duchess Satine. Kind of dark, but I love how it shows how far he will go to exact his revenge.
His fight with Viszla. Probably the only time he was fully in control of his own life. It was truly the peak of his life.
Mine's when he certainly died.
Dancing Deity Well he was an alien so how would you know he would die like a human. He is human like but where would you know where his organs are? So there is an explanation to this.
Potential...maul had
What do you mean? He wasn't even a character in TPM so in comic books & 2 TV series they fleshed out his motivation & backstory.
Grand Master yoda yes
Paul Giordano thank you
Unfortunately I cut his potential in half, along with the rest of his body.
Obi-Wan Kenobi a good one...that was
A character done better in canon then in Legends I feel
Thats because you dont know his story in legends. I feel.
No I really do, his powers were sunned by Plaguies and Sidious the latter of which took him from Dathomir from his nightsister mother who wasn't Mother Talzin. So, yeah, you seem to barely know what they tell you in the videos, but that's it.
How is it cheap? The Legends version was a hateful assassin and really only got story before Ep. 1. Maul in canon is much more fleshed out
Khepera Bowlin-Jones That's because you haven't read the novel and comics based on him. It's pretty much stupid to say that Maul doesn't have an story before Ep 1, but I suppose you work out of ignorance.

Yup. He got cut in half and died in the phantom menace
@@narghora180 he got his legs chopped off. Thats all
Ditto. It's never not gonna be stupid that he survived being cut in half, but boy did they make great use of him once they brought him back.
Maybe after rebels is over, you could do one on canon Thrawn?
Darth Cobay Thrawns story won’t be done yet besides the fact we know he is alive after rogue one there’s already a Thrawns book coming out in july
I just noticed that Maul was most likely the first person Obi-Wan defeated (at ieast dark side force user) and the last one he killed before his own death.
The complete story of your favourite character: Biggs Darklighter.
RIP 1999-2017
Your welcome.
Or not.
SIKE
Obi-Wan Kenobi thx
Obi-Wan Kenobi >:(
A complete story on Jar Jar Binks. He's the key to all of this.
Faxerton30 No
Well originally he was. He was supposed to Lole them into a faulse sense of security. He was supposed to be more powerful then sidious.
I have never really understood the appeal Maul had for so many people in TPM. His subsequent return and the recent comic have done far more for his character.
i guess he was kinda of a boba fett: just cool and mysterious
I never cared for Boba Fett (and the entire Mandalorian culture) either. Only cool and mysterious doesn't seem to cut it for me
Because he was literally the only good thing about Episode 1
I have a friend who claims bringing Maul back ruined the character. Sometimes I just don't understand my friends
Agreed, although i felt the need to find out why people liked him so i read the new comics & now i really like him.
KENOBIIIII!!!!!!!

TheSlayFer Ch. T. Yeah. Maul's appearance in Solo has me on edge. I recon a Maul stand alone is coming

Seems like Sidious always wanted Darth Maul to find ways to break the rules or strike out on his own.
Very clever.
Great Video so Glad his story was resolved this year for the Most Part
Darth Maul is definitely my favorite villain in all of Star Wars.
Wow. That was a great video ❤️❤️
This was fantastic! Great video 👍👍
This is the story I wanted to hear. And have been hoping someone would make a show or film
Such a good video, Maul has always been my favourite character in the Star Wars Universe!
Bravo Alex.. great write up.. what a a story arc for a much loved character
I don't think Maul or Kenobi expected to end up as they did. That was why the end scene was so emotional. Just tools of The Force they were.
I know this one is asking for a lot, but he's a compelling and complex character and I love seeing his complete life chronicled into one video.
Do Anakin Skywalker.
Loved this format!
As always, wonderful video Star Wars Explained!
Very well done, thank you for creating/sharing this!
Thanks for making this cause Maul is my favorite character!
What a messed up life. That character has been through so much. May he finally rest in true peace.

How about a complete story of captain Rex
Leo Joël Schaa His story isn't complete tho.
Soloboi Technically the story of Maul isn't complete either. It is first complete, when we got all storys about him... Even in his childhood...
I don't want to talk about it.
he was cloned in a factory. then he served in the clone wars, and afterwards in the rebellion. the end

This one needs an update!!
*Darth Maul failed to kill Kenobi*
Maul: KENNOBBIIIIIIII
best video I've seen from you yet
1:01 there's that beefed up Hutt bloke!!! And the purple guys in the middle looks like Time Lords from Doctor Who tbh
This was (to me anyway) one of your best videos. I'd like to see more "birth to death" videos if possible.
I think it would be a cool idea to go thru all the prequel era Jedi council members and give them a similiar run down. Homeworld, master, apprentices, important missions etc.
Looks like you'll need to do an update to this... 🙃
RIP darth maul. Probably the coolest character in the series. I would have preferred a redemption arc rather than him just dying because he was consumed by hatred and rage that was induced by his ancestors' memories.
A video like this of Qui-gon would be good, he's an interesting character and doesn't get much exploration in the movies or series's
At last, a worth watching video.
The story of an older Darth Maul hopefully continues in the Obi Wan Kenobi Series.
Finally another character history haven't seen one of these in months
I do like the story of Maul
Don't forget the implication that Maul was getting his food before Savage found him by literally luring travelers into his den, killing them, and eating them.
Maul has one of the best stories in all of Star Wars, easily taking a spot in my top four favorite characters in Star Wars, and this video isn’t even his full story, we still have his appearances in Clone Wars season 7 to look forward to in the near future, and whatever happens with Crimson Dawn leading him to end up on Malachor
After hearing his entire story, I am convinced that Maul has better plot armor than the entire Rebel Alliance.
This is why maul is my favourite star wars character
I really like how they are building up the new Star Wars Canon. Feels almost as complex as Tolkien or Martin.
He is alive! I have felt it!
"I was destined to become...so much more" -Darth Maul
"Unfortunately for you, history will not see it that way" -Darth Maul
The irony
You should do the Clones of Domino Squad
Ha! I suggested that too just a second ago! (Then I scrolled down through the comments and saw yours!!)
Echo's fate is the most mysterious because TCW wasn't finished
Could you do a video like this on General Grievous?
I miss these kind of videos
Maul reminds me a lot of Darth Sion, from KOTOR II, and his Rebels character kind of had shades of Kreia to me.
"Know that there was once a Darth Traya. And that she cast aside that role, was exiled, and found a new purpose. But there must always be a Darth Traya, one that holds the knowledge of betrayal. Who has been betrayed in their heart, and will betray in turn." -Kreia
It makes me think of how Maul does not conceive of himself as a Sith in his final years. But he will betray still, as he blinded Kanan.
It also helps that comparison in my mind that he spent time on Malachor.
"I can die a hundred times, Exile, and each time I shall rise, as strong as before." -Darth Sion
"As long as the dark side flows through the cracks of my flesh, I cannot be killed." -Darth Sion
Maul survived Naboo and his years on Lotho Minor, but not Tatooine.
No matter how many I killed...there was no end to the pain...the blades the Force tore through my flesh." -Darth Sion
The similarities between him and Sion are clear in my mind, but what of everyone else?
Could you please cover all the Clone Wars ships the Rebellion and other organisations used in canon and Legends. Only the ships that have names or made a big impact in it's story.
2:46-3:41 are are scenes in Clone Wars episodes also great video
Great video, thanks!
To be honest his story wasn't complete when he died in TPM. He had almost no character with some very confusing motivation other than REVENGE.
it's a shame that we didn't seen any Zabraks, Twilek's, Rodians or even Tongrutas in new trilogy
Fear not, if he ever has another story, you can count to me to bring it to an end.
Obi-Wan Kenobi just make sure to aim for the neck next time lol
You are not the first to tell me that. I will do what I can. ;-)
Whoops, now there is a sizeable new chunk to be explored about Maul creating Crimson Dawn and probably loosing it to Qi‘Ra. :D
That still doesn’t change the fact, that your videos are great!
Where can I find the bit about him returning to rule Mandalorw and being ousted by the 501st, Bo Kataan, and Asohka? I certainly don't remember that in either 'Clone Wars,' 'Rebels,' or the Canon Darth Maul comic.
Is it in the Asohka novel, maybe?
It’s in the Ahsoka novel and also was talked about extensively by Filoni and co at a panel during Star Wars celebration shown with concept art and stuff. It’s all of course considered canon
He was not completely vanquished after his final battle with Kenobi. A scientist named Drell Kahmf extracted and kept Maul's brain alive in a bacta tank until Luke discovered it and shut it down.
I think one about the Grand Inquisitor would be great when the Darth Vader comic is finished.
Another one I'd love to see is R2.
Another great character for this type of video would be Jyn Erso, since we pretty much see her entire life from birth to death, a rarity for most characters.
He is so cute as a kid. He deserved better than Sideous.
How did Darth Sidious haven't felt that Darth Maul is alive, that he was not killed by Kenobi on Naboo?
Can you please do a video on what happened to Slick after the clone wars
U did this perfectly
you forgot that someone had saved darth mauls brains, and used it to bring Holo Maul alive. He even attacked Luke Skywalker and when Luke found out who he was dealing with, he tracked him down somehow and destroyed brains of Maul. That was complete destruction of his. At least in some comic
Do a video like this about Darth Traya :3 I know she is a legends character but still, she is amazing!
His last words as he was dieing in obiwans arms was "is he the chosen one? He will avenge both of us" then obi wan put his hands over his eyes and let him die in peace
