    How were your energy levels and how did you feel day to day on this diet?

      Pretty good actually. I didn't feel hungry but there were times when I wouldn't have minded a snack.

      If you are doing it, be mindful of how you are feeling and don't do it for an extended period of time.

      It wasn't hard to maintain the new weight, I would suggest maintaining your current workout plan while slowly increasing your calories.
