I was lied to by a GM at GameStop. I asked if they had any retro games behind the counter that weren’t on display. He told me they did not. I bought a 360 game to the counter. The GM opens a drawer to get the disc for the 360 game and I see a bunch of N64 games. I called him out, and he told me that the N64 games were for online orders. To make a long story short, he lied, because I ended up buying some of those N64 games from one of his employees the following day when he wasn’t at the store. He was probably trying to hide the games for himself. I reported him to GameStop via a claim, and guess what…he still works at that same location. SMH…..This experience still angers me!
That happens all the time smh. I never believe the initial response "everything is on the floor". Lot of times it's just an easy answer to get you out their face.
About a month ago, I was in a gamestop and this teenage girl was in there asking for cozy games. She had played stardew valley and wanted something similar. No one working in there even knew what she was talking about and thought she wanted pokemon. I personally spent about 10 minutes helping her. She picked out 2 or 3 games and actually bought them. The people working in the store didn't thank me or even comment on it at all. They were too busy playing on their phones
The last time I bought something from Gamestop, it was a brand-new game that dropped to $15. The manager who rang me up asked if I wanted the protection plan, and I declined. Her response was a very annoyed "Really? It's only $3.99". I politely said the game was brand new and only $15, so I was good. She then proceeded to give me the largest eye roll and head shake I've ever seen and halfway under her breath said "ok whatever".
I'm so saddened by GameStop these days. When I worked there in 2004-2005 it felt like we were helping people find new games to play and new experiences to have. I did an experiment last year where I got the pro membership to see if it really felt like a value or not. In that time I bought more pairs of socks at GameStop than I did games. I never received my monthly digital Game Informer magazine either. RIP Game Informer. The pricing on used games is all over the place as well. On the positive side, my local store has really chill and helpful staff that do take no for an answer. But outside of buying a giant Pokemon stuffed animal for my girls I hardly see a need for GameStop anymore. Thank you for reading this rant.
I usually walk out of gamestop with that pit in my stomach. Overpriced used games, Horrible trade in value, selection of used and new is garbage, and the harassment you might have to endure is just not worth it. Support your local mom and pop shop. You are valued there.
Once had a GS employee bug the hell out of me while I was browsing thru the used section. I politely refused help a few times, but he just kept coming at me with stuff trying to push different games in my face that I had no interest in playing. (I noticed it was recent used releases) I finally snapped and told him “dude it’s just fucking video games, I don’t know what I want til I see it” then I just walked out… I was really more annoyed than angry but I left to get away from him.
They tried to sell me a “new” game that was opened. I told them I would like it sealed. Because it was a gift. They said that’s how they do it and wanted to argue. So I just walked out and never been back. You have a lot more patience than I, because I would’ve walked when he started the pro garbage talk after you even said no
I can’t believe how pompous the GM was being to you, and the audacity of him to make that screwed up comment to you for running a retro game store. I would’ve left and told them I’d take my money elsewhere. GameStop only “leads” on how NOT to run a game store. Local mom & pop retro game stores are the way to go, 1000%! Thanks for sharing this crazy story, Andy!!
Andy, I will say from Jared’s time managing a GameStop, there are a TON of pressures put on the staff and management to hit KPI metrics. Still an organizational issue though. I saw it with Jared and it burned him out quickly.
Mom n Pop game stores are usually the best way to go here if you want used games from a brick n mortar. Only times I've ever bought from Gamestop is if its a used Xbox One game that's dirt cheap. Sometimes I've found some decent ones there, just not often. If you are looking for new games then I find Best Buy to be a good option of its in your area and/or country. Otherwise, you're probably better off buying online at places like the aforementioned Best Buy or specialty online stores like PlayAsia or VideoGamesPlus (VGP).
I already hated going there. I stand with you Andy. Boycott that store with their false identity of trying to appeal to everything that is in. Pops, pokemon, blind boxes, gundams, games, retro
Last time I went in, the employee auto added the warranty. I said take it off, then asked how many people actually do it. He says people do it all the time. My friend says "yeah, because you sneak it in" The little snake got real quite after that. Also, I don't know how he did it, but he reset my membership like I never had one, since I got setup emails.. for what I already had (not the paid one)
Man I am so happy you made this video!! So check this out... when Resident Evil 4 Remake came out I stopped at a Gamestop to pick up a copy. One of the biggest releases of the year. I go in and ask for it and the girl at the counter says they are sold out then she was like, you should have preordered it. Did they order like 5 copies of the game?!?! How the hell do you sell out of the biggest release of the year. So I went next door to Target and easily got a copy
I was told that when Pokemon Legends Arceus came out a couple years ago. But thankfully all the stores in the Augusta area are really good and have good workers. I get a ton of great retro games and most of the time they'll tell me what days they get retro games sent in so I can go pick them up. I just picked up like 10 1st party gamecube games in perfect condition complete and everything and they basically gave them away. I dont remember the last time seeing a Mario Kart Double Dash for $30 anywhere but I can only speak from my experience. Also thank you again for taking time to talk to me and my Dad when we came and checked out your store a couple months ago I'm super grateful for that Ash Ketchum figure you sold me man!
I feel so bad they were extra rough to you man. Yeah, I've never enjoyed going into a GameStop. They always have horrible selection, are way overpriced, and they give you absolutely AWFUL trade-in moneys.
I’m sorry to hear your experience and completely understand your frustration. However I have to make a comment about your decision to lump my profession that I’ve been in for almost 20 years and have worked ridiculously hard to earn my income to support my family. To lump all car salesmen together as if everyone who elects or chooses to stay in car sales, is automatically a bad person, is heartbreaking. I’ve sold cars for close to 20 years, and I HATE it when people do as you did and lump all “car salesman” together as being “the same”; sleazy, lazy, dishonest, scam artist, etc. It is very clear that you had a bad experience, and it sounds as if you’ve had bad experiences with this same GameStop in the past. But you have to keep in mind that nobody forced you to buy a video game from this person or from this store. You have every right to leave and buy it somewhere else. Either in person or online; visit a different GameStop, go to a local mom and pop, visit eBay or Mercari. Currently Robocop for PS5 is on Amazon on sale for $35 today 9/19/24. By attacking an entire profession because of your bad experience is unfair to the entire human work force in general or in my case specially cars across the globe. There are 100% bad people in every line of work, there are also good people, and at the end of the day we all have good and bad experiences in life, but please consider word choice when explaining. Again I’m sorry your experience was not what you had hoped it to be.
I think he was saying that most GameStop's he has been to are like that. I've had the same experience at the only 3 GameStop's that I've been to (all in Indiana) I think he was just saying it's most GameStop's he's been to, and that GameStop's sales model is causing customers to be upset. I don't think he was saying anything about other mom n pop shops, or other retro game shops. I feel like he's just elaborating on the GameStop companies model and practices being predatory. My cousin is an honest and hard working used car salesman. Like his father before him was. So I do understand your point about grouping all retro/game sellers together. But, I don't think that is what he was saying here. Again, I think he's just pointing out GameStop's predatory company practices and sales model.
@@crystaldaffron5857Ty for this and your elaboration. All I was saying, please use better word choice instead of putting an entire profession down to get an example.
I had the exact same experience the last time I bought a new release. Can’t believe they add insurance without consent. It’s been over a year and I won’t go back. I understand they don’t make money on new games but it’s a miserable experience!
ive had a few friends work there that ended up leaving because they were forced to push so much extra garbage. didnt matter how many games or consoles they sold, all about preorders and plans. that's how they lose employees that actually have a love for gaming. i know somewhere with really cool management where i love to shop c:
Preach! It's why I believe the independent game store will take over. I had a chance to visit your store while in SC. Absolutely awesome experience. the Staff was genuinely interested in my experience and, I can't stress this enough, HAD KNOWLEDGE OF VIDEO GAMES. They were interested in what I was looking for (checking the showroom, the back stock, and recent trades). One week prior I picked up my metaphor copy at my local GameStop in NY. The same thing you're describing, while the staff didn't seem to have any interest in me or the hobby. Keep doing what you do and I'll definitely be getting future titles shipped up here.
Went to gamestop last week, and there was a customer walking around talking with their phone on speaker, and she was LOUD AS FU*K. I kept glancing at her, hoping she would get the hint, and even motioned towards the manager hoping she would have atleast said something. I lost my cool and said "Hey, do you mind not talking on speaker phone in public? Nobody wants to hear that." Both her and the manager looked at me like I was a complete assh*le. I just left. I don't understand the current level on entitlement with some folks..
Hallelujah you're preaching to the choir mate, You think the condition game stop is in They would have learnt their lesson by now, I don't see them surviving another decade
Yeah, that adding coverage plans when I didn't ask for them pissed me off and it has happened to me a couple of times it honestly seems to be individuals trying to pull that stuff to pad numbers. It's unfortunate that you gotta watch that terminal like a hawk so they don't slip anything additional in.
The last time I was in my local GameStop, I asked the manager if they ever carried any limited run games. Dude looked at me like I had two heads and said “I’ve never heard of that” in a condescending tone and went back to scrolling on his phone. Needless to say, I haven’t been back since.
@@davmatt941 limited run games is a publisher that does small releases of a bunch of indi games and stuff. I definitely wouldn’t expect everyone to know about them, but I would expect someone who manages a game store to be aware of them. Or to at least attempt to be helpful towards a customer who’s asking about something video game related in a video game store, rather than condescendingly brushing them off..

Gamestop has always seemed like the Walmart of game stores. Very poor condition used games and the stores just feel dirty. Give me back Electronics Boutique!
Game warranties were the biggest money grab. Reminds me of the BBY days, we had to push them, but I don't recall sneaking them on to purchases. But having to have that be part of our sales pitch was always a cringe for non commission based staff.
I’m lucky I guess, I’m retired military (which you know from the chat we’re in) and live next to my first training base. We have a GameStop on that base and I’m friends with the manager, he runs a great store and I still get some pretty good deals. I have a local GameStop in town as well and the manager there, she’s very nice and knowledgeable with a decent staff and not a bad retro area in the store (although not an official retro store) and I’ve found some good games at pretty good prices. It sucks you’ve had bad experiences especially this experience and I’m sure more people have as well, but there are still some good stores out there and I guess we can only hope others will get better with time 🤷🏼♂️
They don’t care. They’re acting in desperation to remain viable because gaming is close to going all-digital. They see the writing on the wall and know that retro is the only way forward for game stores.
So went to my local GS and purchased a Used Dual sense and after 1 day I had stick drift. Thankfully I got the warranty (only time I was glad I did). So I got it replaced and this one did the same thing only after about 30 minuets it had stick drift. When I asked to have it replaced, they tried to not give the warranty on the now 3rd controller. I said that was fraud and theft, and eventually they put the warranty on the 3rd controller. Well after about 2 days the rumble quit working. I took the controller back and asked for a 100% refund stating I was done. They tried to only give it to me as store credit and I said I was no longer going to shop there and that I needed the money back in my account. They refused a second time trying to make an excuse about how the warranty does not entitle me to a refund,. I then said I would go to the better business bureau and file a complaint and then start a chargeback process with my bank. Finally after realizing I would not budge on my decision, they gave in and gave me a refund.
This video feels so surreal to me, like it´s from early 2000´s or something. I can´t even remember when the last time was I held a physical disc. We don´t even have those kinds of shops here anymore. It´s kinda sad tbh.
As convenient as digital is, I can't risk losing my games to shut down servers, broken patches and deleted libraries. It's a future that looks bleak. It is fun now while everything works but Physical/Retro will be a better experience in the future.
@@Pacmancase 100% agree with you. Tbh, if the game isn´t on GoG I just get cracked copies of it alongside the steam version, which is kind of a legal grey zone here that Nobody really cares about. The problem is even if you *want* to get physical stuff, there´s just no reliable source. So either one does it themselve, or you trust on those omnious online services, which I definitely don´t. Do you store your discs a special way so they don´t decay? I´m still somewhat paranoid about the longevity of HDD/SSDs
Anyone else miss the days when it was kind of fun to walk into a Electronic's Boutique (EB Games) and play demo's of upcoming games, talk about games and maybe even take part in a midnight release? Then the greedy corperate titheads really screwed the pooch (for many reasons). Also I would rather kick a Grizzly Bear in the butt during it's hibernation season than trade any of my older video games at Gamestop...period.
The only time I enjoyed my GameStop experience is when they had their 4 for 20 deal and I walked out with 16 ps4 games for 80 bucks lol. I rarely go there though. I like that they’re trying the retro thing but I’m def supporting my smaller local game stores over the big chains 99% of the time.
Sorry you had that experience. I can’t recall exact details, but I went there once somewhat recently (I think it was to buy Jedi Fallen Order) a few months after it came out. I bought it at full price. After maybe a week went by I decided I didn’t like the game, so I went to return it. But because GameStop was running a discount on the game when I went in, they said they couldn’t refund my purchase of the full price game. So I just decided to hang onto it. That was my “nail in the coffin” experience with them. And I still don’t like the game.
I feel ya but I can’t lie I have been loving it. They have freebies behind the counters, I find stuff for less than 50 percent market . I trade in some games for more than I do selling them on eBay. I’m glad I haven’t faced what you have but sorry you have man for real! Some of their games are waayyy marked up. I did have one guy ( was nice ) but was sooo pushy and I just said “ bro stop asking me” however my normal experience has been awesome . Maybe it was that one location man . Some people suck lol
Just sold my PS5 the other day and they wouldn't give me cash. They game me a pre paid credit card. Said I could take it to a ATM and pull out cash with a 5% fee. Lame.
GameStop sucks. I can’t remember the last time I went into one of their stores and had a positive experience. The worst part is that they’re training their employees with these garbage practices, and they carry this shit to other game stores when they get new jobs. GameStop apologists love to tell you how YOU are the one with the problem, but there’s absolutely no reason why anyone should put up with this crap.
You made me happy Scotland has no Game Stop representation. To be honest, that kind of behaviour wouldn't fly in Scotland anyway. We're built very differently 😉
Upselling...is a common business practice. Gamestop is drowning and trying to survive. If you don't want to shop with them use emulators or buy an everdrive. Walmart and lots of places ask if I want a warranty and I still shop there. I've never felt bad saying no to gamestop or anyone else trying to pressure me into an upsale. Grow a pair dude
I had a great interaction last time i went into gamestop. I bought a ps5 and a game online. Then realized i bought the digital console so i wouldnt be able to use the game on it. I called my local gamestop, they got my online order and had jist packaged it up. Long story, short, i was able to prevent them from shipping it to me, pay the extra 50 bucks at the counter and walk out with a disc version of the console and the game. Pretty hassle free. First time ive been into gamestop in probably 5 years or more. Amazing how many anime dolls they stock now.
GameStop is a joke and an absolute rip off! U wanna hear a funny story that GameCube galaxy and I would do back in the day? Anytime toys r us, Best Buy or target had a great sale on games, we would go pick up the games sometimes two copies of the same game then go and trade them into GameStop, especially depending on how new it was u could get a good amount of money or store credit. 😂 GameStop sucks! And I wasn’t crazy about them dipping into the retro gaming market. Great video man!
Hahaha bro that was awesome when we did that! They provided full value in store credit back then if a game was still sealed, I just utilized the loop hole in their system to maximize my money 🤣!
@@Pacmancase ok I got $27 for fire emblem on Wii from GameStop, when the game was going for about $60 PlayNtrade offered $15 and 2nd and Charles offered $3 same as the pawn shops. So they gave the best value on trade in my area. That was 2014 or 2015. This is trade cash not I put the item up for sale for $60 and waited idk how long for someone to buy it if they buy it at all. Basically skip the work your never gonna get a lot but GameStop gave the most in this case.
All my GameStops around my are have sucked forever now. They only have one employee, which is sketch, and no retro games besides Wii and 360. NOTHING else.! Last time I went it was around noon and the door was locked with a sign saying back in 10 minutes. There 2 other people and me waiting at there door.
I have had my copy of Super Mario since what 1987 I believe is when I got it summer of 87 & boy.. it still works.. I bought my original playstation when it launched & I sold it to my friend Eric years later.. that dude still plays that playstation.. stuff like this fails usually only from negligence & guess what, Gamestop doesn't warranty negligence
I was lied to by a gamestop employee, just bought a xbox one and needed a rechargeable battery since ive always been PlayStation, they sold me the wrong kind of battery that costed 30 dollars and wont take a return for whatever reason. Had to go to amazon and buy a xbox branded battery that actually works
from my understanding they also deleted the original material from game informer recently as well thousands and thousands of archives lost they are in a downward spiral for sure
Pacman doing the lord's work... Dude I found your channel via this video and couldn't agree more. I swore off Gamestop a long time ago back when we used to do hunts when I started the channel and never looked back. I think they are bad for games and VERY bad for Retro. Anyways, love your stuff so far! 🤙
I have a GameStop membership but funny enough I haven't updated it in years so when I give them a phone number, its the house number when I still lived with my parents in high school. Lol. The last time I went to a GameStop I think it was in 2020.
The last several times I went into a GameStop to buy a new game, they had already opened the game. Sorry GameStop, if you open the game, it's no longer new. I ordered about 8 games brand new online from them four years ago around Black Friday, and 7 of them came open. Several of these were gifts. Yeah, it's really cool to show up for Christmas with a wrapped game that isn't sealed. Makes me look like a cheapskate and chump. So again, I haven't ordered from them since. The last time I was physically in the store, it had a bunch of stupid toys, and was dirty, and all the new games were opened up. It was a joke. I can't stand GameStop. As a collector, why would you ever shop there?
The gamestop retro is going to fail. Gamestop loves to put out clapped out copies of Ncaa games for $80 a pop. Nobody wants that pump and dump crap. No quality control and the employees have no clue what they are selling. You can find steals there occasionally but it's never a good experience.
I had a similar experience I just wanted to buy the WWE game at the time because it was sold out everywhere else and trying to force on me the pro membership and the collector's edition stuff on us finally I turned walked away bought it in Amazon and haven't been back for almost a year.
Gamestop closed down in our town by Walmart. They just overcharge people and won't give you hardly any value on your Games. I had a nice gm and staff they all were well educated and big into games and friendly perhaps they relocated but the value system of gamestop I'm not a fan. It definitely can be pricey
Yep price your game for junk change very annoying agreed dude plus I agree where's the older retro game section it's all about new games and others get kicked off the side. That's why I get a bad taste in my mouth. They use to have a bit more of a collection. I'm aware it's for the modern games so maybe I'm better with retro and modern game pawn shops.
remember to pick up the poop from the floor when you miss the toilet or else you risk stepping in it and spread it around the house and your mom will get mad and force you to clean it up even if your an adult. dont ask me how i know (i missed the toilet when going number two)
Dang I’d report that GM that’s crappy! I’m a pro member . lol dang as I’m writing this you told me to move on hahaha. Dang i promise I’m not the sympathizer hahaha dang bro called me out
If you didn't figure this shit out like 20 years ago when they were consuming all the real game stores, then I don't know what to say. You asked for this experience, because it's been consistent for 20 years. Jfc
GameStop is what it is and what it's always been. Actually, it continues to be the last bastion of physical video game media that the industry has been pushing for decades to go all digital. You do take the bad with the good. The thing that is a hard reality is, like any niche collectible, they are the name recognition. Any solution to your problem is not going to be adhered to by the majority of normal or casual people, because they are going to take their stuff en masse just to get rid of it. And, as the collectors grow older and their collections are inherited or sold off, people don't care and just want the money now. GameStop knows this and will pretty much do as they please. It's sad, but they are the benchmark. I'm not a fan of it, just telling you what you probably already know.
Dang you got a horrible GameStop staff. Now I feel super lucky of the staff we have to the pleasure of knowing. The managers around my area are super friendly that have hooked me up multiple times. I know at one I asked if he did price matching and he said for you? Absolutely, happy to hook up my pro members. I am a pro member lol and he price matches local mom and pop shops not just big retailers. GameStop doesn’t have an official pricematching policy is up to the managers to decide how to do it if they want to do it. That’s a GameStop you need to stay away from that you got there. I don’t really trade in to them unless is something I can’t even giveaway. Even to other local stores. Seems like we’ve managed to learn how to use them in a way that benefit us pretty well. I usually use my 5off to buy new games for a little less. Or used games at price charting value for even less. I also salvage the video game posters and any console boxes they are planning to throw away for free.
Back in Washington, our store had a great crew about 4 years ago. No shady tactics, no pushy up selling. But every interaction I've had with one now, is the same experience and it sucks.
@@Pacmancase I would say it might help if they hired people that were really into the products they sell but I feel like at times that won't help. like you need to hire people with really good people skills and costumer service. is the biggest thing they need to excel at. im glad that even the people that aren't as knowledgeable in the products are still super friendly. by now they know me and even sometimes save me stuff lol a few times ive heard "yea we put them aside as we knew you where going to drop by" sometimes I don't even have to ask lol. the goal should be to make someone a repeat costumer. that being said though ive had some kind of not so friendly experiences at local mom and pops to. just recently visited one where I felt like I was bothering the guy on the counter. like he was thinking "either buy something or leave" not sure if it was just a bad day. That's why I won't go to game stop I would rather buy my games at goodwill or ebay or Amazon or yard sales. Pacman I agree with you on this 💯 game stop is a cancer on gaming
So this is your only bad experience that now is making you never come back after 20+ years. And yes you run your own store. So why are you at GameStop. Just curious.
I have been to GameStops countless times. There was a time they weren't too bad but my more recent visits have been this experience. Many others have had the same experience. Hard to count them all wrong.
Believe it or not, You can actually shop at other stores and still run your own. It's called community support but when a place does you wrong too many times. You can cut ties. The effort to visit is an olive branch of sorts Unfortunately they will never change.

@@Pacmancase while you say that and it doesn’t look like what you were doing. But a game store shouldn’t source deals from other game stores. And when people see you buying from another game store they don’t see community support cus you’re supposed to be in competition but they see you sourcing even if that’s not what you were doing. Let trade ins be your source not your competition. Just sounds illegal honestly.

But outside of buying a giant Pokemon stuffed animal for my girls I hardly see a need for GameStop anymore.
Thank you for reading this rant.
Right it used to be a place I enjoyed. Things aren't the same. I don't feel like a respected customer.
I usually walk out of gamestop with that pit in my stomach.
Overpriced used games, Horrible trade in value, selection of used and new is garbage, and the harassment you might have to endure is just not worth it.

I hate that. Stores shouldn't make you feel like that.
Once had a GS employee bug the hell out of me while I was browsing thru the used section.
I politely refused help a few times, but he just kept coming at me with stuff trying to push different games in my face that I had no interest in playing. (I noticed it was recent used releases)
I finally snapped and told him “dude it’s just fucking video games, I don’t know what I want til I see it” then I just walked out… I was really more annoyed than angry but I left to get away from him.
This is why I will almost exclusively shop at The Video Game Cavern.
Andy won’t let Jared and I in the store because we’re loud. 😂
Andy, I will say from Jared’s time managing a GameStop, there are a TON of pressures put on the staff and management to hit KPI metrics. Still an organizational issue though. I saw it with Jared and it burned him out quickly.
Oh I 100% know where the direction is coming from to make the employees like this. Unfortunately the tactic and the disrespect was too much for me.
@@Pacmancasethey definitely penetrated you.
This GM sounds like every 1990's fast food manager I worked under as a teenager and into my 20's trying to push those super sized value meals. OMG!
Before we go and get rid of GameStop, we need a replacement. There are no other major physical media retail stores.
My friend says "yeah, because you sneak it in"
The little snake got real quite after that.
Also, I don't know how he did it, but he reset my membership like I never had one, since I got setup emails.. for what I already had (not the paid one)
@@shadonxarian4177 The tactics are so unethical.
They are a joke now man. So sad.
“Oh thanks, you’re right, I’ll be sure to preorder all my future purchases literally anywhere else.”
I did the exact same thing only it was Ghost of Tsushima and Walmart right next door !!
Walked into a game stop once asking for a game and the person without even checking said they didn’t have it.
I haven’t felt good about a GameStop interaction since it was called EB gamed 😂
And to go even further, since it was called Electronics Boutique lol
I also honestly never buy games there anymore. The few times a year i do go, i shop their clearance sections for tshirts or cheap figures
I got that warranty slapped onto my order without my knowledge too. I returned it
I feel so bad they were extra rough to you man.
He is correct you are wrong.
@@chasejackson7248 I’m sorry you must elaborate?
It's a shady practice!
ive had a few friends work there that ended up leaving because they were forced to push so much extra garbage. didnt matter how many games or consoles they sold, all about preorders and plans. that's how they lose employees that actually have a love for gaming. i know somewhere with really cool management where i love to shop c:
Definitely, build a culture who cares about their people and customers.
Nobody wants to hear that."
Both her and the manager looked at me like I was a complete assh*le.
Tell us how you really feel! haha
The last time I was in my local GameStop, I asked the manager if they ever carried any limited run games. Dude looked at me like I had two heads and said “I’ve never heard of that” in a condescending tone and went back to scrolling on his phone. Needless to say, I haven’t been back since.

They have no QC.
Gamestop has been absolute trash for decades.. the fact they're still breathing is mind blowing..

Yep price your game for junk change very annoying agreed dude plus I agree where's the older retro game section it's all about new games and others get kicked off the side.

You don't believe in second chances? Everyone is curious after a year and a half if things got better ..they didn't. Lesson learned.
@@Pacmancase second chances sure but he’s said 4-5 times. If I eat at a restaurant and get bad service or food I don’t go 4-5 times. That’s just dumb. I think he just needs something to complain about or is desperate for attention so why not GameStop on TH-cam to get the views
I see a Pacmancase video, I watch! Also first! Also GS sucks haha
GameStop sympathizers 🤣
Looks like you're late to the party on this one.
oh I've been to the party too many times. I was hoping the scene had changed. unfortunately the party gets worse.
@@Pacmancase Fair enough. Honestly, there should be a boycott from buying anything from this company at all. I haven't been back to a GameStop since maybe 2013, something like that. I literally see no reason to go there ever again.
Haha it’s called GameStop not GameOn. SMH dorks read the name
That's fair.
this is a normal gamestop interaction that you asked for by walking into a gamestop. you are being a drama queen
No, I'm not. You don't say that, shut up 😭
