Don't look back (ooh, a new day is breakin')
It's been too long since I felt this way
I don't mind (ooh, where I get taken)
The road is callin', today is the day

Let's enjoy this song!!🎊
Better times, my friends. Never let the memories go.
Even as we enter better times, as we see what worked before can work even better now.
@@AD-oo9rb I won't for sure it was a great time to be around loved every minute ❤️👍👍👍👌
Never
I might be born in 88 but I still think Boston was way ahead of its time
It was
They were but 1976 was the perfect time for them to break down the dull and cringe 70's music and inject high energy..!@!
The time was right. What's time anyways..
I was born in 2010 and only listen to 60s through 90s music
@@UDRNeonVinylScratch Listen to music and songs that touch your heart, from all-time, any time period.
One of the greatest recordings artists of time.
My favorite band
When all 4 guitars kick in, god damn !
I know - I play it over and over again!
Para mi, no hubo mejor banda qué Boston, adelantados a su época, quéee armonia de voces y guitarras.
👍
I was lucky enough to have grown up with this band and music like this.
But I keep coming back to Boston. The precision and talent that they brought was unmatched. They could do things that nobody else could or has done since. When those 4 guitars start going off it’s mind blowing.
stop taking gods name in vain his last name is not damn
I was 16 in 1978. Actually all was released in late 76, when i was 15. We cranked it up
First lp 74 2nd lp 78 I in high school in 75 I guess 3rd in early 80s

@@Jonathan-c7g4nBoston was formed in 1975. The 1st album was released in 76 with the 2nd album in 78.
I saw them in March of 1977. I was impressed. Great musicianship and even better singing. RIP Brad Delp.
Me too brother. It was so awesome. I had a 72 beetle with 2 Craig power play boosters and 4 Jensen triaxles. Wore my 8 track out and had to buy another. Saw them on their 1st tour. Still love it as much.
RIP Brad. You gave us some of the best vocals in Rock History.
THE best vocals.
I seen them 2 times first time in 1995 with Brad Delp in Nashville the other time in 2014 in Chattanooga with Tommy DeCarlo on vocals he still with them
What about Phil Collins or the lead from Journey?
Agreed. Raw talent. Vocals, Drums, Guitar all of it!❤
Cheers from Cologne 😀😀🍷🎉
All those kids are 60 years old and beyond, now! 😢
Yet, here we are.
62 and still Rocking!😊
Poor Brad Delp.
Suicide and depression are awful things for
a person to try to cope with. I read about the Tom Johnson
camera on his sister or wife. Brad was, as his note said, a lonely sole
even with fame, popularity and riches.
Tom Scholtz, not Johnson, I believe.
Still rockin tho!
Now THAT is a wall of sound.
You got that right!!! Tom Shultz was and is a genius!🤘
Absolutely one of the best 70's bands !
Underrated, Brad Delp was, w/o doubt, one of the best vocalist in rock history. He had a pure sound unheard in any song by any other vocalist.
He will be sorely missed.
😢
Check out the isolated vocal track for more than a feeling.
I Concur!

Just like Jeff Lynn of ELO......LEGENDS!!!!
one of the best bands from the 70's by far, Brad always had a great voice, RIP
Boston ended disco and brought rock back.
70s and 80s dulge they did it all over a 10 year span not many can do 76-86
My wife always says “you’re living in the past listening to that music “. To which I say “have you seen the future?” F that. It may be 2024 outside, but my music will forever stay 70-80s
Love it!!! Good on you - couldn't have said it better 💯
Hell yeah!🚬 😎

I wish Brad Delp was as happy as he looked at this concert, RIP legendary singer of this rock and roll band
I love how happy everyone is in this video. What a time for music.
On point. After all the hulabaloo from the first record, pressure to now better yourself, and just being young and seeing your dream coming true, great to see they're all friends. Once ya hit the stage, it's all good!
I love all the smiles! So many past present and future smiles too! 2024!!
Most of them were fired not too long afterwards

Yes! Also that there's no phones, just people enjoying the moment.
I am 68 years old and have found a new appreciation for this beautiful music 🎶
I was then 28 , in Abu Dhabi looking for tape for my cassette. A Jordanian told me "try this " I said "what's that ? It's new "BOSTON" made in Indonesia clear sound. I bought it. Upon reaching my hostel..I played it with my Akai sound system using JVC Speakers. I played first "don't look back", all my Filipino co-workers came to my room asking where I got it..later on that evening , all my friends got their own Boston cassette tapes. Good old memories. I'm now 73 and still dig it..Boston forever.
Boston forever... always...
I still have my Akai reel-to-reel. Bought it in Germany at the PX in Wiesbaden. It's down in the basement somewhere.
Awesome Abu Dhabi?!? That’s so cool!! Thanks for sharing!!
What a great memory. 😊
God I wish I COULD GO BACK TO THOSE DAYS
Me too!
Me too. I would have bought Apple and Microsoft, then Bitcoin for a buck 😂😂😂
You can count me in ! Best years of my life listening to the BEST music the planet will ever have. I'm 67 and grew up with Country music then in my teens I started to listen to Classic Rock and the Blues. I still listen to Country music from time to time but listening to Classic Rock from my Teens takes me back to those wonderful moments and years of my youth! Rock on people! 🤘
C'mon lets go.
Back when WE HAD lives and didn’t watch other people’s lives on our phones 🔥

Wow. Youre so amazing to determine that your time is the best! Look at how awesome you are

Why aren't these guys in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, but JayZ is? Pretty F'd up
Joan Jett is in the Rock and Roll hall of fame, but Boston and Jethro Tull isn’t. Now let that sink in a minute 🤦🏻

I of course was all for The Rock and Roll hall of fame when it first opened in the 80’s, but now it’s become an absolute joke. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired.
When my career of 37 years ended. I was driving away from the company ...This song came on the radio. IT WAS AWESOME!!!
Left behind adios
Don’t look back !
Nice ❤🎉😊
Congrats. I’m counting down for my last day at work. Now I’ll plan to have this playing on my phone. 😂
Funny how that happens sometimes with music...
Why is Boston not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?
I wish I had a time machine so I could go back there
Tom Scholz has said...if it were offered ...he'd decline! Good for him! The R&R HOA is flaming BS!
Should be! ❤
Such a Shame
it really really should be man best band of all time
I am 62 year old and nothing I have heard since will ever touch the brilliance of these bands, kids today will say we are living back in the day but they will never know how good back in the really was, nobody stuck on phones all day just waiting till your favourite band turned up in town to see live music it will never happen again I am so glad I was there to see it
Anyone that didn’t get to grow up during this time period listening to this kind of music, let me just say….I’m truly sorry!!
Me too love it ..
In my mind we should take action to get Boston into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame
WHAT?! You mean they're not in there? ::Not sarcasm:: So bands that came long after, like Pearl Jam and Metallica get inducted and Boston doesn't? Explain that.
Despite their immense popularity and influence in the rock music industry , Boston has surprisingly not been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...
Believer or not..
"Despite their immense popularity and influence in the rock music industry , Boston has surprisingly not been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame".
Believer or not!!
I mean they only took Todd Rundgren in like last year, presumably after realizing he was more relevant to rock and roll than the HoF will ever be. I guess Boston is due but it's the HoF's loss if anything. Every great artist not in there just highlights how pointless the whole concept is.
It’s a travesty Boston is not in there. This should have happened 30 years ago!
Boston. One of the few albums I can truly enjoy from start to finish. Today at 62 still just as strong as in high school.
One of the best bands around.😊
Ay I just made 63 they were cold as ice..truly the best...
🎉
pure gold man
I agree every album is a gem! I also can listen from start to finish and not say, “Skip” on any of them! He had such incredible range and power that not many can match!
For what it's worth, Induct Boston into the rock and roll Hall of Fame! It's waaaay past due! 🤘🏼👊🏼
One ass refused to induct them. He should be kicked off the induction committee.
BOSTON IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST OF ALL TIME.
You mean they’re not in??? 🤯🤯🤯
They would rather induct Joan jett
💯 same for REO, Crüe, Bryan Adams, and the Guess Who.
I still can't understand why. Name ANY Band to ever have a bigger influence than these guys. BY FAR THE ABSOLUTELY BEST BAND EVER!!!!!
The world lost an incredible voice when Brad Delp passed.
And Tom Scholz's guitar playing can never be duplicated!
An amazing band, from an amazing time in my life!
Will ALWAYS love Boston!!
Boston's a great band. Hope you can enjoy one of my songs. I'm a one man band on youtube.
Amen.
Amen.
Tom Scholz created 95% of that album by himself in his basement. The album existed before Boston the band existed. He invented devices to give him the sound he heard in his head.
We lost nothing. Boston will live forever in your hearts....
To all the "Swifties", this is what music is supposed to sound like, not the garbage you're listening to. RIP Brad, you are truly missed 💔
Exactly, and swift and most others today all lip sync at their concerts. And use autotune when they record...
@@DALDO135 Brad Delp was my fave. He’s got the most beautiful pristine tone without even trying.
Her concerts are not even played live…
Is that Joanie Cunningham from "Happy Days" in the audience at 0117?
Why must it be one or the other? I like Taylor Swift and Boston. I also like Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Stephen Sondheim, Bach, Elgar and Rachmaninov. I can argue that Boston is seriously lacking musically compared to all six of those people. I mean, have you heard Rach 3?
See? We can enjoy it without having to compare.
One of the few bands that not only changed music but sounds as fresh today as they did 45 years ago.
I can play this so often and never become tired of Boston. Was my era and i got to see them live back in the late 80s. Keeps me young at heart, and always will

The harmony can't be touched, the riff can't be fucked with, the fro can't be duplicated. Boston= Legends.
so true
I still get lost in there music everytime I hear it. Think Tom Scholz is a genius. To think, write, and play everything but the drums himself, what a talent!
Joe Permenter absolutely a great comment
@@happydays8171 He played the drums too. The only thing he didn't do was the singing. There was no "Boston". That was a name the record company came up with.
Good to know.
I'm sure Tom didn't play the drums, it was some other guy I can't think of now. But the record label didn't want Tom using him, don't think they liked him, so Tom got Sid Hasien to play. His fro and beard made him very likeable. I thought he stood out.
気分がはれない時、とびきり元気になる曲です。
Brad’s buttery smooth voice will never be forgotten. I know I miss him every day…😢
I am still convinced that Boston and Kiss are responsible for the death of disco! Brad, Tom, Fran, Barry, and Sib simply rocked with their shows.
Boston is one of the best bands ever. I was 15 when this came out, long before social media and all the crap of today. I'm so thankful I grew up in the 70s. We lived in the moment and not on our phones.

No phones except the one in the kitchen
I was 16 in 1978 so totally get you. I had kids late in life - they are only 8 and 10. Just now I tried to get them to come and listen to this awesome song and they both just buried their heads back in their phones Their loss.
