Agree. I hate buffet whiners who expect to get a gigantic Bacchanal spread or Wynn buffet and pay only $10. Such stupidity. We used to go to South Point buffet regularly on weekdays because they were only $10 for Club members. Now it's $14 each person plus tip. I don't mind going to places like this because over all it's all about food and price and as long as they're clean with no Dirty Dining record.

You sure you wanna do that on your vacation? Some people have had really bad experiences. Some people can't eat the food here.

You can also get take out from the buffet for same price. After paying at the counter they will give you a take out container and you can fill it with anything from the buffet as long as you can close the lid. I usually stop over if I’m passing Kirin on my way home for a cheap take out meal. It’s good value.

For $10 buffet, it is honestly pretty decent considering most ala carte restaurants already charges $10 to $20 per item on their menu.

Looks like a standard Chinese buffet they are fine, wouldn't go every day but sometimes it's fun to try their random little creations.
I wouldn't say it's standard. These places can have a huge difference in quality. Some people were angry and regretful for eating here. And there are much better ... check out these from my playlist:

I passed that buffet while driving to Blueberry Hill, and am glad you chose to stop there. Buffets are great if you want to get a lot of different tastes. Plus, if you get a wonton that's not too good, you can just move on to the next.
Blurchy stuff, like pasta, doesn't last long on the steam tables, but if you can find some things that are good, for $10, it's a winner.
Be sure to read the reviews if you plan to go. Some people have some bad experiences here.

Nice video i just moved out here and i always drive past this place and i go off how full the parking lot is and that parking never has cars in it so i always avoid it but thought about going

Nice breakdown. I am in San Diego and we have several buffets like this here. They aee pretty sandard. I do agree about expectations. If you have the right mindset the food can be enjoyable. If your expecting higher quality you will be disappointed.

Las Vegas is so expensive now its ridiculous, this place was 7.99 and now I think its 10.99, and dinner probably more so don't be surprised, everywhere in Vegas you will pay more when you go to pay, it never fails to happen.

These cheap buffets are when I'm with my boys. Us guys don't care for the taste per say because we are drinking guys and we drink with whatever bait we have in the table so when I do Vegas with the boys, this will be a treat to them. Now bringing the family or the women, no way I'm doing this since they are critics themselves and will shame us for taking them there.
However, if you stay in Vegas for a few days n wants to try the Vegas experience, I'll do this buffet on the first day, the opening day of our vacation and we upgrade slowly with each days. In this way, we can say that we lived the Vegas vacation experiences in just a few short days. Plus first timer can bring their own friends for future trips to expose another batch of people to the cheapest buffet eats in Las Vegas. Try for the experiences is what I'm saying.

This buffet looks like something I would grab on a lunch break when I want a low price, variety, and don't want to spend any time waiting for food preparation. I have gone to Chinese buffets like this and gotten in and out in less than 30 minutes. Like you, I can usually find a few dishes I like. Many, I can just pass on. Generally, I prefer Indian buffet lunches because they serve the same quality dishes on their dinner menus.

If you want Crabs on the Strip. Cosmo has then during Brunch hours and Caesars/Wynn has then for Dinner starting at 3-4pm. It may be good to pay lunch prices at 2pm and stay for Dinner at Wynn and Caesars.
I'll pass on the Strip buffets for seafood.
All the buffet-quality seafood are disappointing.

The people who work there have to stay on the temp,some buffet food is great cooked right and fresh great ingredients,just like the big boys. The big boys pull out all the stops to bring you in to there places.

Can one walk to this buffet from the strip? I fly into town when I go there and have no car. How is the area for safety? Thanks for any advice.
I don't recommend walking. Neighborhood can be rough when you're on foot. Car to parking lot, then into the restaurant is less dangerous. UNLV is nearby, but it is a higher crime area. The distance from Bellagio is almost 3 miles. Also, do you really want to walk 3 miles to eat here?
You can take the bus, which runs often. The stop is on Flamingo next to Bally's. There are lots of shady characters on the buses but that will prepare you for the neighborhood.

In Minneapolis a pork fried rice is more than $10 with little pork and taste about so so. Why some people are so critical even if offering a free meal they can find something to complain about.

It's a bargain, but don't think anyone will travel all the way to Vegas for this. Most people will find similar buffet places locally in their area.

Overall; "pretty good"! LoL! I like to take tiny samples of stuff I'm interested in( don't trust the seafood, those places) find out what's good, like the chicken there, then go and load up! Lower your expectations a little but for $10

Is it really worth the risk right now with Covid-19 and especially the variants going around. Much higher risk of transmission in a buffet setting with shared/ common serving utensils and less social distancing. Not worth it in my opinion. If you do buffet it, enjoy. These restaurants are volume, not quality and as you noted, just find a couple of things you like and fill to your liking.
Well, when I made this video there was no new variant And I guess there is a risk... in a lot of things. I'll be honest, this place came up as a video idea solely because of the price... and because I have a TH-cam channel. The channel does influence my destinations... a little
@@lasvegaseats702 I live in Canada thankfully and very grateful for the way our Government has managed Covid as a whole. Not perfect but certainly better than what has happened in the US. I understand that your decisions are due in part to your content creation. My comment relates to the overall decision of going to a buffet vs. the risk of getting Covid. What is the vaccination rate in Nevada and LV? What are the masking rules, I pretty much see very few people wearing masks in the videos I see coming out of the US. What are the policies in the restaurants, do they check for vaccination. These are all things to consider in my mind. I've seen what Covid does far less what long Covid and it's ramifications. Bottom line sty safe and healthy.

Other than, it's the usual ups & downs. Vegas still has a mask mandate for public indoor establishments, unless eating or drinking. It is a tourist city with lots of visitors... and restaurants and bars are full. But the numbers are holding steady pretty much... meaning it does fluctuate Slightly... but relatively steady. Hospitals are on alert but not stressed... this according to the latest Nevada Covid-19 updates.
As long as your vaccinated you shouldnt have to worry even if you do get it.

Lol I can say with 99% certainty that I’ve been here before multiple times and the first time was great..but the most recent time which has been almost 2 years now I would have to say it sucks. It’s no longer different from any other Chinese buffet I’ve been to.
But I guess for the price you really can’t complain
