Darth Maul. One of the former Dathomir Night Brothers of Mother Talzin and wielder of the Force. Apprentice to the wicked and treacherous Darth Sidious and slayer of Jedi and Qui Gon Jinn. A broken and feral Beast of savage nature, lost in pain and the cruel memory of his forgotten past deeds. A resurrected Sith Lord and half-machine and beast, driven by new his new spark of revenge and his lust to create his own new Empire and train his own Brother, Savage Oppress, as his new apprentice. Betrayed by both his former master and allies (Pirates, Death Watch and Darth Sidious), Wielder of the Dark-Saber and the new Leader of Death Watch. Slayer of Kenobi’s only Love, broken and defeated by his former master and imprisoned, losing his Brother, Savage Oppress. Rescued by his own loyalist forces and driven to slay his own Master and create his own empire, once again broken and defeated, losing his last trace of Family, Empire and Bloodline. Driven back to his only home and creates Crimson Dawn, before returning to the planet of Malacore. Driven to create and draw Ezra to the dark-side, driven by revenge and his new lust to slay Obi Wan. Driven by his newer goal to slay his former rival, which would ultimately become his immediate end of his legacy and of which would grant his final rest and clarity to his endless revenge to his cruel former Master, Darth Sidious. Such an amazing Legacy to such a interesting and enjoyable villain in Star Wars Disney Lore. Truly somebody to fear and distrust, but honour for his own legacy that he created from his own cruel and painful past and how in the end, he was granted his last wish of earning vengeance against those who had taken everything he had once held close to his heart.

In the original plan script (before Disney), Maul knew that by dueling Obiwan, he would die. But to Maul, it seemed a fitting end for himself, as he found the guilt of the death of his brother, and haunting by Sidious simply too overbearing. The spot that he met Obiwan was supposedly not too far from where he first dueled with Quigon Jin for the first time in Episode 1. He was also injured from the fight against the Inquisitor, and had more wrinkles and scars of ages, and knew even though Obiwan is now old and frail, he wouldn't be able to overpower his former adversary. But he refused to die any other way, but be brought down by the life-long adversary. He knew that his end was to be at Tatooine, ironically, in the Star Wars Universe, where it all begain, yet agian
Maul is great in terms of strategy and power. I mean when he faces Palpatine, he actually shows that he is the better dualist. He loses due to Palpatines control of the force. He fails because it isn't his story. Really a shame.

The amount of times he said Jedi is insane
Yeah, TCW contains several legitimately dangerous drinking games.
THIS MANS DOESNT DIE
I wish Darth Maul was the main antagonist of the sequel trilogy
Darth Maul gave me nightmares then when I saw Insidious the red face demon scared me and reminded my of him😭
Darth maul is a legend he shall always be remembered as the coolest looking sith and one the most vengeful sith
Maul is great in terms of strategy and power. I mean when he faces Palpatine, he actually shows that he is the better dualist. He loses due to Palpatines control of the force. He fails because it isn't his story. Really a shame.
Darth maul has been my favorite since I was a little kid, it’s heartbreaking to know that he died...
I forgot how good that show was ( I watched it when I was like 7)
God damn a movie/2 part about maul alone would be fucking amazing.
Hopefully we get a Disney+ show
